Here's the next chapter of Indo Western Love Story . So without further ado let"s dive into the chapter .
Recap: Please do read the characterisation of the story (previous chapter ) ( if you already haven't ) for better understanding of the story.
The CID team has arrived at Germany and are living with Shreya in her uncle's house . On the first evening of their stay Tarika met with an accident as Andrea small accidentally dropped hot coffee on her leg , to which Abhijeet reacted in an extremely compassionate manner and helped her; which is unlike his true nature. This sweet gesture has aroused a feeling of respect and fondness for Abhijeet in Tarika's heart . Later we find Daya is unable to sleep at night and thinks about his and Shreya's relationship.
Please ignore the gramatical mistakes .. I'm not very good in Hindi so please ignore if there's any error.
CHAPTER 3:
The next morning :-
Everyone is settled at the giant dining table , yet they are so many in number that they are almost sticking to each other.
While having their breakfast Abhijeet accidentally hit Andrea's leg under the table and while looking under the table accidentally dropped something from his pocket which was unseen by the others owing to their huge number and closeness!
Abhijeet :- Sorry sis! ( To Andrea ) and bent down to pick it up .
But our dear Tarika who had already started to develop a soft corner for Abhijeet followed Abhijeet's actions and " misunderstood " that Abhijeet had bent down to touch Andrea's feet. Due to this she got even more attracted towards Abhijeet as she thought that even after staying in a foreign country and being brought up in a foreign country and having a Western lifestyle , he didn't forget his roots and was quiet " traditional " just like her.
NOTE : For those of you who are unaware it is an Indian tradition to touch our elder's feet it we touch any part of their body with our leg unknowingly [in this case].
After breakfast they decided to take a short trip in the city so they left the house . They were walking down the streets enjoying the beautiful nature and chatting with each other about random stuffs. Coincidentally Abhijeet and Tarika were walking side by side . Abhijeet as his habit his decide to flirt a little with Tarika.
Abhijeet :- Hello Ms. Tarika ! So kaisa lag raha hain aapko humara city? Pretty na , just like you !
Tarika ( smiled wide at the compliment )[ due to her innocence she hardly realised that Abhijeet was flirting ]: It's very beautiful!
Abhijeet :- So , kuch bolliye aapke baare mein you know I like to know about Indians , they are lovely people !
Tarika :- jee main wo Shreya ki friend hu and I work with her in CID , and I have studied in ...
Tarika goes on blabbering about her education and carrer but is stopped in between by Abhijeet.
Abhijeet ( smiling ) :- Oh doctor Tarika you are really so innocent ! Main aapki interview nahi le raha hoon , I wanted to know about you like your choices , your likes and dislikes and you know ( in a low voice ) if you don't mind your boyfriend maybe?
Tarika's eyes widened up hearing the last line , the way she was brought up she was not very comfortable in having a relationship without marriage and even if she had it was unimaginable for her to discuss it with a stranger !
Abhijeet seeing Tarika's reaction:- Oh God! I was kidding ? Waise sach mein are you in a relationship like why did you get so scared ?
Tarika just nodded her head in no.
Just to continue with his flirting and continue their conversation Abhijeet for whom love , faith , relations were merely a joke and it was pure entertainment ; lied that even he didn't have a partner
Abhijeet:- Oh ! we are so similar Tarika ! I mean even I'm single you know !
Tarika as I said was one of the most innocent and sanskaari girl alive whole heartedly believed in Abhijeet's words and was again amazed to find that Abhijeet was single !
Tarika:- Oh! Waise aap ko ek baat bolu?
Abhijeet:- Yup!
Tarika:- Aap apne pure zindagi yaha Germany main bitaye hain lekin aapki aadate yaha ke logose bohot alag hain ... Aap abhi bhi humare sanskaar mante hain... sachme aap jaise insaan bohot kam dikhne ko milta hain ...
Abhijeet( thinking that Tarika is getting impressed tried to flirt a little more) :- Jee bilkul hume sada humare ghar or sanskaar ke saath jude rehna chaiye chahe hum kitne bhi bare insaan ban jaye ya kahi bhi rahe..( in a western accent)
Tarika ( a lityle shocked) :- aapko itni acchi hindi aati hain?
Abhijeet( casual) :- Why ? At times I speak in hindi don't I? And you'll converse with me in hindi right? So ...
Tarika:- Yes You're right... lekin aapne kabhi aisa pura ek sentence hindi me nahi bola? Matlab maine nahi suna ... aap humesha ek angrezi line me do char hindi shabd ( word) daal dete hain ... isliye maine bola or kuch nahi...
Abhijeet( smiling):- Ya papa ne sik... sikha tha.. er..
Tarika( smiling):- sikhaya tha...
Abhijeet:- yes yes you're right ! That was the word sikhaya tha...
Tarika( laugh) ( taunting ) :- waise aapki hindi utni bhi acchi nahi hain jitna maine socha tha...
Abhijeet :- No no... everyome makes mistakes at times you know.. By the way if you want , so till the time you're here mera hindi improve ho sakta hain you know if you teach me ? What do you say? Aap mujhe sikhaya ?
Tarika ( laughing)( correcting him) :- sikhayenge...
Abhijeet:- Ya ya that is where I always get wrong the tense and grammar you no... so deal ? Everyday 1 hour you teach me hindi ...
Tarika:- And what do I get in return?
Abhijeet:- Umm I'll teach you German? Wanna learn a new language?
Tarika:- okay done!
Abhijeet :- k... then meet ya tonight umm after you reach home may be?
Tarika:- sure..
Abhijeet:- okay bye then see you later...
Tarika( twiched her eyebrow)
Abhijeet:- ya I 've to leave now.. you know I have some work .. you guys carry on... bye...
Later that day they went to a palace .
They were busy admiring the architechture of the fort ... Andrea and Shreya while talking were walking a little behind the others...
Suddenly Shreya saw Abhijeet side hugging a girl and walking through the palace ... It seemed as if they were a couple.. Meanwhile Andrea followed Shreya's gaze and found her brother..
Andrea:- Oh! So this was his work! ( fed up) again a new girl Oh God when will this stupid boy find true love!
Shreya( smiling) ( knowing his brother nature regarding his girlfriends and thinking about the opposite nature of her siblings) :- Don't worry some day he'll find his love!
Andrea:- ( hopeless look) ya I hope so!
A/N:- Okay so I end it here today! I hope I didn't bore you amd you could atleast read through tbe chapter? So Abhijeet is just playing with Tarika ; while Tarika has started to admire him.
