I first started writing here, and posting this story in particular thirteen years ago. Needless to say, in that time I've done a lot of growing as a writer, both in terms of technical skills, and ability. Lately, I've been looking back over my old stories, and seeing them as what they were - a very young persons' first stumbling steps into fanfiction.
Anyway, the point of this rambling is to say that I'm finally coming home. Over the next few days, or week, I'll be downloading my old writing, doing a complete rewrite of the first three chapters that I have here, and then actually carrying on with the story.
If anyone here is still interested in this story, then thank-you for your patience, and I promise that you will be rewarded with a far better tale than if I'd fired on ahead in writing when I was fifteen.
