Ikuto: Why the hell did you kick me out of Kimiko-chan's house? WTF
Minni: I have my reasons.. -smirks-
Ikuto: That's just messed up..
Minni: -shrugs- You do realize I don't care right? -smirks-
Ikuto: Although..I do know that you like somebody as well.. -smirks triumphantly-
Minni: -scoffs- Like you would know.. -rolls eyes-
Ikuto: -holds up a diary in his hands, continues to smirk-
Minni: Give that back.. -growls-
Ikuto: You gotta catch me first~ -chara changes-
Minni: Freak! IKUTO! GET BACK HERE!
Yoru: Minni doesn't own Shugo Chara! nya~
[Chapter 3]
I groggily woke up, due to the bright sun shining on my face. I cursed at my white curtains for not covering my face enough to block the light. I merely reminded myself as I searched through my side table for my cel phone.
[ring, ring ri-]
"Hello, this is Seiyo academy High school, how may I help you?" the front desk answered. I silently cleared my throat and replaced my morning voice with a gentle and mature voice.
"Yes, I would like to inform you about my niece's absence today. She's currently at a bad state at the moment, so I'm afraid she won't be attending school today or tomorrow." I said toward the other line.
"May I know the student's name please?" she asked. "Yakuzawa Kimiko. Would that be all?" "Yes, thank you for the reminder and have a nice day ma'am." she said and hung up. I smirked as I closed my phone and placed it on the side table, snuggling back to sleep. As I tried to make myself comfortable, I ended up, tossing and turning, suddenly finding my bed the most uncomfortable thing in the world. "What the-!" I said as I removed my comforter.
"AAAAHHHHH!"
My charas suddenly came out of their eggs, looking at their surroundings. "What happened! What's going on!" Ayu said, starting to panic. Nagu looked at my shocked form and followed my gaze toward the bed. She was shocked, be she wasn't as shocked as I was. I kept my gaze at it until I had the guts to lift it. There, now in my hand was an egg with a mixture of blue,black and purple colors around it. Right at the center was a paw print, but not just any paw print..a cat paw print.
"Oh no.." I whispered as I started to check the egg out. "Look Nagu! We got another sister!" Ayu exclaimed happily. Nagu looked at more closely before placing her small hand on the egg. I flinched when it started to move on its own, the egg starting to hatch.
"Wow! Finally! Man, it's feels good not be crowded in that egg for such a while-Nya." she spoke. "Oh my god.." I said, still in utter shock.
"Yo! I'm Iri! I'm your cat chara, as you can tell-Nya." she said, introducing herself. "It's nice to meet you, Iri.. This is Nagu and Ayu, your sisters.." I said calmly. I examined her appearance as I watched her orange cat tail swish behind her. Her orange colored hair was put into a high pony tail and her outfit looked really simple. It just looked like an ordinary school uniform. I shook my thoughts away as I looked at the clock.
11:30AM
"Well, I better get ready to met that son of a bitch I call my boss." I cursed as I slowly got out of bed. "What happened to your stomach? Did you get hurt?" Iri asked. I looked down to see that it was still bleeding and some spots of blood were bleeding through.
"I just got attacked, that's all. No need to worry." I smiled at her and closed my bathroom door behind me. "I really don't want to see that son of a bitch right now.." I muttered to myself before turning on the shower.
[45 minutes later]
After the nice shower and picking simple clothes to wear, I finally made my way down the stairs to slip on my shoes. "Kimiko-chan! Let's take your bike! I don't want to walk there." Iri complained.
"You do realize that I will be the one walking right? You'll just be floating by my sides." I giggled. "Hey, floating is pretty tiring too." Nagu proclaimed. "Alright. You guys okay if you stay in my bag?" I sighed. "Yay! We're going on a bike ride!" Iri said happily.
"I'll take that has a 'yes'." I chuckled and took my keys. As I placed my key into the ignition, I sighed dreamily as I heard my engine roar. Thanks for my hair already tied up into a neat pony tail, I easily slipped on my helmet and slowly backed up my drive way. I sped through the street, feeling the nice breeze hit my face. I stopped at a light, only to hear whistles coming from my right hand side. I looked toward the direction to see a group of guys checking me out. I decided to have a little fun and play along.
"Hey babe, you want to hang out with us at the beach? We can have a little fun over there." the driver winked at me. I can tell the others were looking at my ass because apparently, I was wearing really short jean shorts. I lifted my tinted visor and earned more whistles from the guys from the back.
"I don't know..I didn't bring a swim suit.." I faked a pout. I can hear my charas snickering in my bag.
"Your outfit looks fine by me. Come on, lets go have some fun.." the driver urged. My smirk grew wider as I roared my engine.
