Hello, again. Sorry if the last chapter was boring. I had to write that part, and there wasn't anyway to avoid it.
Time skip...
From the castle, the students could hear a lot of loud clanging, from the court yard. Percy and Annabeth were in the middle of a sword fight, against each other. They had attracted a crowd of curious people, including Harry, Ron, and Hermione. To observers, they actually looked quite terrifying, and intense. In fact they were so absorbed in the fight that they didn't realize that they had an audience. In the end Annabeth flung around, yanked the sword out of Percy's hand, and then stuck her dagger up against his throat.
"You know Seaweed Brain, that you would beat me if you were in your elament. But seeing who my parents are, then it seems I have the advantage." Annabeth said modestly.
"Nah Wise Girl, you beat me fair and square. I mean I have to get beaten at some point! Can't have me thinking I'm the best fighter out." Percy replied.
Hermione frowned. Seaweed Brain, in your elament, Wise Girl, best fighter. She was starting to see Harry's point.
"Anyway. We had better go to class...oh look, we seem to have some...observers" he said looking around in surprise.
"Oh gods, we should have seen that before." Muttered Annabeth. "C'mon, lets go." She said indicating the doors.
"Uh... Annabeth, what about Riptide?" He said holding up the sword slightly.
"Just wait for the crowd to clear off. I'm sure you have classes everbody!" She finished off cheerfully. When they were sure they were alone, Percy capped His sword, and it shrank back into a pen.
Ron's POV
We had morning break after our classes. Hermione had said that Annabeth and Percy had their own thing to practise, and that they might be able to catch the end of it. Sure enough, what did they find? Two foreigners fighting! With swords and daggers! Against one another! It looked like they were going to kill each other. I came to the conclusion that they were officially nuts. When the girl won, she said that he usually won, when he was in his elament. Weird. After she told us to politely clear off, Hermione walked away a bit, then dived behind a bush, with Harry and I in tow.
He capped his sword. It went into a pen. Oh dear, another point to the strange people side. I just noticed another thing. He called his sword Riptide. Hang on, another thing. Were you even allowed to have weapons on the grounds?
"Guys... I figured it out." Hermione said. Well that was bloody quick not even two days! And she already knows what the deal is with them. On the way back to class, Hermione said that... "They are greek gods a goddeses in disguise. The girl is Athena, and the boy is Posiden!" She exclaimed triumphantly. Yeah right.
"Hermione are you sure, I mean I have no idea...but isn't that a bit far fetched?" Suggested Ron nervously.
"Well it all fits together? The curse with Gods and not God. They used the words Hera, and Zeus. And they called each other nicknames. Seaweed Brain and Wise Girl. I went to the library and found out what the names Hera and Zeus are. They are both greek gods and goddesses!"
Sorry it's so short. I'm thinking, that I might do more small ones than less big ones?
Please give me suggestions in the reviews.
Thanks for reading! :)
