*5:00 AM*
Matt looked around the abandoned mineshaft, every sound scaring him. It was completely unsettling
They're coming, creeping from the corner, and all I know is that I don't feel safe.
Some strange sound happen and it sounded like spilling, Matt whipped around when it hit him, but nothing was there.
I feel the tapping on my shoulder, I turn around in an alarming state.
Lights that were nonexistent started flickering on and off, every time they did his father would appear closer and closer, but fearing the light, every time it came on he was gone.
But am I losing my mind?
I really don't think so
Not a creature in sight, but what you don't know is that.
"Hello there," Hiroaki said from behind Matt, he whipped around seeing him there his eyes widened as he started running after a scream "Leave me alone!" he yelled turning a corner, the loose gravel making it hard to run. His heart ready to explode out of his chest, terror filling every limb. There was no place he felt safe, he was running a pointless race. He could run he could plead but nothing would help, Hiroaki being a boomerang that came back without trying.
My breathing gets faster and so does my heartbeat.
I wish this was over, I wish this was a dream but-
Matt turned a corner, trying to calm down, he had to, he couldn't waste his breath on his panic attack, his anxiety would very much be the death of him if this kept up.
I created a monster, a hell within' my head.
Hiroaki pushed Matt to the ground and Matt crawled backward trying to get away from him, coming closer. He stood up and ran, his feet pounding the floor with every step. Suddenly everything looked the same, he ran into walls and some he ran through. The main thing running through his mind is if he got stuck in a dead end and if his father caught him...
Nowhere to go, I'm out on my own
Oh I'm so scared
Matt tried to convince himself it was a dream, but it was hard to believe. Matt stopped for a minute to scan his surroundings. Trying to catch his breath and calm his anxiety. Fear consuming him, he was just trying to convince himself that he was going to get away, but he knew he wouldn't, trying to convince himself it was a dream, knowing it wasn't.

My mind impaired to wake me from my nightmare
Matt jumped when he heard footsteps.
"You can't hide forever!" Hiroaki yelled, Matt choked on a sob while backing toward a wall, his hand over his mouth trying to keep any sound from coming out, despite being terrified. Hot tears streamed down his throat, just wanting to get out of the mineshaft and hide in a secure room.
Wait, something doesn't feel right (feel right)
No, something seems wrong (wrong)
And I've been feeling this way (oh that's too bad), for far too long
All the sudden the wall behind him became transparent and Matt fell through it, he stumbled to get up when he was met with a kick to the stomach, Matt cried out in pain.
As my vision gets blurred, my skin's getting colder
Appearing young, while I'm growing older
Matt got up and ran, out of the mineshaft into the woods, leaning against a tree sliding to the floor in tears, would he ever get away?
I collapse to the floor and scream:
"Can anybody save me from myself?"
Hiroaki came into the clearing inching closer and closer to Matt, but no matter where he turned to he was trapped, between the trees and his dad, there was nowhere to run.

Matt back against a tree, nowhere to go. Hiroaki pinning him to the tree. Matt cried out as he twisted his wrist.
"You ungrateful little bitch!" Hiroaki sneered "For years, I allowed you to live and this is how you repay me?!" He tightened his grip on Matt's wrist causing him to cry out in pain "I could have sent you to the streets! I gave you food and water! A place to sleep and you act like this! I could have starved you! You live because I allowed it!"

Hiroaki pushed Matt away from the tree. Falling near a cliff, trying to cover his stomach from his fathers blows, a little while latter Hiroaki backed up. Matt laid in a fetal position in pain, suddenly the cliffside cracked breaking.
Walk into the latch, I find myself looking down
Frozen still with fear, now I'm plunging to the ground
If only I knew how to fly, then I could convince myself
This isn't my time to die
Instead, I'm rocketing faster, and faster
Matt's eyes shot open as they adjusted to the light, Matt sat up dizzy from his dream. He sat up and wiped his forehead with a cold sweat. He shook his head as he stood up and left the room making it down the hallway.
"You're up early," Nancy said standing behind him.
"I couldn't sleep…" Matt said reluctantly
"You'll get there…"
*5:30 AM*
It was like everything has turned into a desert. Which, wasn't right, it was the end of February, it was in the 40°s (4° Celsius) so why did it feel like it was 100?! (37) TK shut his eyes tightly, what the heck was going on!? What time was it even? TK sat up trying to read the clock but everything was blurry. TK shook his head rapidly trying to get his vision right. TK looked and things because a little more clear, 5:30, it was the time he always woke up.
