Bustman: Yo, I'm back. As you may remember, last chapter I cliff-hangered you. You can call me evil, because I am. Anyways, today doing the disclaimer and granted immunity is…

Luigi: Ooh! Me! Me!

Bustman: Luigi, you just did the disclaimer three chapters ago.

Luigi: So? Me! Meeee!

Bustman: (sighs) Alright, hit it.

Luigi: Hooray! I'm invincible! Bustman does not own anything but the fic itself!

Bustman: Good man! Be sure to read and review!

Wolf tumbled out of the dark portal and landed on the ground. He got up and coughed. His eyes widened in surprise as he found two primids shakily holding up their blasters at him.

"D-don't m-move," the right one stuttered, eyes widened in fear. His partner quavered.

Suddenly, a laser shot through the left primid's chest. His eyes rolled to the back of his head, and he collapsed. Another laser hit the other primid's shoulder, and he doubled over unconscious. Fox stood above the two primids, blaster in hand.

"Thanks," Wolf grunted, getting up and brushing himself.

"Don't mention it," Fox said. The two looked around. The dark portal swirled around behind them, and beneath them was dark matter. The only thing separating them from falling down into it was a crystal path, that zigzagged up ahead."Strange, isn't it?" Wolf thought aloud. "They only put two, inexperienced primids on guard duty in front of the portal that leads into their world."

"It is odd," Fox agreed. He looked down at the unconscious primid. "Maybe we should question him,"

Wolf and Fox bent down and shook the primid with the shoulder wound. He opened his eyes slowly and screamed loudly.

"Hush! Or write your will!" Wolf hissed, pointing his blaster at the primid's head. He whimpered.

"There's something fishy going on around here. And you're going to tell us what it is," Fox growled. Wolf put his finger on the trigger of his gun. The primid gulped.

"I-I can't t-tell you that," he said softly.

"Bzzzzt! Wrong!" Wolf growled. He shot the primid's other shoulder. He gave out a piercing scream, but Fox covered his mouth, making the noise muffled.

"You'd better answer our damn questions," Wolf narrowed his eyes. "Or do you want to end up like your partner here?" Wolf turned and kicked the dead primid. He crumbled into shadow bugs and scurried over the edge. The other primid whimpered.

"Okay, okay. I'll talk!" he moaned. "M-master Blazer is g-giving a speech…"

"Blazer?" Fox furrowed his eyebrows and turned to Wolf. "Ever heard of this guy?"

"No. I think he's lying," Wolf growled. He reloaded his blaster.

"I'm not lying, I swear!" the primid cried. "M-master Blazer has been sent on a quest, and he's just returned with good news! He's giving a speech! He's giving a speech!!"

"You think he's telling the truth?" Wolf asked Fox. Fox stared at the cowering primid for a few seconds and slowly nodded.

"I think we should believe him," Fox said.

The primid gave out a sigh of relief. Fox looked down.

"Tell me, where do you go when you get sucked into that dark matter?" Fox asked. The primid gulped.

"T-to nothingness."

"Good. You should be safe there," Wolf growled, grabbing the primid and preparing to throw him over.

"Stop! He'll be our…tour guide," Fox smiled. Wolf glared at him.

"Are you serious? He could betray us and give us away!"

"Oh. I don't think he'll be doing that," Fox loaded his blaster and looked at the primid. "Will you, my friend?"

The primid whimpered. "N-no sir."

Fox tucked his blaster back into his belt. "Good. Wolf, the rope?"

Wolf grinned, and took the rope from his belt. He made a collar, and put it around the primid's neck. He kept the other end.

"Almost like walking a dog," Wolf growled. He turned to the primid. "No funny business. Or else."

Fox began to walk down the path. Wolf and the primid followed, Wolf having a better time then the primid, who repeatedly whimpered whenever Wolf tugged hard.

"Look! Up ahead!" Fox hissed, coming to an abrupt halt. Wolf stopped and looked ahead. In the distance, a party of primids were patrolling. Wolf turned to the primid.

"You," he grunted. "You're going to walk up there, and tell them that whoever this Blazer is has requested them at the speech, and that you and you're partner, who is coming, will take over."

"And, just in case," Fox latched a small bomb onto the primid's chest. He gave out a cry of surprise. Fox held up a small box with a red button on it. "Try anything, I'll blow you up quicker then you can say 'shadowbug'. Got that?"

The primid bobbed his head. Fox let him off his leash. The primid walked up ahead and could distantly be seen talking to the group of primids. The primids shrugged, nodded, and marched off. Wolf and Fox ran up ahead and put the primid back onto his leash.

"Good going." Wolf tugged on the leash. "Onwards march!"

The three marched for a while, stopping occasionally for water. Gradually, a crystal city came into view. Wolf turned to the primid.

"What the hell is this?"

"Subspace city," the primid whimpered. "Blazer is giving his speech in the coliseum."

"And I'm guessing you want to be there, right? Typical of a dumb primid like you," Wolf sneered. The primid shrunk back, but then shook his head and walked up to Wolf so they were level.

"You think all primids want to live the life we're living?" he snarled. "We were created for this! We have no other choice! What do you think would happen if we tried to run away? Try to betray our creators? We'd be killed, or sent into nothingness, that's what! You don't know shit about the life of primids, so shut your damn trap!"

