This is part of prologue: In an underground abandoned lab, several people have built a base there. They call themselves "The Guardians." The Guardians believe that experimenting on different types of humans will eventually lead to a better world, where everyone is different so nobody can look down on others because they could easily say the same thing back, rendering it useless.