He stood on the floor and took a second to steady himself. TK walked out into the hallway and made his way to his room, the design of the wooden floors blended together into one big blob. As Matt walked past him he glanced away not wanting to face him, he'd probably just burst into tears as soon as he did, he now had everything confirmed about what Trent and Aiden said. Matt's life would still be bad with him in it…
TK made his way into the kitchen where his mom was doing some paper report for computer mouses or toothpaste, or something like that. She had to do the weirdest things, the last time he remembered asking it was ballpoint pens. Of course, his moms' weird reporting job was the least of his worries now, a year really can change everything.
"Hey T" Nancy greeted looking up at TK, who looked completely out of it.
"Hi…" he replied still staring intently at the floor, which honestly didn't surprise her that much anymore. He always was and it really bothered her.
"Are you feeling ok?" She asked standing up walking toward TK "you look pale" TK didn't respond he just stared at the floor, not hearing what she was saying. Dizzy even. "TK?" she asked, all the sudden TK collapsed.
*8:30*
Matt stood at his locker grabbing his things Tai was rambling on about something that he really wasn't paying attention. That's why he jumped when his phone rang. Tai laughed.
"You'd think it was a gunshot with how high you jumped" Tai joked and Matt gave him a 'shut up ok it scared me!' looks that he got way too much. "Hello?" Tai asked picking up his phone. "W-What yeah give me a second" he stammered walking away.
Well, that was weird… Matt thought to himself shaking his head. He grabbed his stuff and shut his locker, Tai came back beaming, which in all honesty, scared Matt. "What was that about?" he asked
"Well… You see… It was my mother, telling me something that will probably make you jump and scream with joy" he joked
"What…? Did you finally learn how to do algebra?!" Matt asked astounded
"Um- No, I'm working on it, but this news is even better!"
"Someone replaced you for the captain of the soccer team?" Matt asked and Tai glared at him
"Why is that a good thing?!" Tai cried
"For the good of the school…" he murmured and jumped shocked at himself "I-I'm I didn't mean to say that I apologize!" Matt stammered his dream coming back to him, and all the events before.
"Chill Matt, its fine it was a joke I get it, anyway do you want to know what happened?" Tai asked
"Um- sure?" he replied still a little embarrassed and ashamed about what he had just said
"Wheres Mimi? She has to be there for this!" Tai said
"Shes…" Matt said dragging it out looking around, he turned to Tai "right behind you…" Tai whipped around
"When did you get there!?" He stammered
"About 2 seconds ago when Matt was looking in the other direction" she replied calmly
"What direction, he looked in about 20" Tai joked
"2!" Matt protested
"A lot more, right at a 30-degree angle, right at a 31-degree angle…" Tai said his voice trailing off
"Look at you-you learned about angles!" Mimi said astonished
"Ok let's not get technical what was the call about!?"
"Oh! Right!" Tai said, "Well up- I swear I'm gonna scream with joy when I say it!"
"Watch it be something we don't care about…" Mimi said to Matt and he nodded
"Knowing Tai you're probably right"
"Hey! You better care!" Tai protested
"Alright alright! Just tell us already!" Mimi said annoyed
"Um- Well- I'm just gonna cut to the chase"
"Please do," Matt asked Tai sighed in a happy way
"Sora's awake" there was a pause
"WAIT WHAT!?" Did I hear him right!?
"If this is a joke Tai I will literally rip off your head!" Mimi screamed
"Would I joke about that!?" Tai roared
"I dunno you joke about a lot of stuff…" Matt said reluctantly
"Hey!" Tai shot back "I do joke but that's like me joking about your d-" Tai cut himself off realizing what he was about to say "Me getting kicked off the soccer team!" Tai covered it
"You've done that before dufus," Mimi said solemnly
"True true" Matt just stared off into space and then snapped back to reality
"Wait! So is she really awake or-"
"Yeah my mom just called me and told me, she's friends with a doctor there"
"OH, MY GOD!" Mimi squealed jumping in a circle
"I told you you'd be excited"
"Well Duh! It's only been 5 FREAKING MONTHS!" Since she fell off a balcony because of the amazing people in my life… Matt thought to himself as Mimi rambled about something or other. WAIT WAS THIS HAPPENING!?
