Zuko reaches his hand towards me and helps me up. I look towards him. "Let's go," I say. I walk towards the exit and he follows me. We start walking through the city of Ba Sing Se.

We keep walking until my home comes into view. I open the door.

"Hey! Mom! I'm home!" I shout. No answer. "Mom?" I continue. There's still no answer. "I don't like this. Something's wrong," I whisper to Zuko.

I walk into the Kitchen. What meets my sight nearly makes me faint. There is blood. It isn't just a few spots either. No, it is about two to three large pools of blood. There, lying in the middle of the floor, is Luna. My eyes open wide and I scream. "Luna!" I race over to her and check for a pulse. There is none. Tears stream down my face. Zuko comes up behind me and places a hand on my shoulder. I turn to him and burry my face in his chest. Sobs wrack my body.

I faintly hear Zuko try to comfort me. "Shh. Shen. It'll be alright. It'll be alright."

"Wh… Who d… did this?" I ask.

"I don't know, Shen," Zuko answers.

"I can't believe she's gone," I whimper.

"I know. Now, come on. Whoever attacked her could come back," Zuko says.

"Ok," I whisper, getting up. Then, my spine becomes tinged with shivers. I can't stop shaking. It feels like we are being watched. I can't get rid of this feeling. "She's here!" I exclaim.

"Who's here?" Zuko asks.

"It's Jing! She's returned! She did this!" I shout.

Crash!

Someone bursts through our home and the two of us take our stances. After we defeat a few people, a female comes through the large, gaping hole. I look at her in shock. "Jing! I thought you were dead!" I exclaim.

"Well, then you were wrong, dear brother!" Jing shouts to me.

"I can't… I can't fight you," I state, my shoulders relaxing.

"Why? Because I'm your sister? Well not anymore!" She shouts and forms a fire whip. She sends it to me and I dodge. I form a fire Dragon and bring it to her. She sees an opening and, without hesitation, sends red lightning to me. I don't have the time to dodge. The lightning strikes me and my world turns black.

One Hour Later:

I groan as the pain makes itself known. I open my eyes and gasp. The pain is overpowering. "Shen, how are you feeling?" Zuko asks.

"Like I was struck with red lightning," I answer dryly. Zuko smiled at my humor. A new wave of pain arrives and I clutch my chest. I find that I am close to tears. As I look at the worried faces surrounding me, the tears start to form. Zuko brings me close to him as I start to cry. I cry until I am on the brink of exhaustion. I fall asleep in the Firelord's arms.
