A/N: And Chapter 4 is up!
I don't own Fairy Tail! I do own the lullaby sung in this chapter though since I made it up myself.
I hope you enjoy the chapter!
Chapter 4: A Sister, a Former S-Class and Peeping Toms
July 16th, X793 - Midday
Mitsuko quietly walked through the streets of Apricot Town. It wasn't often that she ventured into the town she describe as cold and made of stone, but Apricot Town had the better medical facilities between the two towns, and that's where her mother was. Apricot Town's hospital which was founded by the followers of the Zentopia Church a few decades back, so it was commonly referred to as the Zentopia Hospital.
Like most buildings in Apricot Town, the Zentopia Hospital was made of stone and it was the fifth largest building in town. The hospital was four stories tall and had three wings, being the Emergency Care Wing for patients with severe wounds or deadly diseases, the Surgery Wing where as one would guess, surgeries were performed, and the Recovery Wing for long-term patients or patients just out of surgery. It was in this wing, the Recovery Wing, where Mitsuko's mother could be found.
Mitsuko found herself sighing as she came to a stop in front of the large doors leading into the hospital, hesitating for a moment before sighing again as she entered the building and walking up to the front desk where a young and peppy nurse sat.
The nurse, who was about 27, stood at 5'8" with fair skin and a thin build with ample womanly assets. Her brown hair was tied up into a messy bun under her white nurse's hat and her hazel colored eyes held a kind look in them. She was wearing a white nurse's uniform that was a few sizes too small, so it was especially tight around her chest and butt and Mitsuko was nearly certain that some perverted doctor was the one who gave her the uniform since it was so small on her, and lastly, she was wearing a pair white heels, which made her seem to be about 5'9".
"Oh? Miko, it's so good to see you again!" the nurse said happily as Mitsuko gave her a half-hearted smile in return.
"It's good to see you too, Amelia-san," Miko replied as Amelia stood up from her chair.
"You're here to see your mother, right?" Amelia asked, as she walked around the desk, her white heels clacking against the wooden floor.
"Yep," Mitsuko answered softly, "I have to tell her some big news."
"It's so kind of you to visit your mother," Amelia stated as she gestured for Miko to follow her, "You know, your little sister came in earlier."
"Miki-nee's here!?" Mitsuko exclaimed in surprise as they walked down the first floor of the Recovery Wing.
"I don't think she's left," Amelia muttered, "She came in a few hours ago. You know she visits your mother fairly regularly," she continued before coming to a stop in front of a door that's nameplate read 'Megumi Akagitsune', "But you don't have to listen to me chatter on anymore, Miko. You have a good visit, okay?" she added before walking back down the hall with a wave.
Mitsuko stood there in front of the door for what seemed to be hours to her, her nervousness preventing her from reaching for the handle as she felt herself begin to sweat. Just when she finally prepared herself mentally and began to reach for the door, it was opened from the other side, revealing a young girl of nineteen years.
"Miki-nee!" Mitsuko exclaimed in shock at seeing her younger sister.
"Miko…san," the girl, Misaki Akagitsune said lowly in return, her slanted dark blue eyes fixed in a glare.
Misaki stood at 5'5", her thin and fit build having a flat chest and a thin waist while her skin was a ghostly pale tone. Like Miko, Misaki had black hair, but her hair was cut evenly at her shoulders all the way around, while her bangs were parted so that they fell only over her left eye. Her Kitsune's Garden guild mark was neon blue in color and could be found on her stomach, above and slightly to the left of her navel. Misaki was wearing a sleeveless, black hoodie that was cut off below her stomach and had neon blue stripes on the shoulders and traveling across the chest and underneath that, she wore a neon blue, sleeveless crop top that ended at the same point as her hoodie. She also wore a pair of baggy, black jeans that fell over a pair of black ankle boots that had neon blue laces and she also wore a pair of black, fingerless gloves.
"Why are you here?" Misaki asked lowly, her fists clenched by her sides.