"You gotta catch me first.." I smirked as I shut my visor and zoomed off. I started to snicker, along with my charas as I started my way toward the Easter's company building, leaving the dumbfounded boys.
I parked my motorcycle near the back and entered the building. I stuffed my hands in my jacket pockets and walked inside. "Hello Yakuzawa-chan. The boss is already waiting for your presence on the 20th floor." the woman at the front greeted. I nodded and walked toward the elevator. I sighed and leaned against the wall. "Are you nervous Kimiko?" Iri asked. I looked up at her and shrugged a shrug. "I don't know, I have a feeling that this is going to be even worst than the last ones.." I explained. "It's true, the last time they met, he was almost beating her to death." Ayu said. "Yeah, I don't think it's really approximate or us to bring that up again." Nagu exclaimed as she flew to sit on my shoulder. I looked up to see that the elevator stopped moving and the door opened. I took a deep breath before exiting the elevator.
knock, knock!
As soon as I heard a faint 'Come in.' I slowly opened the door to see -him- sitting at his desk. "What is it you wanted to show me?" I asked impatiently as I walked into his office.
"Well, if you just take a seat there then it will show up in a minute." he chuckled, his back still facing me. I mumbled a few words before sitting in front of his desk. I waited awhile until I finally got impatient and stood from my seat.
"What the he-!" I started to say but was cut off when an awful sound rang through my ears. I was frozen at my spot and I suddenly saw two of him. My breathing was coming in short and it was really hard to breathe. I can feel beads of sweat forming on my forehead as my body struggles to keep its posture. He finally stood before me as I was looking up from the floor. He was laughing at me as he suddenly crouched down to look at my face. He held up something, something that looked like a tuning fork with purple aura around it.
"This is the only reason why I'm glad I get to use this again. Not to mention that we had to tweak your violin for you.." he whispered. My eyes widened slightly, looking toward where he was pointing at. My violin case that held my precious violin held the same aura within it.
"Wh-Wha!" I tried to choke out but struggled to say a few words. "Now with this, we can lure in more x-eggs, which means, an easier way to find the embryo and such.." he chuckled. I tried to look around and saw Ayu struggling in pain. As I desperately tried to find my other charas, I saw them secretly flee from the window. Nagu looked back and made eye contact with me, a flow of sadness in her eyes. I mouthed the words, 'Fujisaki' to her before the evil goons took me away and threw me into a cell.
[Nagu's POV]
I watched from the outside window as Kimiko was being taking away by Kazuomi's evil goons. I growled as I held in my anger, my hands turning into fists.
"Nagu, what are we going to do? We got to find help-Nya!" Iri complied. I looked at her and looked back at Kimiko. I narrowed my eyes as I tried to understand what she was mouthing. "Fu-Fu-Fuji-!" I gasped as I started to pull Iri away from the building. "Where are we going-Nya?" she wondered. "We're going to get our help." I exclaimed as we headed our way to the Fujisaki's household.
[Fujisaki household]
We flew through the window, toward his bedroom it seems. Two charas knew our presence and came right at us. "Hey! You're those charas that belong to that one girl that goes to the same school as Ikuto huh!" the boy chara exclaimed. I think his name was 'Rhythm'.
"Yes we are. Where is your owner?" I replied. "Rhythm? Temari? What's the matter?" I heard from the bedroom door. The door opened to reveal the long haired boy that we were looking for.
"And what might you two be doing here?" he questioned us. "I'm Nagu and this is Iri. We're Kimiko's charas." I started. "Well, it's nice to meet you two but my question is, what are you two doing here?" he asked again.
"We need your help-Nya! Kimiko's in trouble and you're our only hope-Nya!" Iri started to explain. "And, not only that, you are the only person who knows about her situation." I continued. He narrowed his eyes and had a serious look on his face.
"Where is she?" he asked. "She's back at the Easter building. We got to hurry before something bad happens!" I exclaimed, already heading my way toward the window.
"Rhythm, Temari, let's go. We have to save somebody." he exclaimed as he placed his bag on his bed. "Let's hurry-Nya!" Iri insisted as she was already went through the window. "Watashi wo kokoro: unlock!" he said before jumping out of his window. By the time he was a few inches to hit the ground, he landed perfectly on his feet then jumping about 10 feet into the air.
"Chara nari: Beat Jumper!" he announced and started to jump roof to roof. "Which way?" he asked. "That way! We should go through the back. Less goons there." I explained as I tried to keep up.
"Let's just hope we don't arrive there too late." he grumbled. I looked at him and glared at the building up ahead. We're on our way Kimiko..Just wait a little longer.. I thought to myself.
