The Youngest Alchemist(?)
Clock Tower...
A seventeen years old girl came, introducing herself as The Third, escorted by Aoko.
'Well, I was born connected to the Root...and with my inborn traits, accomplishing the Third was easy as pie for me since I was a baby.' said Alma. 'I was born a Magician if most people have to become one, see?'
So people confirmed her age with spells just to confirm she really IS born a Magician.
The Third Magic.
It is a magic that allows for the materialization of the soul, which stops the inevitable dispersion of the soul once it no longer has an anchor to the world, and essentially makes it transcend to a higher form of existence. It is a magic that realizes true immortality by making the soul into a high-dimensional planar being capable of interacting with the material world as a mental body without having to return to Akasha. The practitioner will acquire an unlimited source of magical energy due to the soul becoming analogous to a perpetual motion machine.
Even better, Alma was the last Magician to be recognized. Because when Aoko became the Fifth Magician from fighting her sister Touko, Alma was born shortly after. A baby who was already sentient and aware of the world, and a magician at birth, befitting the Poem of the five magics.
The beginning first changed everything.
The following second acknowledged many.
The resulting third showed the future.
The linking fourth concealed itself.
And the final fifth had already lost its meaning.
Had it only ended at the third, someone had said.
That was the poem of the Five Great Magics.
Alma, the Magician of Third, came last this time around. That she was capable of doing more with the Third Magic than the Einzberns could. She also revealed that 'Such a thing is only possible with the Third Magic, if a Magician of the Third arrived after everyone else came to be already. Otherwise other abilities would be quite, inaccessible.'
She took all exams right on the spot, and proved her mettle that she was a Grand on the day she was introduced. A Grand because her magecraft was equal in level to her magic. Because she uses ancient magic back at the Age of the Gods she was a respected, but feared figure as even her weakest spells, can blow up a reinforced concrete room, even defeating first-rate magi while standing still, yet spells are conjured and fired at rapid, unforgiving speeds.
Upon getting the acknowledgment she deserved, she went home.
Back to her normal life with her family...but not without screwing around with Clock Tower once more through Waver Velvet who just freshly became Lord El-Melloi as a trolling move of the legitimate heir.

Waver Velvet found himself befuddled, as Alma Potter, the newest magician came to his office after he got back from that...er...he'd rather call it 'The Shaming of First-Rates'.
'Hi~!'
'Wha- bloody hell Lady Potter!' Waver exclaimed, eyes wide at her sudden appearance. 'What on earth would you want with someone like me?'
'Teehee, wanna screw the masses more by just being something new?' Alma asked him playfully with a girlish coy pose.
'W-what of it?' Waver asked her nervously as Alma touched him and he felt her alter his very existence.
His meager circuits as a result of his young heritage that produces so little mana, now became a perpetual motion machine though he doesn't have the Third. He could tell that much! Not only that, his body...ceased to age and gained the knowledge of how to train bodies for combat, and what fields of sorcery he can actually do due to his limitations. However, what she gave with full knowledge, were knowledge of Bounded Fields and protective magics to protect himself. The levels of such were 'a step away to magic' that he could do due to its mystery despite how weak he was, he could compensate 'with age' that provides great power boost effects for a weak practitioner such as he.
'W-why? Why do this, lady?' Waver gasped in disbelief, shaken from what happened just now as Alma drew back and floated backwards to sit on his desk.
'You are still needed. You have a lot of good to do for this world yet sadly, the good die young, so I just helped you out.' Alma chirped. 'This world needs you to live a little bit longer. Don't tell anyone, OK~?'
'Like hell I will, I'm on thin ice as it is.' Waver swore unhappily. 'I'll keep these secrets to my grave!'
Alma then vanished, satisfied with his words.
Waver had a feeling she liked his promise.
With his new boons, he could do more, he thought. But he still needed support so he has to research as much as possible to be a more effective educator to earn money...but like his many incarnations, he wound up actually rightfully-earning the Fes rank, instead of gaining the rank through string-pulling and made it a joke in other parallel worlds.

