Ohayo! I'm back, and it's only been a day! Hopefully you guys enjoy this chapter of "Falling Without A Clue!" :)

Lucy's P.O.V.

I woke up to the sound of the birds pecking on the other side of my window. My eyelids felt heavy, but I just couldn't go back to sleep. I brushed strands of my blonde hair off my face as I squinted my eyes trying to look at the time on my clock. 10:32? No.. 11:32? I couldn't tell, but I knew it was almost close to lunch.

I moaned as I swung myself up into a sitting position, yawning, rubbing my eyes. I had no motivation to get ready, go anywhere, or just do anything in general. I slipped on my fluffy, pink bunny slippers and headed towards the bathroom. I rubbed my eyes once more, opening to seeing a wreck right in front of me. My eyes widened seeing myself, my hair looked like it just came out of a tsunami, and my makeup was smudged all around, making weird colours.

I twisted the hot and cold knob, but slightly twisting the hot knob more. I dropped a pink rose bath bomb into the tub. I saw petals bobbing ontop of the water and the water slowly filling with bubbles. The fragrance had a tint of sugar plum. I smiled looking quite impressed. I turned around to the sink where my cinnamon bath and body works candle was sitting on. I took a lighter that was right beside it, lit it and stripped down naked sinking my body into the warm, bubbly tub. I let out a sigh feeling quite relaxed, letting my mind drift off to dreamland.

*In Lucy's mind* - flashback to yesterday

"Don't cry. After today, I don't ever want to see tears running down your face ok?"

His warm personality, his eyes that stared into yours, making your insides shiver. Especially his smile, it's so contagious you can't help but smile back. Everything about him made your world turn round, and you just don't ever want to say goodbye.

... Gray.

*Back to present time*

Lucy slipped off her bottom, and slumped into the water. She sat back up quickly, gasping for air, clenching her chest. "Baka.. Gray's nothing Lucy. There's another guy now." Lucy uttered to herself, flicking the bubbles off her face. After a while, Lucy started to realize how happy he made her. She started to laugh at herself, and felt her cheeks burn. Cupping them, she shook her head side to side as if she was trying to flick the tint of pink off her face.

Minutes later, Lucy settled to step out of the bath wrapping a fluffy, white towel around her. Then turning around, leaning into the bath, sticking an arm in pulling the plug of the tub letting the water drain. Before all bubbles and petals drained away, Lucy grasped one of the pink petals and smiled to herself. She caressed the petal between her index and thumb, feeling the softness of the petal and how well it was made.

Pushing herself up, Lucy turned around to the sink blowing the candle out. Brushing her teeth, then combing through her blonde strands, Lucy stepped out of the washroom, directing herself to her closet, slipping on white thigh highs that hugged her legs just right, then slipping on her black combat boots. Taking out her favourite pair of her, denim high waisted shorts topping it off with a black t-shirt layering it with a red and black plaid sweater. Walking towards her door, she belted her brown belt that held all of her keys, quickly counting all to make sure they're all there.

Stepping outside the door, she felt the cool autumn breeze lightly brushing against her skin making her pull her sweater closer towards her trying to gain some warmth. Letting out a sigh, she saw her breath formed into the air, slowly fading away. Lucy knew she couldn't just stay in front of her house forever, although she would if she could, but she had to get money to pay for her monthly rent. Starting to head towards the guild, all Lucy thought about was Rogue.

Finally reaching her second home, she stepped inside having the warm temperature wrapping around her. Letting out a relieved sigh, Lucy marched towards the bar where her sister-like demon was. Sitting onto one of the stools, dangling her legs off to the side and resting her arms on the counter she spoke chirpy, "Ohayo, Mira." Flashing a smile at the barmaid who turned around with the same smile. "Morning, Lucy. You seem upbeat today." Lucy swung her legs like a child, "Yeah." She retorted with the smile still plastered on her face.

Mira, always being the person who needs to know about relationships, sat beside Lucy resting her head on her palm and said, "So, I'm assuming this is about a guy." Lucy shifted her eyes towards Mira, but not facing towards her, she smirked and replied "Maybe." Mira squealed and grabbed hold of Lucy's hands. "Oh my gosh, Lucy! Who is it? Do I know him? Is he cute? What's his name?" Mira's questions went on and on, Lucy just giggled. She turned towards the barmaid and smiled, "It's a secret." Mira's smile turned to a frown and crossed her arms. "Lucy! That's not fair." The demon said pouting. Lucy rested an arm on the sad barmaid as she laughed, "Don't worry Mira, I just met him yesterday. It's not that big yet, but.. When things get serious, you'll be the first one I'll tell." Lucy answered as she winked at the barmaid who was pouting, but now was smiling in glee. "Okay!" Mira said smiling from ear to ear.

"Anyways, I came here to find a job. Is there any available right now? And, may I get a strawberry milkshake please?" Lucy pleaded with her puppy eyes. Mira chuckled and nodded her head in agreement. She stood up and walked on the other side of the counter preparing a milkshake, cutting the strawberries, adding the ingredients. Meanwhile Lucy's mind was wandering off to Gray. She couldn't help it, she saw him with all these girls constantly screeching surrounding him, yelling his name. She glanced slightly towards the player boy and Lucy swears to god she saw him make eye contact with her.

Lucy shivered in astonishment as she flicked her head back towards Mira who gave her the milkshake, thanking her, Lucy took a sip out of the straw, complimenting the barmaid.

Lucy's P.O.V

He did not just stare at me.. You're dreaming Lucy, you're done with him and he's done with you. Taking the straw out and gulping the milkshake all in one like it was a shot, I slammed the cup down sighing. Mira cupping her mouth, trying to hold back her laughter questioned me. "So, you want to look for a mission?" She asked, handing me a napkin. I took it nodding my head in thanks, and wiping the napkin against my mouth taking off the excess milkshake around my mouth.

Putting the napkin aside, I asked her what kind of mission it is. "Oh, it's not so bad, but it's a partner group. Someone already took the mission, and he's just waiting for a partner. It's helping a town get rid of bandits." Mira said to me as she took the cup and napkin placing it away. I thought for a while and thought it shouldn't be that bad, so I took it. "So who's it with?" I wondered. The barmaid pointed behind me and my eyes widened as I cupped my mouth.
