Location: Hueco Mundo, Las Noches

Runuganga just reformed from his brief encounter with Teridax, and he was noticably unhappy. "HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN! I AM THE GUARDIAN OF LAS NOCHES! LORD AIZEN WILL NOT BE PLEASED!" screamed Runuganga to the air. Suddenly a voice spoke to him from behind.

"Yes, Aizen will not be pleased." Runuganga turned to face a being dressed in white clothing with black as a secondary color and appeared to wear a skull with a horn protruding both sides, like a cattle.

"Rudbornn, if you're going to kill me for failing my orders, do it quickly." said Runuganga.

"I would not be able to do that since you are the sand itself and I would be wasting my time. Instead I am here to gather information on the adversary you encountered. I require intel to be able to effectively deal with this being." said Rudbornn.

Runuganga felt relieved at Rudbornn's response and told him what he encountered. "This being is unlike anything I've seen. His body was like a haunted suit of armor with no body underneath, my sand just fell right through him on contact. He was very fast, able to dodge many of my attacks. He could also fire what appeared to be cero's from his eyes. He is also capable of morphing his body, he sprouted a pair of wings to escape me. He is also powerful enough to be able to create that hole in the wall. I also suspect that he is more powerful than he let on."

This information would prove useful to Rudbornn as he begins his investigation into who this mysterious being is. But little does he know of how much this being is capable of.

Some time later. . .

The Makuta was continuing his exploration of the castle he was in. So far he's learned that there is a leader of this castle named Aizen, but he is unable to find him. He also discovered many of the inhabitants that reside in the castle, they all had some defining feature about them but had one thing in common which was their clothing. Their clothing consisted of what appeared to be white robes with black pieces of cloth accenting the clothing. Their defining features included a piece of a skull of different creatures placed over their faces. The most interesting thing about all the beings he found was that they were completely organic.

However, out of all the beings Teridax found in the castle there were two that stood out from the rest. One appeared to be blind based on the visor he wore over his eyes, and had black hair coming down in braids, and had brown skin. The other one had white hair and white skin and a face resembling a snake. Both beings exumed an authoritative presence around the other beings, but the white one also gave off an unsettling presence. The way the other beings acted around these two told Teridax that they must be one of the higher-up's in the pecking order, and therefore the ones he needs to watch out for.

As Teridax was watching over the two beings that seemed to have authority, there was a being that was dressed in the normal white robes but instead of a partial skull on its face there was a full skull covering its face with two horns protruding from the sides. The skull masked being bowed before the two authoritative beings and spoke "Lord Tosen and Lord Ichimaru, I have recieved word from Runuganga that there is an intruder in Las Noches." At this Tosen and Ichimaru had a look of concern on their faces, as well as Teridax's face. Tosen then asked "Who has dared trespass in Lord Aizen's palace?"

After Teridax's initial concern wore off he began formulating a plan around this supposed opportunity.

In response to Tosen's question the skull masked being answered "This adversary is nothing that's ever been seen before." He then repeated the report he recieved from Runuganga to Tosen and Ichimaru. "What are your orders, my Lords"

Tosen was about to speak, but Ichimaru beat him to it. "I think we should let this intruder meet Lord Aizen." At this the skull masked being and Tosen looked incredulously at Ichimaru and Tosen said "You can't be serious, Gin."

Gin then smiled at Tosen in an evil snake-like grin "Oh, I am serious. This intruder, if he/she is able to break into Las Noches, must be quite formidable, and if he/she is worth their salt they would be sneaking around gathering intel, and is likely listening to this conversation as we speak. If that is true then he/she maybe a valuable asset for Lord Aizen."

Gin then looked around the hallway they were standing in and said "Is that right, intruder?"

Teridax was amazed at Gin's intellect and also at the new opportunity that presented itself for him to rise to power. Teridax reasoned there is no need to hide anymore since the higher powers now know of his existence, and now he would be able to learn about this new world directly from the inhabitants.

Teridax appeared from the shadows behind Tosen, Gin and said "Correct. Well played, Lord Ichimaru."

Tosen and the skull masked being then jumped in surprise and drew their swords in defense, but Gin, still cracking his smile, raised his hand to signal them to stand down, and walked over to greet Teridax.

Teridax stood, confidently, with his hands clasped behind his back and towered over 2 feet above Gin's height of 6'1". However, Gin was not fazed in the slightest and instead gave a compliment to Teridax "You must be very adept at stealth to hide the spiritual pressure that would reside in such a massive figure." He then reached out his hand for a handshake.

Teridax replied with "A magician never reveals his secrets." While he reached out to shake Gin's hand.

Suddenly, in the blink of eye, Gin unsheathed his sword, which was more like a knife than anything else and moved to stabbed Teridax between the armor plates covering his body. However, his blade found no flesh, and while Teridax was able to follow Gin's movements he made no effort to block because he knew the attack would not affect him.

Teridax then chuckled and said "Was that it?"

"Oh, I can do much more. I was just curious as to how you managed to escape Runuganga's grasp. It seems the magician has revealed two tricks, what more remains?" said Gin in his snake-like smile. "You may call me Gin Ichimaru." He said again extending his hand for a handshake.

"I am Makuta Teridax." said Teridax shaking Gin's hand. "It's a pleasure to meet you, and I'm sure Lord Aizen will be pleased to have a guest. Rudbornn, would you be so kind as to show Teridax to a guest room?" Rudbornn begrudgingly agreed and beckoned Teridax to follow him.

As Teridax followed Rudbornn to his guest room he mused to himself "I'm already enjoying myself here. This could be the start of a beautiful friendship."