"I'm here to see Oka-san," Mitsuko answered softly, a sad look in her eyes as she looked at her sister.
"Don't give me that stupid look," Miki growled, "It's your fault that she's in here, so why should you even care!?"
"Miki-nee," Mitsuko mumbled, "You know that I… I didn't mean… I didn't want this to happen."
"What? Like you didn't mean to become Guild Master?" Misaki huffed in an antagonizing tone with a roll of her eyes, "If saying that you didn't mean to do something made it okay, then the world would be even more screwed up than it already is!"
"Miki-nee…" Mitsuko gasped at a loss for words in the face of her sister's harsh ones.
Misaki huffed one more time as she looked away from Mitsuko, her eyes losing their glare and returning to their normal, half-lidded state, "Whatever. Do whatever you want, you always do anyways. Stick around and visit with Oka-san for all I care, I'm leaving," she finished quietly before walking off towards the exit, leaving Mitsuko all by herself with only the stares of curious onlookers before she finally managed to step into her mother's room and shut the door behind her, tears spilling from her eyes.
"Who's there?" a confused voice asked, "Miki-chan? No? Oh! Miko-chan! How nice to see you."
Mitsuko looked down at the bed, seeing her mother, Megumi Akagitsune, lying in it as usual. Twelve years ago Miko's mother was beautiful, she was considered to be one of the flowers of Sakura Village and Miko's now deceased father was the envy of many for being married to her. Now Megumi was pale and frail, her body mired by scars and burns while her mind was always in a confused state. She stood at 5'7" and she was horribly thin, her ribs clearly visible and her fingers long and bony while her long black hair was tangled terribly. Her dark blue eyes were now cloudy, but a dazed smile seemed to always be on her face and due to being a patient in the hospital, all she was wearing was a light blue gown.
"Miko-chan?" she heard her mother say again, "Why are you crying? Did Miki-chan tease you again?"
"Oka-san…"
"You two need to make up, you know?" Megumi said in a dazed tone, "You're sisters after all."
"Yeah, Oka-san," Miko replied softly, wiping the tears from her eyes, "I'll try and make up with her soon."
"Good," Megumi muttered before closing her eyes, Miko assuming that she fell asleep before she moved to a chair and sat in silence before an old lullaby came to her mind as she began to softly sing the words.
"The fox it runs, round and round. A single tail, a single flame. There it goes, round and round. Look at it now! Two tails, two flames," Mitsuko paused for a moment as she thought back to the times her mother sang this song to her, Mitsuko pulling her legs up close to her as a faint smile crossed her face before she started singing again, "Now it hides, now it leaps, round and round. Three tails, three flames. The fox it crawls, round and round. Into the night, four tails, four flames. Now it stalks, round and round. It pesters the bear, five tails, five flames. Now they run, round and round. The bear, it's mad! Six tails, six flames," Mitsuko paused again to laugh softly, since she had replaced the bear and the fox with Boris and herself respectively in her mind, "The fox's fun is all but done. Round and round. Seven tails, seven flames. The bear has lost, round and round. The fox got away! Eight tails, eight flames. Now the day is done, round and round. The fox is old and all alone. Nine tails, nine flames. Now it's off to bed little kit, round and round…" she finished in a whisper, her mood turning mellow once again as she reached the sadder part of the lullaby. When she was just a little kid, her mother would always tell her that the fox was very, very tired and that it was time for it to rest. But now, she understood the sad ending of the song, as the fox was old and dying a quiet death, not completely unlike her mother, who laid on the bed in front of her.
Mitsuko sat in silence for a while longer before she noticed her mother begin to stir, Megumi still wearing a dazed and confused expression on her face when she had completely awoken.
"Oh, Miko-chan. When did you get here?" she asked, looking straight at her Mitsuko with her cloudy eyes.
"Hey Oka-san," Mitsuko greeted quietly, "I have some big news for you."
"News?"
