Emma smiled as she followed Melody deep into the sea. Emma remembered watching the little mermaid as a child but the Atlantica she had know as a child had no way to compare to the real thing."This way Emma." Melody said noticing Emma staring at her kingdom.

"Coming," Emma called hurrying to catch up to Melody. "I thought we were going to Atlantica?" She asked as they swam past the city.

"We are, just not yet. There's something I want to give you it's hidden outside of the city." Melody explained. Carefully Melody looked to make sure no one else was following them before touching the trident to the stone wall. Melody smiled when the bolder moved from in front of the entrance.

"You want me to go in there?" Emma asked not so keen on going into a dark cave alone.

"If you would like or else you can stay out here while I find what I'm looking for." Melody smiled swimming inside. Emma followed Melody in staying close. There was a light at the back of the cave that got brighter when they entered.

"What are we looking for?" Emma asked when Melody stopped in the middle of a large cave full of treasure sunken ships.

"A gift I was going to give to your mother for when you were older." Melody answered swimming to one of the sunken ships. "Stay here it will only take a moment." She said going inside the ship coming out with a shell necklace with Emma's name on it.

"What is it?"

"I'll show you with mine." Melody said putting the chain over Emma's head. Melody then opened her shell necklace and a bubble showed her parent's kingdom on land. "It shows you where you want to see. When I'm in my parents kingdom it shows Atlantica how it is."

"Can this show me Storybrooke?" Emma asked holding the shell in her hand as Melody closed hers.

"I think it can."

"What's the price? There's always a price of magic."

"There is, no matter what you see you can only watch no one can hear you." Emma nodded opening it.

+Storybrooke+

"Regina where the hell is my daughter?" Snow yelled at Regina seeing the blood staining the road.

"Dead." Regina smirked disappearing in a cloud of smoke.

"No no no!" Snow sobbed being caught by Charming before she could hit the ground.

+Emma+

Emma closed the necklace unable to watch Snow cry. "A strange land we're sent to." Melody said having seen main street Storybrooke.

"I need to get back." Emma said bring Melody out of her thoughts.

"We will get you back home." Melody said pausing. "But you'll be no use to them if just die when you return. Your concern now should be what's happening in this time, not what's happening in yours. It's going to be fine you have to have faith. Now lets head back to Atlantica." Melody said swimming out of the cave. Emma followed Melody closely as the made their way back to Atlantica.

"You may stay here for the night. If you need anything Emma ask." Melody smiled as Emma swam into her room.

+Snow and Charming+

"What if Regina finds out about our daughter?" Snow asked thinking of everything that could go wrong with having their daughter here from the future.

"Snow you heard what Emma said she breaks the curse." James said softly.

"But what if something happens in our time to change the future?" Snow asked continuing her pacing.

"We have to believe that whatever happens now happened before." James said pulling his wife into his arms.

"She'll need help if she's going to defeat my stepmother." Snow whispered sadly having hoped that one day they could've worked out there differences.

"And she'll have it we may not get to raise her, but maybe this is our chance to teach her." James said.

"I don't want to miss our daughter growing up. I don't want to miss all of her firsts." Snow cried.

"Your highness Red is here." Their guard said letting Red into the nursery.

"Charming?" Snow asked he always sent for Red when he felt she was worrying too much.

"Not his fault Snow I was worried about you this time." Red smiled as Snow turned to her.

"You don't have to be Red." Snow said leaning against her husband. "I shouldn't have let Emma go with Melody. What if Regina knows she's here I can't protect her."

"She's your daughter I'm sure she can put up a good fight and I doubt the queen of the sea would let anything happen to your daughter." Red told her as Snow sighted.

+Emma+

"What's this?" Emma asked when Melody gave her a ink bottle.

"Squid Ink, it has many uses but one is paralyzing a foe. It should help in your battle against Regina. I don't know if we'll be affected by the curse if we aren't use this." Melody said giving Emma a shell horn. "I'll come to your aid in the finale battle you don't have to fight this alone."

"Thank you." Emma said shocked when Melody hugged her.

"Go I'm guessing Snow is worried about you savoir." Melody smiled turning Emma back into a human when they got close to shore.

"Your highness, your parents are waiting for you." Grumpy said as he Emma got out of the water.

"It's Emma not your highness or anything like that." Emma said she could only handle so much.

"That's fine with me sister." Grumpy smiled taking Emma up the the castle.

Emma stopped in her bedroom changing into a new gown careful not to hurt her side anymore. She smiled as she set the shell on the desk in her room. None of this felt real it was like she was in a long dream.

"Emma?" Snow asked from the other side of the door. Emma shook her head getting up and opening the door.

"Sorry I was just thinking." Emma said as Snow sighed happy nothing had happened to her daughter while she was with Melody.

"Charming wants you down in the training field." Snow said taking Emma to where her husband was waiting for them.

"Where do you want to start sword or bow?" James asked his daughter.

"Sword." Emma said as Snow took a set to watch them.

"Your training starts now." James said when Emma picked up her sword.

So sorry with how long it's been. My muse hasn't been there and I've been really busy lately. I plan on updating a lot more often.
