Dominion War Begins

As the U.M.C.* continues their Military Build up of a both defensive and offensive fleet to Defense themselves or to attack an Interstellar Threat like the Dominion. In late November 2373 U.M.C. Engineers have completed construction of all their Shipyards and Spaceports. The U.M.C. government and Military High command ordered the Construction of as many Modified Condor-class(what the U.M.C. used as Raiders), Defiant-class, Saber-class, Akira class and the Sovereign class(like the Enterprise-E) ships as possible to develop a Defensive and offensive fleet to defense themselves or attack an Interstellar Threat like the Dominion. They ordered 2 of their 2 Massive Shipyards in the Ronora Prime System to begin Wartime Production(Wartime Production for a Massive shipyard is 7.5x's faster then normal time Production.) of Sovereign class ships. This Means that the U.M.C. could make a Sovereign class ship ready for service in 1.687 months(a month and nearly 20 days.). They ordered 4 of their Medium shipyards in the Volan(Specifically on Volcan I) and Dorvan systems to begin Wartime Production(Wartime Production for a Medium Shipyard is 5x's faster then normal time Production.) of Akira class ships. This Means that the U.M.C. could make an Akira class ship ready for service in .8575 months(Nearly 26 ½ days.).

The U.M.C. ordered 3 of their small Shipyards in the Alpha 441 system to begin Wartime Production(Wartime Production for a Small shipyard is 3x's faster then normal time Production.) of Saber class ships. This Means that the U.M.C. could make a saber class ship ready for service in .78166 months(23 days, 20 hours and 10 ½ minutes.). The U.M.C. ordered 3 of their small Shipyards in the Juhraya system to begin Wartime Production of Defiant class ships. This Means that the U.M.C. could make a Defiant class ship ready for service in .70033 months(21 days and 8 2/3 hours.). The U.M.C. ordered 1 of their small Shipyards in the Tracken system to begin Wartime Production of Defiant class ships. This Means that the U.M.C. could make a Modified Condor class ship ready for service in .4423 months(13 days, 11 hours and 45 minutes.). As of Late December the U.M.C. Galactic Fleet has a total of 27(25 Produced from their war of Independence with the Cardassian Union and Federation) Maquis Raiders, 1 Akira class, 1 Saber class and 1 Defiant class from thier Shipyards. The U.M.C. decided to divided their 27 Maqius Raiders into 7 very small defense fleets(5 Fleets with 5 Maquis Raiders, 1 with 4 Maquis Raiders and 1 with 3 Maquis Raiders) to Patrol their border region with the Cardassian Union and the Federation.

On December 23, 2373 at 4:00 P.M. they have here unsettling news in the Galactic news. They heard the Dominion War has Began between the Dominion, Federation and the Klingon Empire. They have heard that Dominion forces have captured the Federation outpost station Deep space 9 but not before the Federation activate their Mine field to mine the Entrance of the Bajoran wormhole to stop the Arrival of more Dominion ships from the Beta Quadrant and that the Dominion lost of over 50 ships in the battle for Deep Space 9. They heard that the Federation-Klingon fleet attacked a Dominion(Cardassian) shipyard delaying the Production of more Dominion warships to fight the Federation and Klingon Empire.

Over the coming weeks with the Dominion war underway the U.M.C. has been received more migrate refugees from the nearby Federation systems that the have had conquered and are now occupying the federation systems. The U.M.C. have received 9.770369 million refugees to escape from the Dominion and over trying to come in. The U.M.C. population reached to over 10.741 million citizens living in their Territory. The U.M.C. Galactic Government immigration section and services has been massive overwhelmed with all these new refugees immigration forcing them to temporary close their Galactic nation borders to give their immigration services time to process all their current refugee immigrations. Finally after 3 weeks of around the clock work the U.M.C. immigration services were able to process all the refugee immigrations. They reopened their Galactic Nation borders to let more refugee immigrations into their nation but at a slower rate.

With all these new refugee immigrates coming into their have been thanks to their limited military service by Requirement(6.66% of the Entire Population) Conscription law to have a much needed large military force if they hope to repel a possible Invasion force from The Dominion or any other interstellar threat. The U.M.C. Military were able to conscript roughly 715,350 people into their Military forces. The U.M.C. military decided to have 55.936%(400,150) of their Manpower to be trained in their army as active troops(221,312), reserve troops(178,838) and officers to become well trained troops and officers ready to defend their Nation. The U.M.C. Military decided to have their Remaining(315,201) manpower to been put into their Galactic Navy to become well trained crew-members and officers to defend their Nation.
