I own nothing. Enjoy!

Shibuya 13:00

Hibiki shook as she and her friends made their way out of the platform. She felt a bit of awe at the monsters she saw suddenly spawn. She could just tell that there were a lot of possible Tamers on that train.

She gripped her head, how did she keep knowing these things? It was almost commonplace now that she began to feel the feeling of nostalgia nudge her mind. This time it brought dread, mixed with something she couldn't put words to.

Shaking the feelings out she gripped the railing of the stairs that led to the streets above. If she could get Io and Daichi out of the subway, then maybe she could help them escape what she had expected to be a catastrophe topside.

Shibuya-Q 13:00

To say that it was bad, was an horrible understatement. Cars were packed together, people rushing from them while screaming. Pieces of buildings fell and crushed whatever was beneath them, be it person or object.

Over the screaming Hibiki could hear the primal roars of distant Demons being set loose. She gritted her teeth as Daichi let out a muffled shriek.

"What is it?"

"This app, it suddenly appeared on my phone!"

"Then get rid of it."

"I can't!"

Io looked up from her phone and started looking around. Hibiki opened her phone to try and see what was wrong, there was no service.

'Of course there isn't any service, because that would make it easy.'

Clicking through the app, because she had nothing better to do, she saw that there was a message in the app's inbox. Cautiously opening it she read the short message.

-The First of the Seven has emerged.-

Hibiki read that message several times, she felt like she knew what it meant, but as usual it was still more confusing than anything else. She closed and pocketed her phone just as Io walked back to their small group.

"Everything seems to be out. I went to ask a cab driver about using his radio, but it was dead."

Hibiki crossed her arms and leaned against one of the destroyed cars, ignoring the panicking Daichi as she thought of what to do next.

"Well, if the phones are out, then the only logical thing to do would be to-"

"Excuse me, did you three just come from the subway?"

Hibiki uncrossed her arms and quickly turned around, and she felt her heart beat faster and stop, at the same time.

Standing before her was a woman that was dressed in a black and uniform with long white boots. Her gaze seemed to go straight through Hibiki, she shivered at that thought.

Hibiki also had to admit that this woman was beautiful.

Just as she was about to answer, Daichi interrupted her when he ran to the woman in a panic.

"Yes! It was pure insanity down there! The tunnel almost collapsed on top of us!"

The woman didn't even flinch at Daichi's outburst, which Hibiki had to give credit, she felt like she was going to punch Daichi in the face. Instead of saying anything the woman held out her hand.

"If that is true, give me your phones."

Hibiki blinked, but she shrugged, reaching into her pocket she withdrew the cobalt device and held it out to the woman.

"Sure, here you go."

Everyone seemed stunned, the woman paused for a brief moment, as if wondering why Hibiki was being so compliant. Hibiki on the other hand, thought nothing of it. She simply had a feeling that this was she was supposed to do.

The woman was actually about to reach for the phone, but Daichi stepped between them with a nervous laugh.

"Sorry, you're going to have to excuse her. She's probably just as shook up as the rest of-RUN!"

Daichi then grabbed Hibiki's arm and ran past Io, who's arm Hibiki also grabbed. They were quickly dragged out of there, leaving the woman to contemplate what had just happened.

Following a very long dragging by Daichi, the trio were now far away from the woman. Hibiki smashed her fist onto Daichi's head, causing the poor boy to fall unconscious. Hibiki shook her hand to clear away the numb feeling as Io inched closer.

"Um, Hibiki?"

"Yes Io?"

"I was just going to say. I live on the other end of the city, because of this I think this is where we go our seperate ways."

Hibiki raised an eyebrow and turned, she could clearly see that Io was set on her plan, but one look past her an to the burning city, made Hibiki question Io's plan.

"Well how about we tag along. You don't know how much good two bodyguards will do for you."

Io lifted her hands and waved them nervously.

"Oh no, I wouldn't dream of asking you to go that far."

Hibiki chuckled at the notion, she then took one of Io's hands and bowed.

"It is not a problem my lady, I just suggest that we wait for Daichi the Cowardly to resume conscious functions before proceeding."

Lifting herself back into standing upright, she was met with Io locking her into a bear hug.

"Thank you!"

The same feeling Hibiki felt earlier when speaking to the tall woman returned, causing Hibiki to become flustered and confused.

This was going to be a long trip.

Another chapter complete.

I hope you enjoyed!

As I said previously, I will be attempting to make these chapters longer, but I have decided to start possibly next chapter, it just feels natural to have them this short right now.

Hibiki's pairing will be with Makoto, one asked for it and I thought why not? I hope that doesn't spoil anything. It also means that I can have fun torturing Hibiki with Io.

Again, I hope you enjoyed.

Have a nice day!
