Green sighed for the hundredth time before stepping hard on Gold's stomach as said male was still lying down on his mattress, with his mouth wide open, drooling as he slept. The brunette had remind the younger assassin that they had to be up really early in order to make it to Viridian City in time as it would be a four hour travel by foot. The older assassin felt no sympathy for Gold as he sat up abruptly, holding his stomach, coughing.

"WHAT THE HELL?!" He yelled angrily to the jade eye brunette who just stood there watching.

"Get up," Green said, tossing Gold a bag. "That's breakfast and lunch. We're leaving in a few minutes." Without waiting for a reply Green left the room. Gold huffed in annoyance and jumped off his bed. He yawned loudly and scratched his butt before beginning to change out of his nightwear.

Once he was done, he walked out of his room. Surprisingly Crystal was waiting for him outside of his room, when he was expecting a grumpy Green.

"Oh, hey Crys," Gold greeted her. Crystal was still dressed in her sleepwear, he noticed that she looked tired which threw him off, Crystal was a morning person. He rarely saw her tired in the early hours of the day.

"Hey," she said with a smile. Gold took out some bread from the bag Green gave him.

"Want some?" he offered. Crystal shook her head.

"No thanks, you need it more anyway. I just came to say have a safe journey."

"I'm just going to Viridian City; it's not a big deal." Gold reassured her. He took a bite out of his bread, waiting for her response. After a few moments of silence Gold brought her into a hug. "I'm not going to leave you behind like what happened to you before, you know that right?"

Crystal nodded her head.

"Good, now can I get a goodbye kiss?" he joked, which earned him a light-hearted slap to the face.

"Be safe." He felt her lips pressed lightly against his cheek.

"I will." He reciprocated the action.

Yellow was quietly eating her breakfast thinking about what training she was about to do that day. Last night Red had told her that he was going to give her a break at combat training (which she was grateful for), and was going to get a different kind of training to boost her confidence a bit, though she had no idea who was going to train her, according to Red, someone else would be taking over this kind of training.

Yellow prayed that it wasn't Silver, which may sound rude, but Silver intimidated the blonde and she never did well under pressure, and Silver didn't seem to have high patience considering his roommate, Gold, had ran it thin.

Red walked into the room, noticing Yellow and giving her a smile as he sat right across from her.

"So are you excited for today?" Red asked her enthusiastically, grabbing an apple that was laid out on the table.

"A bit." Yellow replied

"You'll do fine," Red said. "Trust me, Blue is a great teacher."

"Blue?"

"Dammit Red you've ruined the surprise." Blue said as she walked into the room, disappointment on her face.

"Sorry?" Red didn't really understood what the problem was; he was just informing the blonde of her new mentor's capabilities of teaching her, just to calm her nerves. He didn't know Yellow wasn't aware of who was going to train her today, he figured Green might have told her after dinner the night before.

Blue sighed dramatically and waved her hand at Red in dismissal. "Please," she said. "Don't apologize for something if you don't sound sincere."

"That's what you do to Green whenever he tells you to stop being 'pesky'" Red defended.

Blue scoffed. "How dare you take Green's side? Are you not aware that you must always defend the lady in anything? No wonder you're single."

Red just turned his glance to Yellow with a confuse look that basically said: "Is this true?" Yellow shrugged back in response, not really bothering to learn Blue's logic behind the statement. "Umm..Alright then." Red said, as he stood up. "I'll see you guys at dinner." And with that statement he walked out of the room.

"So!" the brunette said cheerfully. "Are you ready for your training?"

"I guess…..?" Yellow replied, not really sure what Blue had planned for the day, with spending the entire night with her and listing to Crystal's stories of the brunette's shenanigans, the only thing that Yellow knew was that Blue may have something mischievous up her sleeve.

"Great! Let's get started!"

Crystal walked out of her room in casual attire, she was going into town to do a round of patrolling and picking up some food for dinner that night, her faces still a little bit flushed after he conversation with Gold this morning. She hoped that no one had heard or seen them, especially Blue, god knows what that woman would do if she even saw the exchange between them.

Crystal and Gold had been in a relationship for a while now, but they never bothered to tell, Crystal decided that they would tell the others once everything had settled down with Gold reluctantly going along with her decision, seeing that she is the rational one among the two. Though, Crystal will admit there wasn't a major change in terms of their interactions after entering a romantic relationship to Gold's amusement.

She made her way down the hall, thinking back to the events of the previous night. She had never opened up to anyone so quickly before, she was always cautious with anyone she interacted with after being abandoned. Even after meeting Blue, and the rest of the group, it took her a few years to open up to them. Yet somehow, only after knowing Yellow for a few weeks she had opened up to her about her past. Perhaps how quickly the others welcomed Yellow- particularly Red, Blue, and Gold- into the crew had influenced her decision.

Besides Crystal thought to herself as she continued down the hall. It's not like I told her the whole story anyway. So it wasn't like you just gave Yellow your complete trust…... and it doesn't seem like Yellow is one to stab you in the back anyway. But you can never be too cautious.