[Kimiko's POV]
My eyes started to flutter open weakly, trying to take in my surroundings. I was in a room with one door and a bedside table. The room was really dark and hard to see, but there was a dim light shining from the small peep hole on the door. I looked around more and noticed a small cage hanging in the corner. The thing inside the cage was breathing, so it gave me a sign that it was still alive. I squinted my eyes a little and tried to reach for it.
"A-Ayu.." I called out weakly. She woke up, looking at her surroundings. "Kimiko-chan! Are you alright?" she gasped. I nodded a weak nod and tried to sit up. Right when I was in a sitting position, my door swung open. I looked at the person and growled.
"Good morning Kimiko-chan~" he cooed as he emphasized the word 'chan'. "Fuck off Kazuomi.." I growled. "Now, we're going to take you to another room for testing. Be a good girl and cooperate." he smirked as two guards that were behind him, entered my room. I gasped as I started to struggle in their hold.
"Don't worry about your chara, she'll be there to watch too." he smirked as he grabbed Ayu's cage and brought it along with him. After struggling for about 10 minutes, they finally opened a door which lead to a lab. But before we entered, I noticed that my violin was being held in the room next door. I kept that in mind as they suddenly interrupted my thoughts when I was strapped down to a table.
"Now this may hurt..a lot.." he chuckled evilly. It was so evil, it sent chills down my spine. I can start to hear machines starting to work, starting to make me worried. I suddenly felt a strong impulse run through my body painfully, causing myself to scream. My scream rang throughout the whole lab, causing that bastard to grin. Luckily, he was behind a glass window, so he was just watching his entertainment. Suddenly, with my conscious almost bailing on me, the nearby window crashed open, but that wasn't because of me.
"Kimiko! Kimiko-Nya!" I heard my name being called. Soon, I was released from the straps and released Ayu from her cage. "Hurry! Get her!" Kazuomi screamed on his mic.
"Yakuzawa-san!" I heard. I looked toward that direction to see Fujisaki ready to jump from the window. "Hurry!" he urged. I looked back, seeing the Easter goons right at my heels. I jumped out the window, along with Fujisaki. We landed safely as I found myself in the kid's arms.
"Wait! That bastard has my-!" I was about to say but was interrupted when something was shoved at my face. "You mean this Kimiko?" Nagu smirked. I smirked back and took my instrument in my hands.
"Geez, one point for the first born." I laughed and pat her head with my index finger. "Thanks. And.." I said as I turned to Fujisaki.
"Thanks to you too, Fujisaki." I smiled. He smiled back and waved his hand.
"No, just call me Naghiko. Although, I think we started on the wrong foot. My name is Fujisaki Naghiko, call me Nagi for short." he said as he introduced himself. I smiled as I lightly shook his hand.
"I'm Yakuzawa Kimiko. Just call me Kimiko." I smiled. After those small introductions, I started to feel dizzy, my head starting to spin.
"Kimiko-chan? Kimiko-chan! Can you hear me?" I heard Nagi's faint voice call out. Before I can respond, my mind hit black.
[Nagi's POV]
I caught her just in time before her body gave an impact toward the floor. I sighed to myself as I took where I was.
She needs a place to stay for now, at this rate, her body will give off a fever.. I thought to myself. I noticed something white fall from the sky, causing me to look up.
"This is bad..it's starting to snow.. I got to find shelter, and fast!" I said as I jumped roof to roof. I stopped at a familiar street and sighed to myself.
She's going to hate me for this but she's the only option I have at the moment. I thought to myself as I discontinued my transformation and walked to her front door. Temari helped and pushed the door bell for me, since my hands were sort of full. She finally opened the door, looking at me quite shocked.
"Nagi, What are you doing here?" she asked me. "I need a favor from you.." I asked, as I slowly gestured myself toward the unconscious girl in my arms. She looked down at her and looked at her shocked.
"She has a really high fever right now and I just so happened to spot her in an alley. Could you help me?" I smoothly lied. "Of course. Here, help her to my room." she said as she opened the door wider for me to come in. I followed her up to her room as quickly as possible so her nagging father won't make a fuss. She rolled out a futon mattress and placed some blankets before setting her gently on it.
"Thank you so much Amu-chan..I owe you one, big time." I thanked. "No problem. It's the least I can do." she smiled. "Well, I'm sorry but I'll take my leave. Thank you again." I said as she walked me toward her front door.
"No problem. See you tomorrow." she said before closing the door behind me. As soon as I left her porch and made a quick right turn and leaned against the cement wall. "She's going to hate me when she wakes up." I sighed. "You had to. Her house happened to be the closes one." Rhythm replied. "I know.." I sighed again.
"Well, you should hurry home. Your mother is going to worry if she finds out you're not home by curfew." Temari exclaimed with a smile. "Yeah.." I chuckled as I started to make my way home.