*7:00*
TK woke up with a pounding headache confused on everything in the entire world (that was going through his mind mostly on why the ceiling was blue or was that the wall?) Once again it was the middle of February and it felt like it was July in Flordia.
He tried to sit up but a huge wave of heat just crashed over him. "Lay down" Nancy reassured her son TK shut his eyes tightly, his head hurt like all things bad in the world had struck him with a sludge hammer. "How are you feeling?" she asked
"Is it possible to feel hot and cold at the same time?" TK asked pained looking at the- purple ceiling, or blue, or something, he was practically colorblind in the sense. And now it's white. Nancy frowned at him and pushed some hair out of his face, and then he realized he was really sweaty.
"No it's not- but you're sick so yes- yes it is" she replied TK sighed when the heck did he get sick?! Nancy stood up "I'll be right back," she said calmly walking out of the room. TK stared at the ceiling this point not even caring what color his eyes decided it to be, it was a ceiling that changed colors, final answer.
Nancy entered the room with a thermometer. She sat next to TK on his bed and helped him sit up. She took TK's temperature and he laid back down. Nancy's eyes narrowed as she read the number and stood up, TK gave her an 'ok you're scaring me whats going on?' look Nancy sighed
"I'm gonna have to take you to the ER," she said tiredly, TK put a hand on his eye rubbing it slightly
"Is it that bad?" he asked a little scared of the answer
"105 (40)" she replied giving him a look, he sighed
"Sorry…" he mumbled sincerely
"Why are you apologizing?" Nancy asked
"I dunno…" TK replied looking at the- eh screw it he gave up trying to figure out colors, he looked at the magical color changing wall.
"So you apologized for no reason?" she asked calmly
"No…"
"Then why did you?"
"Because your going through all this trouble to help me instead of working on your article for computer mouses or whatever" TK replied staring at the wall
"Curtains" she corrected jokingly
"My point still stands"
"I don't care, I'm not gonna work when your sitting-laying here sick" Nancy replied "speaking of which we should probably be heading for the ER…" TK sighed
*A Little While Later*
Nancy sat across from TK in the doctor's office while the doctor did doctor things. (Blood pressure, temperature, checking your ears and eyes and all of that stuff)
"Ok so, the only thing I really see is your fever, which is dangerously high, and you said you felt dizzy?" he asked, he had gray hair and gray eyes. Wrinkles lined his face and he had to be in about 75-85. TK nodded "anything else?"
"He fainted a little while ago" Nancy spoke up
"Alright... Anything else, like what you're seeing or feeling? Besides feeling hot and cold because we already covered that, hearing..?"
"I can't focus on colors…" TK mumbled just barely loud enough to hear
"What do you mean by that?" he asked
"The floor looked orange… and before it looked pink…" he replied sound excited
"Um.. ok..? That's probably just your fever or dizziness.." he said "um, Nancy can I talk to you outside?" he asked Nancy and she nodded getting up. "I just wanna ask you before I ask him, do you know of any history of drugs alcohol?" Nancy shook her head
"No he doesn't do any of those things," she said sure of herself
"Alright, I didn't think so he seems like a good kid, but um to me it looks like psychogenic fever, but to make sure I just need to ask if you know if he's been stressed lately or anything"
"Um- yeah, a little more than he probably should actually" Nancy admitted
"Is there a reason or..?"
"His brother just moved in and they hadn't seen each other in years so that might have taken a toll on him"
"Would he be extremely stressed about that or is there anything else…?" he asked
"For about a year a couple of kids in his school have been giving him a hard time and yesterday they gave him a panic attack while he was presenting for a class" the doctor nodded
"Alright that probably could do it" he replied Nancy nodded a little torn that TK was now sick because of these idiots kids.
"Ok..? So what am I supposed to do?" Nancy asked concerned
"I'll prescribe him some medicine and he'll have to stay home for a few days" Nancy nodded "and I know this might be hard but try and keep him away from stress" Nancy nodded so what am I supposed to do go up to the kids and say 'doctors orders you can't be the worst humans on the planet anymore'? Yeah, great idea…
*7:00 AM*
Trent walked up to Aiden who was talking to Kari. "Hey, Aiden can I talk to you?" Trent asked
"Oh- Um- I'm gonna go then," Kari said calmly
"K I'll see you in class," Aiden said as Kari waved and walked away to catch up with Davis.
