It took another week before Izuku was able to speak in full sentences again, and he was bored. Though being the hospital gave him time to think about things, he'd even forgiven Kaachan once they'd sat down and got everything out in the open. They were the sort of friends he'd always wanted them to be. Several classmates had stopped by to see him. Whoever stopped by updated him on everything that he'd missed, so he was nearly caught up on school work.

Bakugo burst into his room suddenly, "Hey Deku! How are you today?"

Izuku just chuckled. Somethings would never change, though the nickname wasn't hostile anymore. "Bored, the doctors have scheduled me to see a therapist of all things. But they said once i was deemed "mentally" ready, then i could start physical therapy."

"If you don't like your therapist i could ask mine to come see you. He's pretty cool."

Izuku shrugged, it didn't really matter to him. He just wanted to get out of the hospital and back into school. He missed going to the academy. "How was school today? Is anyone else stopping by?"

The blonde shrugged. "It was okay Aizawa-san was a total drag, going of things we learned before your accident. The others were all super annoying, they all wanted to come."

Izuku was sure he looked like a rabbit in headlights. "Seriously? They aren't all coming, right?"

"Nah, i said only three at a time. Shinso, Uraraka and Shoto are coming, not sure if anyone else is." They boy shrugged.

Izuku just smiled at his friend. Though the other teen was still a grenade of emotions, he'd totally mellowed out due to his therapy. Not a lot had changed, the more that he stayed in the hospital. If his other friends got to noisy or energetic, Kaachan would instantly be on their case in his loud obnoxious way. But no one seemed to hold it against him, so Izuku was just happy that everyone would get along.

"Anything else happen today?" The hospital bound teen was desperate for something new.

He let the blonde think it over for a moment, "Not that I know of, just the usual school stuff. Moms being a drag because i come here so often, but I think the hag is happy that i'm not as aggressive as before. And the villain league made another attempt on All Might at the simulator trip."

The dark haired teen groaned, "I missed the excitement! That is not cool." A heavy sigh escaped him. "I can't wait to get out of here. My quirk is useless just laying here. I need to be training and getting better control of it."

"Your quirk is really dangerous. Is it really worth everything that it does to your body?" Bakugo asked softly.

The thought had never occurred to Izuku, now that he thought about it. "I just wanted a quirk like everyone else, Kaachan. No one wants to be quirkless, it isn't fun to be less than everyone else. And even though my quirk is dangerous, at least it's mine, something that no one else has. I just need to train harder is all."

Before anything else was said, the door opened and in stepped three of his friends. He'd missed Uraraka-chan alot, she didn't mind giving him magazines or the like to keep his time occupied. Though Shinso was new to the group, he still made for interesting conversation. Some of the things he said was funny, simply for the way he said it, it always made Izuku laugh. Shoto had surprised him the most. Kaachan had told him how Shoto had defended him to everyone he thought was threatening.

"Hey Izuku and Katsuki! It's good to see you awake this time!" Uraraka enthusiastically greeted them.

Izuku chuckled, "Hey guys! Did you bring me anything new to do?"

Shinso claimed the chair across from Bakugo, while Uraraka and Shoto took either side of the bed by his feet. "Nah, though maybe we should send books with Bakugo. You have way to much time on your hands."

Shoto shot the puppet-master a 'behave' look. "Has the doctor said anything about when you can get out of here?"

Izuku just shrugged, "He wants me to see a therapist for two weeks and then start me on Physical therapy if i'm deemed 'mentally' healthy. How is everything with you guys?"

Uraraka squealed, "You won't believe it! The Villain league attacked us when we were at the terrain simulator! We hadn't even started yet when they suddenly arrived. They were looking for All Might of course, but how thrilling it was!"

If there was something that Uraraka was good at, it was making everything seem exciting, even if it was probably really scary. But nothing seemed to cool the hyper girl down.

Shoto just shrugged, "They also somehow locked us into certain terrain rooms. I got stuck in a night-time room with Tokoyami. Uraraka was stuck in a room with no gravity, which was fortunate for her but not so much for Kaminari. Kirishima got stuck in a metal room with Hagakure. Not sure where everyone else ended up. But now several of us know how to escape from those situations."

Izuku looked towards Shinso who just shrugged in return. "I didn't go, so no news from me."

"Man, sounds like it could have been a lot of fun." Izuku softly kicked Shoto, "Anything else happen, you know Kaachan doesn't say much."

"Hey!" an Indignant screech escaped the blonde, which had the other four laughing. Shinso suddenly grabbed Izuku's hand and the other three glanced at him in trepidation.

"I'm tired of being in the hospital. There is nothing to do and everytime I get out of the bed, people freak out. I hate being so weak and useless. I need to train my quirk."

Bakugo sighed deeply. "Izuku why won't you ever share that burden with us? We are all of your friends, and we want to help. But we can't if you don't tell us."

The dark haired teen just sighed, "I'm sorry guys. There isn't anything you guys can do about it. I just am trying to bear it until i can leave."

Everyone shared a look but decided to move on and joke about the things they would do when Izuku got out of the hospital. They wanted to take him to the new theme park that opened, and then to the movies. Izuku couldn't wait to go all those places, but he also knew that he needed a lot of training, which would start as soon as physical therapy was over.

It would be back to running laps on the beach until he collapsed and then onto asking All Might for more tips to dealing with his Quirk.