Back home...months later that it's now 1998...
'So Alma, have you decided on what school to go next?' Lily asked Alma on breakfast.
'Humm...well, I'll pursue Vocational School for Education.' said Alma. 'I did well on my siblings and cousins after all. And after that, Technology.'
'That'd mean you'd graduate in your early twenties kiddo.' said James. 'And what after that?'
'University. The advanced and final level of the vocational course I took and since school hours are short, I can tackle both at once.'
'That's too much work, not even your mum and I were willing to do THAT much.' Remus said as he and James shuddered at the idea.
'Well, we muggles are like that in education, we want to pursue fields of interest.' said Lily as she was the last to sit down after putting breakfast on the table. Rye Bread with egg rolls mixed with diced veggies and hot chocolate.
'Well, with the war over its your turn with the kids OK?' Alma piped up. 'Vocational will take up most of my time.'
'Of course kiddo, that way we got something to do.' James chuckled. 'How far are they now?'
'Well, since I looked into Hogwarts Books for seven years straight, I tore out what's useless, kept what's useful in life, and I had to use magic to recreate books with my curriculum of choice.' said Alma. 'Actually if you got rid of the pointless things, students would graduate early at 15.' she explained. 'In our study room, you'll see two shelves. The 'we're done' shelf and 'not yet done' shelf. You might wanna look at my books so you'd know how to teach what's next.'
'Alright, I mean, how hard can it be since you removed a lot of stuff?' James wondered.
'You be surprised.' especially as she subtly trained the kids into having logic and common sense to back up their creativity, Alma thought.
When she left home to get enrolled in Lapland's schools, meaning she'd be in dorms soon...her family really took over education but when they read her very thin books, as they were used to Hogwarts' uber-thick books that Feartherweight Charms became everyone's best friend...
The spells and potions are in four parts in layman terms. A brief, straight-to-the-point History, Theory, how it's done and its effects in very descriptive, easy-to-understand even an imbecile would get it.
As for the Potions...it was Ingredients 101, how to prepare ingredients, types of Potions, and finally, recipes divided by Grade and what Alma meant by 'Grade', was 'how long they'll take to make' when they checked all books.
Recipes in question? Mostly Medical Potions, and Counter-Potions to known Bad Potions. Of course, no recipes for Bad Potions in question. Then there's other books called OWL and NEWT Potions.
Then there's the elective courses. Just as easy as the Core Subjects.
'You know, maybe Alma's onto something here.' said Remus as they pored over the books. 'The stuff in here are so easy to understand and you'd be seeing these in OWL and NEWT exams. And didn't she take both?'
'Yeah, she took the OWLs when she was fifteen and due to war, hasn't taken her NEWTs yet though we have to remind her of that before she goes to Vocational school soon. She left to enroll herself.' said James. 'She's got nine OWLs with Os.'
'I agree, she's got talent in teaching if she got the younger kids doing wandless of all things.' Lily sniffled, utterly proud. 'She's got a future in this field.'

Hogwarts...days later...
There were two times, that Alma Potter is seen in Hogwarts.
OWL time and now, NEWT Time.
Since she is not a Hogwarts Student but home-tutored, she comes in casual, but stylish(albeit form-fitting) clothing always paired with hats befitting of a lady of House Potter, and she was only friendly and dare they say...affectionate to Neville Longbottom whom she calls 'Nevvy'. He is currently in his last year while his younger sister Elizabeth
And guys are absolutely jealous because one, the beautiful girl tends to glomp him a lot and that means getting to FEEL her assets. All girls in Hogwarts can't compare to her in figure alone, never mind her looks.
Since she didn't take the Apparition Test last time as she 'wasn't of age, why bother' due to British Laws, now she paid for an Apparition Test in conjunction with OWL Students she's already 17.
'So how's it going Alma?' Neville asked as Dinner after the exams were typical Hogwarts Fare, but Alma has her own meals courtesy of Eggy. To hide she was living in Finland, she had Iggy give her a two-inch wagyu beef steak with fragrant sauce with steamed broccoli and polenta on the side, pre-sliced into bite sized pieces for her, and next to it were soft boiled eggs and a mango smoothie.
'Well, I graduated Compulsory School by now and am applying for Vocational next.' said Alma. 'I'll be taking two courses in Education and Technology.'
'That's a lot.' Neville croaked out. 'Our workload as kids is bad enough as it is.' he said wryly. 'Hogwarts was easy until OWL and NEWT year came along.'
'Well, I kinda did a too good job on the little ones, so why not make it official anyway.' Alma snorted.
'Wait, what's Education and Technology Course?' Neville asked after a short pause.
'Basically Basic Training for Rookie Teachers and learning how to make things.'
'Oh...that sounds interesting! The latter I mean.'
'Isn't it?'
'So our last NEWT is Potions right?'
'Yeah, and we're home free. All I want to do is sleep, darn it.' Neville sighed tiredly.
'Good for you, not for me since I still have Alchemy.'
Those nearby fell silent. Is this girl INSANE? Alchemy is a course that does not exist in Hogwarts! Did the NEWTs fry her brain?
'The hell?!' Neville yelped. 'Alma, Alchemy doesn't exist here.'
'It does but hardly anyone demands it as a subject to study so there's nobody teaching it but I nagged my dad to apply me since I studied at home so I'll have an examiner after dinner.'
'You're impossible.'
"As a magus, pursuing as many arts is expected of me you know."

