I clung to my brother, tears pouring from my eyes, and I shook my head violently. He couldn't leave me here! Not by myself! He sighed, shaking his head as he held my cheeks. "Kari, for the last time, I have to leave. I'm sorry, but it's for the best. Seto will take care of you, k? I love you." He pushed my hair behind my ear, gave me a quick hug and left out the door.
