Chapter 4-The Wishes…

Izena Training Camp,Izene Beach-2 Days Later…

The Iwatobi Swim Club members have conducting their swimming training for about 2 days. They still have another 3 days to complete the training before the tournament at the end of October. As usual on the daily routine,they will be going to the beach for training from morning until most lately,before noon. Right,they were having hard times to get through.

After they have finished,they were quickly returned to the camp to rest. Along the walk to the camp,they were chatting…

"Hmm,what a hot day…."Nagisa sighed.

Makoto chuckled softly as he retorted,"But it worth,isn't it?"

Nagisa nodded happily as he turned to his boyfriend,Rei. He said,"What are we going to do next?"

Rei thought it for a while. Makoto,Haruka and Nagisa were waiting for his answer unpatiently. Then,he finally answered,

"I think it's time for us to go deep inside the island. I mean,there is a hill a few meters from this camp,right?"

They nodded. He continued,"We hike the hill...maybe we can get a beautiful view of the island from there. What are your opinions?"

Makoto was the first person agreed with the suggestion,"I'm agree with you,Rei!We have been 'trapped' in this camp for a couple days. Sometimes,we need to explore around here,isn't it?"

Nagisa also agreed with his boyfriend,"Me too!Makoto-Senpai is absolutely right!Exploring is better than being in here always."

"I know that you both will liked it…"Rei smiled broadly.

But,they didn't hear the answer from Haruka yet. Haruka was always being silenced himself since they arrived here. His attitude was very different than usual. Makoto felt very worried with him. Also with the others. Makoto called him softly,"Haru…"He patted his shoulder gently,not to make him shocked.

"Uhh?!What?!"Haruka snapped from his silent.

"Are you alright?You seems is fuzzing around. Something wrong?"

Haruka protested,"No!Nothing…you're right…my mind was a bit fuzzy."

The brunette sighed,"Man…"

"Do you want to join us exploring the island?By hiking the hill.."Rei asked him after that.

The blue-haired boy nodded and said,"Well,I would love to…"

Everyone were jumped in joy. But Haruka interrupted again,"But…."

"But,what?"Nagisa frowned.

He continued,"We have to inform it to Gou. We can't easily just go away like that.."

"Oh yeah…sorry.."They were facepalming.

"WHAT ARE WAITING FOR?!LET'S GO!"

After they informed to their manager,Gou Matsuoka about the plan,she allowed them to go but she put a condition to them where they must returned back into the camp before 10:00 p.m because she wanted to have a meeting with them at 10:15 p.m. So,they have a plenty of times to explore the whole island. Recently,they were wanted to hike the Izena Hill. So,the plan was going very well.

"Haru…"Makoto called him softly.

Haruka turned at him,"What is it?"

"Will you…always at my side whenever I feel afraid in the forest after this?We will hike the hill through the forest…"Makoto suddenly blushed.

Haruka also blushed at the same time. He stumbled a bit with the question from him. Without any thoughts,he simply replied,"Y-Yes…"

"Thank you…Haru-Chan!I owe you very much.."

They both were looking away each other as they tried to hide the blushes on their faces. Rei and Nagisa were silently chuckling when they were looking at the blushing lads. Then,they were continued their journey to the Izena Hill.

'I wish I can protect you,Makoto…'

The journey to the Izena Hill took about 1 hour and 25 minutes excluding the journey to the forest. Finally,they have arrived at the front of the entrance of the hill which was the forest. They stopped at the main path and they gathered again for buffering.

"Hmm,it seems that the hill is extremely high that we've ever thought."Said Rei.

But Nagisa replied happily,"I don't care…I'm so excited to begin the exploration!"

Rei sighed and smiled upon his lover. Makoto agreed with him. He said unpatiently,"Nagisa is right!Come on!Let's hike the hill!"

Rei,Nagisa were very excited to the hill. With that,they were quickly running to the forest and they entered leaving Makoto and Haruka behind.

"Hey,guys!Wait!"Makoto tried to stop them but it was too late. Now only him and Haruka that being left behind.

The brunette looked at his 'crush'. He smiled lovingly and he said,"Haru-Chan…let's go."

Haruka blushed faintly but he hid it from being noticed by him. He nodded softly as he began to walk towards the forest. Makoto followed him from the back. The exploration to the hill has just began…

Finally,they have reached to the top of the hill. They were shouting and cheering very loudly because they have made it after they went through with a lot of difficulties during in the forest,especially for Makoto. He got freaked out with the rare insects and snakes. Well,gladly that Haruka was there for him. He ran straight to his behind and gripped his shirt tightly. He was trembling in fear.

What a beautiful view of Izena Beach which to be seen from the hill. Everything were beautiful. The sky,and the ocean were bluish and very calmed. They were very happy and felt very lucky when Gou brought them to such a wonderful place.

Suddenly,Makoto has changed as they have reached at the top of the hill. His fear suddenly turned to happy. He shouted,

"Finally!"

Haruka sighed silently,looking his 'annoying' crush. But in the same time,he had a small laugh in his mouth. He thought,'Silly Makoto…what an annoying captain..'

Rei looked at Nagisa and he said,"Well,what is your feeling about this?"

"It's so beautiful,Rei-kun!I don't know what to say anymore…I'm totally speechless."Nagisa simply replied. Rei smiled lovingly at him and held his hand. They both continued watching the view.

Meanwhile at Haruka and Makoto,as Rei and Nagisa were watching the view at the other side,they both were at the place point where they were stood just now.

Suddenly,Haruka noticed Makoto was closing his eyes and gripping both of his hands. He was suspicious about what his doing. After the brunette opened his eyes back,the other boy asked,

"What are you doing,Makoto?"

"I'm praying…"A simple answer from Makoto.

"What are you praying for?"

"I can't tell you….it's secret.."He smiled a bit but behind his smile,there's a blush on his cheeks that he tried to hide it.

But Haruka didn't give up. He really wanted to know,"Better if you tell me,Mako..or I will ignore you forever.."

The brunette gave up finally. He sighed and he answered,"I wish and I hope we can win the tournament soon."

"I'm also hoping that we can win the tournament. You know,against Rin…Rin would be so difficult to defeat…"

Makoto held his shoulders as he replied,"As long we keep strong and work together,no one can defeat us. That's the spirit that we must have in ourselves. Without a strong spirit,we'll doom forever. Understand?"

"Thank you so much,Mako…"

Makoto smiled broadly while still looking upon his face. Haruka turned his eyes away from looking him and he seemed embarrassing with his smile.

'Haru…not just that I wished for…the most wish that I wanted is..to be together with you and be your loyal boyfriend so I can make your life more better than now same as what Rei and Nagisa being now…'