"Yeah," Miko replied, "I'm the ninth Guild Master of Kitsune's Garden now."
"Oh? You're still playing mage with your friends?" Megumi cooed, her mind stuck in the past, "And they named you Guild Master? How nice of them."
Mitsuko bit her lip for a moment as she struggled to hold back the tears she felt gathering in her eyes, her styled ears dropping down as she looked towards the ground to hide her face, "Yeah… they were really nice to do that. Miki-nee's a bit upset about though."
"Well I imagine she's just a bit jealous," Megumi replied, looking up at the ceiling, "We're having curry tonight, you're favorite. So make sure you come back home in time to greet your Oto-san for dinner."
"Yeah… I'll be back on time."
"And make sure you make up with your sister. I know how you two can get sometimes," Megumi added as Miko stood up and began to walk towards the door, Miko halting when her mother mentioned Misaki again.
"You're still looking out for both of us aren't you?" Miko asked softly, looking back at her mother.
"Of course I am, I'm your Oka-san," Megumi stated in a dazed tone, "Now where did I put that knife?" she muttered.
"Goodbye for now, Oka-san," Mitsuko whispered as she quietly opened the door and stepped out, "I love you… and… I'm sorry," she finished as she slowly shut the door.
. : + : .
Artur stood outside of a room within the Recovery Wing of the Zentopia Hospital, as Lila made him wait while she went in first to give Sahaj her change of clothes, although he could still hear what was being said inside.
"So how was the check-up?" Lila asked as she handed a woman a set of fresh clothes.
"Same as it always was," the woman responded harshly as she grabbed the clothes, quickly pulling off the hospital gown, "Do this, S-Sahaj, do that. You know how d-doctors are, right?" Sahaj asked as Lila nodded in response, "F-fucking doctors. Telling me how to live my life…"
"But they do know what they're doing," Lila interjected, "You want to get better, right? If you don't then you're stupid."
"Heh, you al-always speak your mind as u-usual," Sahaj chuckled after forcing the last word out as she clumsily pulled her shirt on, "I don't know if you don't c-care what people think or you just lack a f-filter, but I always l-liked that about you," she finished, giving Lila a toothy smile, which showed off her sharpened teeth.
"So, how far along are you in your rehabilitation?" Lila asked as Sahaj plopped down on the hospital bed.
"Th-that nurse chick… Amelia? O-or whatever her frea-freaking name is said that I still have a lo-long way to go," Sahaj answered, "Yo! Ar-Artur! You can co-come in now!" she called out before Artur entered the room to see Sahaj fully dressed.
Sahaj was a terribly thin woman who stood at 5'11". She was gaunt and ragged while her brown skin had a sickly, grayish undertone to it. Her shoulders were rather narrow and her face was very gaunt as well, as though she had recently lost an unhealthy amount of weight, which left her limbs appearing very spidery while her body was mired with scars, with even her red Ursine Rampart guild mark, which was just below her throat, being partially eclipsed with scar tissue. Sahaj had brittle, wavy black hair, which was shaved into a short Mohawk while her narrow, gray eyes were angular and largely unexpressive. Sahaj usually dressed in a punkish style, but she had asked Lila to bring her more comfortable clothes instead, so she was wearing a large, black hoodie that had purple drawstrings on it with a pair of khaki colored cargo pants and a pair of black combat boots.
"Yo," Artur greeted plainly as he stepped into the room, "Ready to leave?"
"Heck yes," Sahaj, responded as she stood back up, beginning to walk towards the door before she tripped over her own feet, Artur managing to catch her as Lila let out a gasp, "Shit," Sahaj cursed, still trying to adjust to her slow reaction time.
Artur merely stood her back up on her feet, giving her a look to be careful, but not saying anything about it.
"Let's ju-just go," Sahaj huffed before walking out of the room, Lila and Artur following close behind as they started to walk down the hall, the three of them coming to a stop as they saw Mitsuko step out of a room ahead of them.
