Robin walks through the halls of his home dragging his childhood friend behind him. He was so happy to have her near him again. What he didn't know is that his hand was causing her skin to feel aflame and her stomach flutters. They have been walking for about twenty minutes before reaching the castle grounds. Then another five minutes to actually reach it. Now they were walking to Robin's father's office. Raven is nervous. She has only met Robin's cousins, and sister. Not his father, and the fact that she Is a Merryweather made it all the worst. Robin knocks on his father's personal study. He opens the door and pulls her in when he gets the okay. "Father, this is Raven Louise. She wants to speak to you." He let's go off her wrist and walks out of his father's office heading to go eat and wait. Raven stood there staring De Noir down. "What do you need and who are you?" Raven steps closer to his desk. "My Lord, I'm Robin's childhood playmate. My family is trying to make me something that I'm not. I wish to serve you as a De Noir along side Robin." He looks over her, black hair and eyes bluer than the sea. She stands to Robin's nose. An hourglass shape, pale skin as if she has never been in the sun. Her hands look smooth as she has never done hard labor. She has a birthmark of a crescent moon on the left side of her neck. She was skinny too as if she ate little. Not very muscular. He looks her right in the eye. "And who is your family child?" She takes Robin's hat off and looks down while she plays with the rim. "Robin doesn't know. I am from a family that is cursed sir. A family that is full of pride and hate. Please don't send me away? But I'm a Merryweather." Raven was to scared to look up at him. He however was hatching a plan. Here was a Merryweather in his grasp. He was going to use her to his advantage. First, he needed her close to his son. "Of course you may stay. However from now on your last name is De Noir. Understood? You'll work along side Robin and have to work extra hard to toughen up those hands. I'll have Robin take you to your room this afternoon. Place your things in his room for now. Now go get to work." Raven let's out the breathe that she seemed to be holding. "Thank you." She bows to him, replaces the hat on her head and heads out the door. Raven walks back down the hall then the flight of stairs to the main entrance. She asks for directions to the dinning room to find Robin. He was just playing with food on his plate. When he hears the doors open he looks up. Raven enters the room smiling. She drops her bag as he walks over to her. "He said I can stay!" Robin hugs her, then picks her up and spends her around. Raven laughs and hugs him tighter. Now Robin's other friends have been a little jealous of Raven. You see any time they would do something that reminded Robin of her, he would start talking on how great she is. They hated her, for they could see that he held her in higher regard than them. Just watching him turn all soft around her made them want to get sick. Now that she was staying with them gave the guys a bad taste in their mouth. Raven looks up at Robin smiling. "Your dad wants me to put my stuff in your room for now. Then I need to find some work for me to do to toughen my hands." Robin smiles and picks up her bag. "I know just the thing."
