Cry Me A River

Chapter 4

"Hear my call. I want it all. Roses in the wind, bridge from falling in, I may not always know you're there, but all I am I share, with you."

"Do not and I repeat do not get caught up romantically with Austin Moon. A lot of girls have and they regret it. He hurts girls okay. He's a player." She said as she sat herself on the counter.

"I do not and I repeat do not want anything to do with Austin Moon in any romantic way Trish, plus I have feelings for someone else." I spoke, the last part coming out in a murmur as I spooned more cereal into my mouth.

"What was that last part? Who us this guy? Wait let me guess—" She said, her arms crossing over her chest.

"It's—"

"It's Dallas." I spoke to her. Her mouth opened to a big smile.

"Omfg and he's single now! You guys need to go on a date, call him now!" she yelled. I laughed at her as I picked my phone up.

" Dallas here." He spoke happily through the phone.

"Hey it's Ally" I spoke back. He laughed.

"I know, you're in my contacts as Ally-Cat" he said still laughing.

"Come to the campus kitchen." I said, finally stopping the stalling. He laughed and said a quick 'okay' before hanging up. I screamed as frantically tried to fixed my slightly sweat drenched hair.

"Ally!" Dallas yelled as he ran into the kitchen. I looked at him and smiled widely.

"Dallas I really like you, and I wanted to tell you but I'm scared that-" I couldn't finish my sentence because his lips planted down on mine. i heard Trish shriek in the background but as for me, i felt no different when we kissed. Atleast with Austin, it made my stomach tie in knots, my lips felt numb. He pulled away from me, a smile on his face.

"So do you wanna go out for dinner or something?" He asked with a big smile. I sighed and nodded, a fake smile on mine. This was what I wanted, right?

I walked back to my dorm, Dallas walking to his, Trish still working in the kitchen. I unlocked my dorm with my id card.

"Austin we need to-" I stopped talking when I looked up. Austin pulled away from the blonde girl he was kissing. They both stood up, her fixing her cheer uniform.

"Oh hey Ally, this is Beverly, she's the cheer captain." Austin said, his head down and his hands in his pockets.

"Hi Ally, the boys on the football team have told me how beautiful you are and they weren't lying." She said genuinely. She had a sweet voice, it's soprano backing telling me she was a singer.

"Oh thanks, your really gorgeous yourself." I said back. She had her apparently long platinum blonde hair tied up, a red under later visible. She had our yellow and black cheer uniform on, a large bow in back of her pompadour that she had on the crown of her head.

"Well we need another flyer on the cheer team, how would you like to be a flyer for us?" She asked with a smile.

"Uhm sure, I've never cheered before though." I said looking at my shoes. She smiled her perfectly kind smile.

"That's fine, you have some dance background so you will be perfect. Austin I gotta go, campus curfew. I'll see you tomorrow about that dinner date." She said with a smile and a wink to Austin. She walked past me waving lightly as she picked up her pom-poms off our floor. I closed the door behind her. I drew a breath in and frustratingly brushed my hair back out of it's ponytail.

"So what did you need to talk about?" He said as got up and laid on my bad.

"Get off, Moon." I said angrier than I meant to. He got up and looked at me confused.

"What's wrong with you?" He asked. I shook my head.

"Just tired." I said holding my head. He nodded solemnly.

"Go to bed then." He said in monotone. I could feel my eyes welling up, a small tear running down my cheek. He sighed and walked around my bed to where I was. His arms went around my waist, his lips tenderly touching my forehead. He moved his lips from my forehead and his chin rested on the crown of my head.

"Oh, won't you stay with me? 'Cause you're all I need, this ain't love, it's clear to see, but darling, stay with me." He sang gently, rocking me as I placed my hands on his upper arms. The tears were dissipating, the repetition of the song he was singing calming me down.

"Why am I so emotional? No, it's not a good look, gain some self-control and deep down I know this never works, but you can lay with me so it doesn't hurt." He finished off, is lips softly touching my temple. I was half asleep, my eyes fluttered shut. I guess he thought I was asleep because he started talking.

"I know why you're crying, and I'm sorry. You've become a big part of my life in the past 3 days. Every second I want to tell you how beautiful you are, and how you make me want to throw up , in a good way, but I can't, you're too good for someone like me. I know you probably hate me, with bringing random girls into the room, and I'm sorry." he laid me down on my bed and tucked me into my blanket.

"Goodnight Ally." He said as he kissed my cheek gently. He turned the light down in the universal remote. I heard him bounce onto his mattress, the springs making a noise. I sighed as sleep pulled me under, Austin running through my mind.

So idk if you guys know but my laptop broke ~. My hard drive is completely busted so I have to update on my phone until I get a new laptop in July. But at least I updated :D. So in the song the quote in the beginning is from a song called "The Call" by Ruu Campbell, which is a beautiful song that I actually heard on Teen Wolf XD. The song Austin is singing to Ally is "Stay With Me" by Sam Smith (I love that song rn.) So my question for you guys to answer in the reviews is should I let something happen in the next chapter (something kinda sexual), or keep it kinda emotional? So if we get this to 75 reviews total I will update again. Baii guys 3 :)