"That's the Fire Fox," Lila muttered as she watched Artur walk ahead of both her and Sahaj, "Artur!"
"Just a moment," he responded before Mitsuko looked over at him, noticing the three of them.
"You're… Artur-san?" Mitsuko said meekly as Artur noticed the red swelling around her eyes, "And… Lila-san and Sahaj-san."
'She was crying?' he thought to himself, "Yo," Artur greeted as he came to a stop in front of her, "I was going to file a complaint about your mages, but I can tell now's not the best time."
"Oh," Miko muttered.
"Visiting your mother?" Artur asked as he looked over at the door she came out of, seeing the name on the plate.
"My best regards to her," Artur stated with a slight bow before looking back towards Lila and Sahaj, "Come on," he called back as he started walking again.
"Coming Artur!" Lila replied as she and Sahaj walked past Mitsuko.
"Artur-san!" Mitsuko called out after them, "I wish a speedy recovery to Sahaj-san as well!" she declared, Artur giving her a lazy wave in return without any of them looking back.
. : + : .
"Theeeee hot springs!" Ruby cheered as she jumped into the open air baths of Sakura Hot Springs, sending water flying into the air.
"You're still such a little kid, Ruby," Leah chuckled as she followed Ruby in, although she took her time to step in slowly rather than jump like her younger friend.
"But the hot springs are always so much fun, Leah!" Ruby laughed back after she had started floating belly-up in the water.
"Ruby? Leah?" the heard a voice call out, the steam obscuring their vision as a familiar figure stepped forward.
"Arielle!" Ruby said happily, looking over at the shorter girl who stood at 4'11", despite being eighteen years old, so she was often mistook for being younger than she actually was.
Arielle was a thin and flexible girl, she had a small chest with a thin waist and narrow hips while her skin was a light tan. She had long, wavy auburn hair that ended at her waist while her bangs were usually falling into her face, but due to being wet from the water, her bangs were brushed back. Arielle's round eyes were midnight blue in color, with flecks of silver being found in them and she had perpetual dimples on her face, which deepened whenever she smiled. Her face was heart-shaped, with high cheekbones and a small nose while her several, thin, faint scars could be found scattered across her body. Arielle also had the word "Brave," tattooed on her left wrist, while her silver Kitsune's Garden guild mark could be found on her left ankle, and due to being in the hot springs, Arielle wasn't wearing much of anything except for a towel.
"Arielle," Leah said in slight surprise, "I didn't think many people came to use the hot springs at this time of day."
"Well the later you wait, the more likely peeping toms will show up," Arielle chuckled.
"That's true," Leah agreed as she kneeled down in the water against the edge of the spring, leaning against it with her back to Arielle and Ruby while she rested her head on her arms.
"Ah! I'll wash your back Leah," Ruby stated as she made her way over to Leah, the older girl letting out a hum in response while Arielle sat down near them. Although, on the other side of the bamboo wall that separated the male and female baths were people with less than pure intentions.
"See? I told you it was worth coming here at this hour!" a young man stated, excitement in his voice as he stood against the bamboo wall, having found a hole he could peep through.
This twenty year old man was named Issac Kamin, he stood at 5'9" with a fit and reasonably muscular athlete's build. He had a fair skin tone and his sky blue eyes had a slightly triangular shape to them. His spiky, beach blond hair was swept back, with spiky bangs framing his face while his white, Ursine Rampart guild mark was over his heart. Issac was also currently dressed in only a towel due to being in the hot springs.
"Why did I let you drag me here, Issac?" a second man huffed, "You'll only get us in trouble."
"But Xander!" a third male interjected, "Think of thrill of peeping and not getting caught! Doesn't it excite you?"
This young man, Yoshi Mort, was nineteen years old, and he had a muscular build while he stood at 5'11". He had deep ocean blue eyes and his sandy brown hair framed his face while covering his cheeks and falling over his neck in the back, covering it. He had a silver stud piercing his left eyebrow and his swampy green Ursine Rampart guild mark was on his left hand. Like Issac, he was currently only dressed in a towel.
