Hello, everyone. I have an announcement to make. And no, it isn't that this story is going on hiatus. So far, this summer has been crazy and a lot of fun. Sure, there are things missing, but all I have to do is find those pieces, which will happen in all due time.

However, aside from rambling, I want to be blunt with you guys: I havn't written anything since summer started. Not since I last updated, either. So, as you can imagine, the chapter will take a while. However, I suppose that doesn't matter, since I have been losing viewers from the very first chapter. It could be the concept, the characters or all the pop cultural references however my viewer count has been going down. Despite this, I think I'll keep going. I mean, why not?

In a completely unrelated note, happy belated birthday to an ol', very good female friend of mine. I hope you are reading this. And, speaking of birthdays, I have very special guests for my special announcement:

A portal opens on the right side of the stage, and two figures stumble out. One of them was a boy with a yellow shirt, blue jeans and bornw hair. His pupils were small, almost small caliber bullet size. He had a dumbfounded expression his face. The second person was an elderly man in a white lab coat. The lab coat's middle was open to reveal his teal undershirt and his tan khaki pants. He had white, spikey hair and drool smearing his chin.

"Hello, everyone at home! I am Rick!" The elderly said cheerfully, "And this boy here he is-" He gave a short pause as he burped, "is my grandson Morty. We are here to-" another burp, "tell you about our return to T.V!"

"Uh-uh, Rick" The boy in yellow, Morty, stammered uncontrollably, "D-didn't you say that a-advertising was soulless?"

The older man, Rick, glared at the young-ling and practically yelled, "It's not my fault you forgot the Mee-seek's Box to spawn a Mee-seek to let them do the line for us, Morty!" He gave another burp after this sentence as he continued, "And w-we just can't leave now! We are in the middle of a c-commercial!"

"Oh, jeez, Rick, I am sorry." Morty hung his head in shame, despite the offense be minor, "lets get this over with, then."

Rick rolled his eyes as he began again, "I would also like to say, as of now, 12 am Eastern Standard Time, it's the Author's Birthday! S-So get on your party hats and lets party!"

Rick threw his hands in the air and waved them around with a wide grin on his face. However, after a minute or two, his hands dropped and his face went dull as his eyes drooped as he put forth bluntly, "Alright, author w-we-" another burp, "we said your stupid line, now can we leave?'

I granted their request as Rick opened another portal and the two left as quickly as they came.

Yep, it's my birthday and I'll be celebrating. No promises on that other chapter anytime soon, however this Author's Note will be merged with the chapter when it's done. Also: SECOND SEASON OF RICK AND MORTY! YEEAH!