Fox and Wolf stared at the primid, dumbfounded. The primid seemed to have realized what had just came out of his mouth, because he shrunk back again.

"Please don't kill me."

Wolf shook his head. "Come on; let's go," he grunted. The primid waited for Wolf to pick up his leash again, but Wolf shook his head.

"Take it off. Don't think we trust you yet; the bomb is staying on."

Now the primid looked dumbfounded. He slowly took off his leash, and then flinched, as if he expected Wolf to reach for his blaster.

"Th-thanks?"

"Don't mention it. Now just show us to this coliseum," Wolf growled. The primid rapidly nodded, and walked ahead. Wolf and Fox followed. They ducked behind a building in front of the coliseum and peeked at the large structure. Hundreds of primids were guarding the main entrance. Fox sighed.

"Is there another way to get in?

"Not many. There are some back entrances and air shafts," the primid whispered.

"Alright. Let's go around," Wolf growled. The three, staying hidden, quickly walked past the buildings around the coliseum.

"Look," hissed Fox. "It's an air vent!" He nodded to a grate where many primids were patrolling.

"It's always something," Wolf muttered. He grabbed a bomb from his belt and threw it behind him. Wolf hummed coolly as it blew up, and the patrolling primids looked around wildly. Most of them ran towards the source of the noise.

"Now," he hissed to the primid. The primid walked up to the remaining primids that were surrounding the air vent.

"You guys, you guys! Blazer's orders; you're to check out the noise, I'll stay here and patrol. Don't worry, just go, or do you want to feel Blazer's wrath for being late?"

The primids hurried towards the building that Wolf had blown up. The primid beckoned the two smashers and pulled open the grate. He began to climb through the air vent. Wolf and Fox followed, having to lean down on their knees. They crawled for a long while, until they saw a brilliant beam of light up ahead. They continued to crawl until they tumbled out of the grate, and looked wildly around. They were on the floor of a vacant box, with five red chairs staring out at the center of the large coliseum. Fox and Wolf looked below. Thousands of primids were sitting in the coliseum, cheering and screaming. In the center of the coliseum was a large, triangular, robotic creature. He had green cloaks wrapped around him, so the only part of him visible was his round eyes. He was hovering a foot off the ground on some sort of platform, and had a guard of 10 R.O.B.s surrounding him. At the moment, he was floating out into the middle of the sandy pit that was the center of the arena. He cleared his throat and spoke.

"Today, we gather, to celebrate our victory. For years and years we have been trying to achieve this goal, and today, we have taken one huge step towards it." A large round of cheering came from the primids below. The robot spoke louder.

"For years, we have tried to find some way to penetrate the smash mansion, to achieve our goal; a world of darkness! For darkness is what represents life! All living beings on Earth, every organism that breathes and walks, is not kind, or sweet, or good deep down! No, what lies at the pit of every living beings is selfishness, is the urge to kill, is darkness!"

The primids whistled and cheered. Some were crying tears of joy. Fox and Wolf looked at each other, disgusted. Wolf turned to the primid.

"You believe all this?"

The primid shrugged. "It's what we were raised to believe. We really know nothing else."

The robot continued. "Today, the world has stepped a bit closer to the impending darkness. Today, we are closer to a world, where no one has to hide their inner darkness! No one has to be kind, or polite! Soon, no one will have to hide all of that! And let's have the savior explain how, and why, that will happen! I give you Blazer!"

The crowd went wild as a man with rags covering his entire body came out. He had a sword in one hand, and a small bottle of liquid in the other. His red eyes scanned the crowd of screaming primids. He coughed, and everyone went silent.

"Thank you, thank you all for coming! I appreciate your enthusiasm! Yes, today is a landmark in our history! Today is the day our domination of the world begins!"

Another round of cheering.

"Thank you, thank you. As you all know, before we can set our sights on that, we have to eliminate the strongest line of defense," the man in rags narrowed his red eyes. "The Smash Brothers."

The crowd went silent. Blazer slowly held up his small bottle of liquid.

"This is a little refreshment that I like to call the Peneterious Potion. Anyone who drinks this," he paused dramatically. "Will be able to enter any force-field."

An interested murmur broke through the crowd. Blazer smiled.

"Tomorrow, we shall march to the smash mansion and penetrate it's force-field. We will have an epic fight like no other, one that I'm certain we will be the winners of."

The crowd roared. Blazer rose his voice over the noise.

"I have proof right here! This is what happens when a smasher defies us, the strongest army in the universe!"

Many primids marched out of a cage onto the field. Inside was a green, dinosaur shaped corpse, eyes shut in fear, never to open again.

"Yoshi…" Wolf breathed. Fox, who had been good friends with the green dinosaur, flinched.

"I give you one of the veteran smashers! He tried to defy our master, and look what happened to him!" Blazer shouted. "Dead, one blow to the line of defense that are the Smash Brothers!"

The crowd cheered wildly. Wolf turned to Fox, who's eyes were clouded with grief. "I've seen enough. Let's go."

"Oh, but where do you think you're going?"

Bustman: Kind of a lame cliffhanger, I know. But I couldn't think of anything else. I need at least three reviews to put up the next chapter, so please review! Remember, even if you don't have an account you can!