And so...after dinner...
'Welcome Miss Potter! Its rare for students to apply for Alchemy!' said Nicholas Flamel, a VERY OLD MAN along with two Ministry Officials and one Healer. 'Goodness me there's hardly any Alchemists in Britain anymore, they had to call me over for your exam.'
'And its doggone useful too.' Alma deadpanned. 'I suppose only those with good memory can ever succeed in this as this is more complicated than Runes and Arithmancy.' Nicholas nodded.
'Indeed so. I want to see a new generation of Alchemist before I die of old age.' said Nicholas as he had the Official give Alma her exam. 'Written Exam before practical my dear, now take off that jacket as a precaution.'
Without the jacket, the shirt she was wearing was halter-style. Her shoulders and arms bare and she was given quill and ink.
She answered in a manner too calm, and answers questions a tad too quickly...but when they looked later...they can see she has a dang good reason for her confidence.
'M-my word Mr. Flamel...this...'
'Indeed...perfect marks!' Nicholas exclaimed in delight as if Christmas came early. 'Now, then, first perform Basic Alchemy followed by Elemental Alchemy with proper Alchemical Circles and cast alchemy. After Elemental Alchemy-what you know at least-we'll have you transmute metals, create one Alchemical medicine and explain its nature and uses which will be instantly patented by our officials so you'll get due credit. As a bonus if you could do it, perform Spagyric Alchemy though that's optional.'
'OK.'
She was given square pieces of parchment and enlarged marker pens of various sizes with good reason, which she put to good full use. But the circles she made, were far more COMPLICATED that produced huge effects. She lets them see her Circles first, before performing.
Basic, Fire, Wind, Water, Earth, Explosion, Ice, and Crystal. In basic, she made a rather life-like statue of the darkstalker Q-Bee with great detail. The elements, was easy.
'Ohohohoho! This is getting exciting already!' Nicholas cried in glee. 'Bring in the metals!' he ordered excitedly as a bunch of elves brought in several boxes of metals. 'The closer you are to making gold, the higher the grade! This is the most difficult alchemy exam there is!'
So she made another circle. A circle Nicholas knew too well as Alma gathered what she needed from the boxes, and transmuted pure gold! And in the form of a greek god statue at that!
'Bravo Ms. Potter this is fabulous!' Nicholas exclaimed, squealing like a fanboy. 'Next, Spagyric Alchemy as a Bonus since we'll do the medicine last, the NEWT-takers are still taking Potions.' he said. 'Bring in the plants!'
'...I specialize in plant monsters, you sure? Wands out and be ready to kill it after I make it!'

Later that night...
'So Nicholas, how is Ms. Potter in her Alchemy Exam?' Albus asked his old friend.
'The future of Alchemy is secure Albus! She's the newest Alchemist of Wizarding Britain!' Nicholas sputtered in glee, unaware that a crap-ton of Magi practice it, not to mention their ideal pinnacle of Alchemy was creating Homunculi. 'Wizarding Britain has an excellent alchemist in Ms. Potter! Full Marks I say! If only I had the authority to give O+ I would have done it but grading standards is only a mere O which is too cheap considering how well she did!' he complained. 'It's so unfair but what can I do? Her work is patented already and it will be let out in the Prophet tomorrow.'
'Oh, do tell!'
Indeed, the next morning, the Morning Prophet came out, announcing the birth of Wizarding Britain's newest Alchemist.
If only Wizarding Communities have a CLUE...