"No, Yoshi, it doesn't. And it's all obscured in a hot springs anyways. You can't see anything through the steam," Xander huffed.
Xander Caomhnóir was a twenty year old man who stood at 5'11" with a dark tan and a lean, athletic and well-toned build. His sharp green eyes held a look of intelligence in them and his eyelashes were thick. He had a prominent straight nose while his light pink lips were thin and wide. Xander had two, black studs piercing his bottom lip while he had a tattoo of stars over his heart. His messy black hair was swept to the right, reaching down to the nape of his neck and over his right eye while the left side of his head was shaven. Xander's black Ursine Rampart guild mark was on his right palm and scars from old burns could be seen on his exposed back due to him wearing nothing but a towel at the moment.
"So you're a bolder kind of pervert then," Issac chirped, "I see, I see. You prefer to find an opportunity where you can see the female form without any hindrance!"
"What!" Xander shouted, a heavy blush on his face, "Shut up you! Don't go making stupid shit up!"
"So you must at least appreciate the greatest treasure as much as I do," Yoshi said, a look of pride on his face.
"Dare I ask what that is?" Xander sighed.
"Panties!" Yoshi declared.
"If that's what you're looking for, you're in the wrong place," Xander sighed again, this time running his hand through his hair.
"True," Yoshi consented, "So what do you say you and I go-,"
"No," Xander interrupted, "Whatever it is you're planning, I want nothing to do with it."
"Don't be such a spoil-sport, Xander," Issac laughed as he ran behind Xander, pulling him into a full nelson, "What do you say we go check out the view?"
"Issac," Xander warned, only for it to fall on deaf ears as Yoshi ran over to Issac's peeping hole.
"Take-Over: Avian Soul!" Issac announced as a pair of white wings erupted from a pair of magic circles on his back before he took to the air with Xander in tow.
"Put me down! Dang it!" Xander snapped, struggling against Issac before he dropped Xander on top of the bamboo wall, leaving him hanging there while Issac took a spot next to him.
"See? Isn't this the greatest?" Issac asked with a perverted smile on his face while he looked down at Ruby, Leah and Arielle.
"Arielle!?" Xander gasped.
"Oh? You like her or something?" Issac asked, the perverted grin still on his face.
"No! But if she sees me here she'll kill me!" Xander growled quietly as Issac's wings disappeared, leaving a few feathers lazily falling through the air, one of them landing on Xander's nose, "D-dammit," Xander huffed before he let out a loud sneeze, a crack reverberating throughout the area.
"What was that!?" Leah shouted as she stood up, Ruby ducking into the water as Arielle looked up into the air, seeing Xander and Issac hanging from the top of the fence.
"P-P-P-PERVERTS!" she screamed, "Water Magic! Water Bullets!" she yelled, shooting several bullets of water towards Xander and Issac that sent the bamboo wall falling down.
"Dammit Issac!" Xander screamed as they fell, Issac merely laughing the whole situation off until the two men landed in the hot spring on the men's side.
"There! A third one!" Leah shouted, pointing straight at Yoshi, who had ducked under the falling wall, managing to scramble out of the way so that he didn't get crushed.
"Now ladies," Yoshi laughed nervously, "I know this seems really bad, but I-,"
"Shut it!" Leah interrupted.
"Yeah! Guilty as charged!" Ruby chimed in as Arielle turned her focus on Yoshi, waving an arm and striking Yoshi on the side of the head with a water whip, sending him into the hot spring, landing on top of Issac and Xander before the three girls quickly made their exit, finished with their work.
"This is… all your fault… Issac," Xander grunted.
"Dude," Issac muttered, "I saw Leah's. Worth it."
"Dammit," Xander cursed.
A/N: Ugh… the first scene made me sad when I was writing it. Why did I give Miko such a sad back story? But then that second scene… Hot Springs!
