Andre stopped the car outside the rusty gates. The gang stared up at the house. It was four story's high and looked as if it
could collapse at any minute. Close behind the house there was a large oak tree. Hanging from one of the lower branches was a
rope that was looped at the end,the gang shivered.
'Alright people let's try to get some information, let's go!' Andre led the gang up to the gates.
Robbie tried opening them but they wouldn't budge.
'Well what are we going to do now?' Tori asked getting worried.
Robbie wasn't paying attention to the other three, he was closely watching a dark figure that was behind the tree.
'Um..y'guys,I think we're being watched.' he was barely whispering.
'By who?' Beck whispered back.
The gang followed Robbie's gaze. Tori gulped,'What should we do?'
'Run!' The gang climbed over the gates and sprinted up to the front door. The figure moved and started following them. It moved in a sort of
cape of smoke, rushing in the wind towards them. They banged on the door.
'It's getting closer!' Tori screamed. A hand grabbed her and pulled her into the house and closed the door, there was silence.
The sound of someone striking a match broke the silence. From the light of the small flame Tori could barely make out the guys beside her.
The flame developed into a roaring fire. The person had tossed it into the fireplace. The gang could now see the figure.
'Jade!' They all ran at her and hugged her. She wasn't like a normal ghost, she was solid.
'You made it!' Jade smiled.
'Yeah, so who was that? how are you here? what's going on?' The gang bombarded her with questions.
'I'll answer questions later, right now let's eat.'
The house had a very grand large staircase in the front hall which was also very big and grand. Though the place was very dusty you could tell it
was once a beautiful noticed she was no longer wearing the black dress. She had on a beautiful velvet red Victorian type dress. The
front had golden lace going zigzagged over her chest with a small red rose at the top. She looked happy and beautiful yet Beck noticed something
wasn't quite right.
