Yogi backed up against a wall, now cornered by Akari-sensei who brandished a needle in his hand.

"Get away from me! I refuse to be your test subject. Go play surgeon on four eyes."

Akari huffed impatiently and took a step forward. "For the last time you imbecile, I just need a blood sample."

"No you don't. I'm not that gullible anymore. You're going to strap me to the operation table, run tests that involve pricking me with needles and you won't even have the decency to drug me! What kind of doctor is that?!"

"A doctor who does not baby his patients."

"It's not babying them if you throw in a few anesthetics or pain killers something to numb the pain before starting a procedure! Haven't you considered that some people have low pain tolerance or have medical related fears?"

"Or some people are just whiny babies who- Why are we even having this conversation? Yogi , suck it up and come here right now you're wasting my time," Akari demanded. Yogi turned his head and puffed his cheeks out like a child.

"Yogi, we need to find out what's happened to you."

"Don't care. You are not going to get a sample out of me." Akari lunged at the teen but Yogi dodged him then rushed over to the window. He flung the it opened and climbed onto the window ceil.

"Yogi!" Akari yelled. He glanced back at the doctor then without a second thought he flung himself out the window, falling down to the ground.

Landing in a crouch, he looked around to see which direction he should run in. Akari finally got to the window and poked his head out. When he spotted the teen he yelled," Just wait until Hirato drags your butt back here! I'll make sure your visit will be a nightmare."

Yogi looked back up at the doctor and stuck his tongue out before running away.

Meanwhile...

After Yogi went to Akari's office, the members of Ship Two went out to the courtyard to wait for their blond member and Ship One had to go to Sensei for a checkup since they recently came back from a mission. Karoku was showing Nai the different flower bushes that encircled the area where the group gathered, Tsukumo sipped tea and Gareki was reclining and reading a basic medicinal practice book given to him by one of the nurses.

So boring... Gareki thought and sighed aloud. He closed the book and sat up stretching. Tsukumo glanced at him then sipped her tea before saying," You must be bored Gareki-kun."

"You read my mind," he replied nonchalantly.

"You and I can leave and I'll take you to the library if you'd like."

"Ehh."

"Or I can show you around the Research Tower and maybe we'll stumble across something that interests you."

"I like that option better." Tsukumo placed her saucer on the table, stood up, and smoothed her skirt.

"Time for your first full tour of the Research Tower."

The two walked out of the small courtyard and made their way to the building, when Tsukumo's phone chirped. She paused and plucked the phone from her skirt pocket, then held up a finger to Gareki telling him to wait.

After the quick phone call, she gave him an apologetic look.

"Hirato said that Yogi jumped out of a window because he didn't want to take a blood test. I have to go help find him. I'm sorry Gareki-kun we'll have to explore another time," she said before taking off.

He watched her dash off to the right. Just as she turned the corner, someone collided into his backside making him tumble.

Gareki landed on the ground in a thud , burdened by the person atop of him.

"Ugh," he said trying to move.

"Good job Goggles. Didn't I tell you to stay out of my way. And look at what you're doing now."

Gareki turned his head to face Yogi.

"Get off of me." Yogi quickly sprang up to his feet.

"Don't think that me getting up means that I take orders from you but I'm a bit pressed for time."

"Yea with you trying to run away and all," he replied standing up, brushing grass off the front of his shirt.

"How did you kno- I mean I've got places to be and things to do. No one has time for trivial things like blood tests. And I'm not running away."

"Then what do you call it fleeing? Escaping? Retreating? Besides needing medical attention isn't trivial."

"Whatever," Yogi said before hearing someone call out his name.

"Yikes. Time to go." Yogi grabbed Gareki's wrist and lead him to thicket of trees not far off from the path to where he and Tsukumo were previously sitting.

"Wait! Why are taking me with you," he shouted.

"Shutup Goggles! I'm trying to not get caught."

Yogi paused for a moment before rising into the air a few inches, still gripping the other boys wrist. He pulled Gareki up by his wrist, scooped him in his arms and lifted the both of them to a tree above them.

Yogi landed on the branch, close to the trunk, in the middle of the tree to be able to see anyone passing by but them not able to see him. He rested a hand against the thick trunk and the branch you were on to make sure it was sturdy for the both of them.

"You should've done that before-" Gareki started before Yogi slapped a hand over his mouth.

"Stay quiet for a second," Yogi instructed giving him a stern look before peering down to the ground in between the gaps of the branches.

After a minute or two passed, Yogi slowly removed his hand from Gareki's mouth.

"What was that for?" was the first words that came out of his mouth.

Yogi glanced at him," To make sure they weren't going to look around here."

"Are you serious? It's just drawing blood. You're acting like you're hiding from assassins right now."

"I think I like the assassins situation better."

Gareki scoffed at the response. "You still act like a baby when Akari is involved..Pathetic."

Yogi gave Gareki a cold look. "Goggles you haven't seen the horrors that pink asshole has put me through. I'm pretty sure if you experienced half of what I have, you wouldn't be saying calling my fear pathetic," the blonde sternly said.

At that moment Gareki didn't know how he felt looking at that familiar smiling face and welcoming eyes stare at him devoid of their usual kindness.

Wordlessly, Yogi broke his gaze and looked back down the ground.