Anyways, there it is! Chapter 4! I hope you enjoyed it!

Now an announcement! Villain OC submissions have been opened! You can find the form on my profile! I don't really have many restrictions for villains, but the main villain for the story has been decided on, but there are plenty of places for major villains to pop up! You can find more details regarding villains on my profile as well.
Anyways, the winner of last chapters Festival Special Question was GhostOfOnyx! Ursine Rampart's three S-Class Mages are Cole Fizen, Aodh and Kotto Remfeld. This was a tricky question since Cole and Kotto have merely been mentioned at this point, Cole being mentioned was apparently a bit more memorable, but Kotto was mentioned briefly by June Kyosho in Chapter 2 as having taken Sahaj's place as S-Class.
Festival Special Question
There are three pairs of blood related characters in the two guilds. What are these six characters' names? And what is their relation to one another?
To try and make this fair, the winner of the last event (that's you GhostOfOnyx) cannot participate in this chapter's event so that someone else is guaranteed to win since I want as many people as possible to be able to have a fight picked out for the Summer Fighting Festival. Well, you can still participate if you want, GhostOfOnyx, but you can't technically win this chapter's event even if you get the answer right.
And like last time, I'll PM the winner.
Now onto the reviews!
Origm2012- Yeah, I'm quite fond of the layout of Kitsune's Garden myself. And of course they'd have a place set aside for training, else they'd have to train in town and that'd just cause all sorts of problems. Yep, Lila's quite fond of 'Papa Bear' (speaking of Boris, this was the first chapter he wasn't in… oh well) and Dorian's got some pretty nifty tricks for sure. And yeah, Artur and Boris share a pretty good relationship, course Boris has to get onto Artur for breaking things now and then. The graffiti… so long as Artur doesn't catch them, it could happen. Alas, the festival is still a bit of a ways off, for there are more introductions to be had!
WaterDragonMaverick- Yeah, a lot of people seemed to enjoy Monty as well. And yeah, Boris strikes quite the intimidating figure, but you ain't seen nothing yet if you think he's intimidating now.
ESombre- The third 'Kyaa' of legend… And a fourth as well from XLil MEkoX… I'm not even sure what comes after that? Yep, Avalon and Osamu are pretty much polar opposites of each other and yeah, Dokutso is quite the rebel. Matthew might seem to be the mature one of the bunch, and he is, but trust me, he'll have his moments as well in the future. And yeah, Lila's a rather cutesy character, calling Boris 'Papa Bear' and all that. Yep, Artur can definitely be scary if you make him mad… which is honestly kinda easy to do.
GhostOfOnyx- Once again, congratulations one winning last chapter's challenge! And yep, adorable is what I was going for when I created Miko, although I also have a really soft spot for Miki… And yeah, badassery is strong in the Heidrich bloodline. Yeah, Lila and Dorian have trained against Boris a lot together, so they can work together fairly well, through Artur into the mix and things get crazy though. Speaking of Artur, I don't exactly blame Matthew and Avalon for leaving Dokutso behind since they were faced with an angry Artur. He did kick a tree at him after all.
XLil MEkoX- That fourth 'Kyaa'… what even comes after it? Is it the secret of the universe? Ascension into godhood? Free groceries for the rest of my life? That sounds nice. Is it free groceries? I'd really like it to be free groceries. I'm just a poor college student who's got no money. Anyways, I'd say this chapter was a bit of an emotional roller coaster comparing that first scene to the last one. Anywho, I'm glad to hear you like Monty so much, he's a pretty chill character.
MyDearWatson- Well, now you have an idea of why Miko seemed so worried about seeing her family. Ugh… That scene made me sad while I was writing it… Yep, don't mess with Artur! He'll kick a tree at your face if you're lucky. If you're unlucky… well, let's just say you won't be walking tomorrow most likely. And yeah, if Euclid is my Izaya, then Artur is my Shizuo… crap… now I wanna write an omake with the two of them… I blame you for this urge! Yeah, Dokutso does have a… Rey… feel about him… ugh… Rey… And there's Aodh, he might not be the sharpest tool in the crayon box, but he knows how to fight.