Crystal had to be cautious, to make sure that she wouldn't be betrayed again by anyone.

"Alright!" Blue exclaimed excitingly. She and Yellow were in one of the spare rooms located at the south side of the base.

The room was empty, except for a single chair and desk that was located in the middle of the room. Both pieces of furniture were covered in a thin layer of dust since the room was barely used, much less its furniture.

Blue gestured Yellow to take a seat. The blonde quickly wiped of the dusk, coughing a little bit from the action and sat down. Yellow looked around, confused she expected some sort of physical training. After all for the past few weeks she and Red had been working on climbing and fighting techniques with a knife. Yellow wouldn't say she was the best at it, but she would like to think there was some sort of improvement.

"Um..Blue?" Yellow said hesitantly, "Where are the weapons? Or are we learning a different fighting technique today?"

Blue laughed. "There is more than just fighting that you need to learn, sweet Yellow." She said. "Today, I'm going to teach you something else."

Blue made her way to the other side of the table, across from the younger girl. She slowly crossed her arms across her chest, while maintaining her eye contact with the blonde. "Today, you are going to learn the art of intimidation."

"Ok," Yellow nodded. "So….you're going to teach me how to be intimidating….?"

"Yup! And you're lucky that I'm the one who is going to teach you. Green and Crystal would just make this boring, Gold won't really teach you anything, Silver isn't really interested with teaching, and, let's face it. You probably wouldn't be giving your complete attention to the lesson if Red is going to teach you." Blue finished with a mischievous smirk.

Yellow felt her face heat up from comment by the brunette.

"Before I start teaching you the techniques, let's see what we have to work with. I want you to intimidate me." Blue demanded.

Yellow tilted her head in confusion. "What?"

"You heard me," Blue replied. "Intimidate me." She repeated, nodding her head in an attempt to encourage the blonde.

"Um..ok." Yellow said. The smaller girl took a deep breath. She placed her palms on the table and pushed herself back, and jumped up from the chair.

"L-L-L….listen..!" Yellow attempted. The blonde intended her voice to sound loud, with a sense of authority, but what came out was a soft, meek, and what Blue would consider cute, voice. Yellow's face flushed.

She took a deep breath, "L-LISten!" Yellow attempted again, but her voice died off towards the end of her attempt. Yellow's face turned another darker shade of red.

Blue smiled and gave a heartfelt laugh; she stood up giving Yellow a pat on the shoulder. "It's alright," Blue assured the blonde. "The point of this is to teach you intimidation tactics."

Blue walked over to the other side of the table.

"So…..let's begin."

John gave a nod to the guards outside of the throne room. He had returned after examiming the location of Steven Harris' murder. In his hand he was carrying Steven's cloak that was soaked and covered in his blood.

He took a deep breath before stepping inside the throne room to meet with the King.

"My Lord," he greeted. Kneeling down on one knee while saying his greeting.

"Rise, Sir John," the King said. He was a rather tall man with a big build, he had scars that covered his face, and his dark hair and beard framed his face. "What did you find?" he asked as John was standing up.

John raised up his hand that held Steven's cloak. "The scene only contained three bodies, Sir Steven's and two civilians, but there were no weapons on the two civilians, they could have used Steven's gun, but he died of a stab would rather than from a gunshot wound." He explained. "The villagers say that the couple has a daughter, no one has seen her since the murder."

John unfolded the cloak to show the incision that he found inside of Steven's cloak. "But whoever had done this." He continued. "Took something from Steven, I assume that whatever he took from him must have had something to down with what he was going to present to us in the meeting."

The King closed his eyes and took a deep breath. "How….. odd," he finally commented after a moment of silence.

"My Lord, if I may say," John said. "There has been a rumor that has been going around, that seems to be popular with our men that there is an "Assassins of Justice" group going around, they believe that the said group is real, and is responsible, or at least connected to Steven's death."

"I assume that you shut down these assumptions immediately, correct?" the King said.

"Of course,"

"Good. We can't let them be anymore suspicious of these assassins." The sheer disgust of the King was displayed with the tone he used for "assassins". The King came down from his throne and took the bloodied cloak from John. "I want you to keep a low profile and spend a few days in Pallet town, see if there is anything suspicious going on, find the girl and those papers too while you're at it." He finished.

"Yes, my Lord." John said, giving a final bow and walked out of the throne room.

"Hmph," The King held up the cloak, "Such a messy cut." The King chuckled. "Whoever you are, you are not going to make this out alive."

Sorry for the long gap in between updates, I'm really busy with uni at the moment. (in fact I'm suppose to work on an assignment rn but I decided to procrastinate because I have lost all motivation for myself)

I also apologise if it seems like this chapter was too short, or rushed. I just wanted to update this before the year ended and I have exams coming up so this was the only time I had.

I probably wont be updating for the rest of the year, so I wish all of you and early Happy Holidays! And may 2018 be the year for you ! :)