"So… It looks like we're gonna live another day" Trent joked
"Huh? Whatdya mean?" he asked
"Guess whos not here" Trent replied smiling
"OH! Haljuluia were saved!" Aiden cheered
"Unless he's plotting his attack and coming in later"
"I'll beat the crap out of him if that happens" Aiden sneered
"You'll do it anyway" Trent pointed out
"Well yeah- but now I have an excuse!"
"As you-we ever needed one"
"Toshay Toshay"
*9:00 AM*
Kari sat at the lunch table with Aiden, Trent, and Jordan. "My parents overreacted so much when I got detention!" Jordan complained
"Oh gee what'da do now?" Kari asked putting the cap on her water bottle
"I said some 'offensive' but true things, and in all fairness, the whole class said some things but I get punished for 'starting it'" Jordan complained
"Well you shouldn't say offensive things" Kari pointed out
"Yeah jeez Jordan be respectful this is a no bully zone" Aiden taunted putting his hand around Kari and Jordan shot him a look
*2:05 PM*
Matt walked into the apartment and Nancy greeted him with a warm 'hello'
"Hi" he replied warmly
"Um- real quick I just wanna let you know TKs sick so if you could try not and yell, which you never do but still I'd really appreciate it," she said calmly and Matt nodded confusedly when the heck did he get sick? He was fine yesterday. "Alright, so how was your day?" she asked
"Good…" he replied awkwardly still not used to people asking him that, besides Mimi and Tai of course.
"That's good if you need anything I'll be in the living room," she said turning to leave
"Actually um-" Matt cut himself off trying to think if he should ask or not
"What is it?" she asked turning back to him
"Um- if it would be ok I was wondering if you would be ok with me leaving for a little bit- and coming back for something…?" Matt stammered
"Depends on what it is" Nancy replied happily, and she was glad that Matt was starting to be able to trust her enough to ask her
"One of my friends is in the hospital and they just woke up from a coma and I wanted to go see them- but if not I can wait!" Matt stammered feeling extremely uncomfortable
"Yeah of course, you could have just called from school if you really wanted to" Nancy said calmly and Matt looked at her like 'yeah I'm never doing that' "do you need me to drive you?" she asked and Matt shook his head if TK's sick you probably shouldn't leave him alone… just saying
"No I can walk, its close to my school" Matt replied and Nancy nodded
"Ok, be careful" she warned Matt nodded
"I will, thank's mom"
*3:00 PM*
Matt sighed as he walked next to the door, it was open and he didn't want to be seen, yet, he still didn't know what to say. He walked up and knocked on the door.
"Hey…" he said reluctantly
"Hi…?" Sora replied inquisitive unsure of what was going on for the most part, probably because she was in a coma for 5 months… just saying
"I'm glad to have you back" Matt stated awkwardly and he bit his lip.
"Glad to be back" Matt walked over to Sora and sat next to her bedside
"Can I just start with I'm sorry..?" Matt asked sincerely
"What, why are you sorry?" Sora asked
"Because you got hurt because of my dad" he replied
"Did you hold a gun to his head and say 'push her off or else I'll shoot?'" Sora asked
"Well- no- but-"
"Then it's not because of you," Sora said sternly
"But-"
"No, no and no, you didn't do anything it was him so please don't feel guilty," Sora said sadly
"But- he got mad because we were friends.."
"Whats your point?" Sora asked
"If I hadn't been selfish I would have prevented this whole thing…" Mat answered
"There's nothing wrong with you making friends Matt, your dads just psychotic" Sora replied believe me I know Matt thought to himself "and besides" Matt looked up "If we weren't friends that'd just be sad…" Sora pointed out.
"True.."
"And if we weren't friends," Sora said "I wouldn't be able to do this" Sora said before kissing Matt, at first he was shocked, but then kissed back.

So, sorry this chapter is late but I lost power so I couldn't post it, I'm sorry ok… things happen. I had to go to a friends house to post it what do you want from me? I got it up on Saturday at least I still post and I'm not waiting a year like some writers do. Anyway, so TKs sick and Soras awake, yay for Sora why TK you ruined the happy chapter :C Accept Matt had a nightmare so I guess we're ok… ANYWAY AGAIN next chapter on Wednesday I hope I don't lose power again :3 Byeeee