SpuSpu- I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed last chapter, and yep, I'm stoked for the festival to get started too! Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the chapter!
SaiyaStyles- I was actually thinking like Norse Viking when I was making Boris and his magic. But yep, the festival should be amazing when I get to it. I hope you enjoyed the chapter!
StormRider2.0- Yep, I much more prefer a slower pace for OC introductions. Let everyone have the limelight for a little bit while establishing some history and whatnot. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the chapter!
Sakura-Fiction- Whelp, now you know more about Miko's family, but that might've just left you more curious. And yeah, Miko's got to be doing something, or she gets rather bored, so sitting around as a model doesn't really suit her well. And I'm happy to hear that I portrayed Avalon well too! And yep, Lila can be pretty adorable with her Papa Bear and yeah, there's some stuff to be learned about Artur.
Pokemon Ranger-Trainer- Yep, a bit more of a look was given for Ursine Rampart last chapter, although I feel like this one had a healthy mix of both. And yep again! Go big or go home! So I'm happy to hear that you still think I'm doing good with the OC introductions!
ThePrinceOfLight- I'm happy to hear that you like the pacing of the story so far, and yeah, I've got to do the characters one at a time pretty much. And I'm happy to hear that you like both Lila and Artur, I'm rather fond of both of them as well.
Mistress Memoir- Yeah, Boris is just a big and rough teddy bear to be honest, and yeah, they've been trying their hardest against Boris for a few years now, especially Lila and Artur since they've both been in the guild for over ten years. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the chapter!
FrozenBlast13- There are quite a few water mages if I'm perfectly honest. Clearly since Arielle was yet another one introduced. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the chapter!
lex1016- Yep, that's her little quirk, even though her "ears" are just her hair. And yeah, Boris is strict, but he's invested a lot into his guild and guild members. And the first ship of ToTGs has been created! Artur and Lila! ArLa! And yeah, zu! Avalon, zu! She's a quirky one, zu!
JJun- I'm happy that you enjoyed Dorian's introduction with Boris! A few other people look up to Boris the same way too, including Artur and Lila of course. And you'll eventually get to see Boris' Take-Overs, but not for a while. And honestly, Artur's probably one of the few who'd receive such a reaction, he has such a hair-trigger temper at times really… and he's violent. Honestly Dokutso was really lucky to get out of that without a scratch on him.
Ogrespi- Yep, Papa Bear pretty much sums up Boris. Honestly, bears were the inspiration behind his personality while foxes were the inspiration behind Mitsuko's. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the chapter!
Raiyane- The Warrior Festival! That was freaking hard to do with the Katana weapons since you just kind of jump around everywhere with it! Ahem… Sorry about that. But yeah, actually Monty's a character made by WaterDragonMaverick in tribute to Monty Oum, so that might be why you got that feeling. And I imagine you might have more questions about Miko's family now. And yeah, Bubblia's kind of a fun magic, as for Artur's you'll just have to wait and see like with Boris' Take-Overs. And yeah, both Lila and Avalon are cute in their own ways, and yeah, Dokutso was really lucky that the tree just flew right over him, could've been much worse for him.
frozenwolf94- Yep, colorful characters abound in the last chapter! Heh, kind of punny since there were two artists of sorts introduced last chapter. And the kick was good in Dokutso's book too since the tree didn't hit him. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the chapter!
And once again, I'd like to thank everyone who's sent in submissions! I hope I've portrayed everyone well so far! And please remember that if your character hasn't shown up yet that they will before the arc is through!
I'll try to have the next one up in a reasonable amount of time! I hope you enjoyed the chapter and please remember to leave a review!
Your host,
Dreadburner94.
