(Chapter 4: Another Problem Gained )

Alex thought that nothing was going to go wrong here at this school – how wrong he was. Today when he was in the library he had stumbled across a book called: A History Of Vampires. And out of curiousity he had picked it up and started flipping through it, stopping on accasion to check over what he found interesting. That was when he happened to flip onto a page that said something that sent him into a fit of terror. He had hurriedly checked the book out and ran at full speed to where he knew the others were.

Thankfully no one saw him when he went flying past them and through the castle onto the grounds and towards one of the small gardens. When he stopped the others looked startled – if not worried before he tossed the book on the table, and looked to them before saying:

"We have a problem."

"What kind of problem Alex? I haven't seen you this worried in years," said Rain.

"The book is on vampires...and in that book there's information on two things that are a problem – the Salvador family and me." he sat down and flipped the book open to the page where it talked about the family and then went to the page that horribly enough had information and pictures of himself.

"That is not good," said Danny.

"You think so? Firstly I want to know who got this information and where from because all of that is in one of two places – the Salvador family's vault or the Order of the Rose." the words struck a chord in everyone.

"So, a wizard or someone could have been breaking into the order and getting information on you but they could have gotten other people's info as well," June stated as she looked the book over.

"Who's the author?" Alex looked to Kent before he flipped the cover back over.

"Jameston Wicksburg. Is there a way to check on him?" he asked.

"They have a pretty big library so surely there's something."

"If they have books on Nicholas Flamel and this book that has vampires with a value to them then who knows what else is in there," Alex stated.

"Hey? Is this true?" Mark pointed to one entry that talked about the asylum.

"What is it?" he asked.

"Entered into Bethelm Royal Hospital but no real reasosn were given to the fact and no one knows how long he was there." Alex turned the color of his hair and snapped the book shut before starting to back away.

"I'd rather not talk about that."

"We didn't know a lot about the asylum and that's in there...you said a year was it really that long?" asked Danny.

"I went in when I was twelve and left in mid September the same day that I had been put in a year earlier. Point is...they had the ability to get the information and that is all we need to know this person is considerably a threat and that can also mean that they are working for Hanzel."

"True, keep the book Alex and get all the information out of it that you can and we'll start looking for Jameston Wicksburg," said Sena.

"I just hope no one else has read it...or that there aren't other copies."

But there were other copies, one of which was currently in the hands of Fifth year Gryffindor, Herminone Granger. Who was now settled at a table with Harry, and Ron with her. It was enough to spark her interest but she didn't expect to find anything. There were stories on the Councils, the little bit of information on the keys, old tales about the Ariem war – then came the chapter with the Salvador's and they began reading instantly. What peeked their interest was the image of a woman with long black hair in a beautiful old world dress who standing next to her was a boy that favored Alex a little to much for their liking.

There was little that told about the image but plenty on the family and their roots – the woman in the picture they found out was Sinclair Salvador and the boy was left nameless even in a chapter that involved the boy completely. And the informaton was mind blowing.

"Asylum? Murders? Vampires? Just what the bloody hell is this all about?" asked Ron.

"This person did a lot of damage to those people in the asylum – a death toll of two hundred and fifty six. And he's also very powerful and rare! Just what is he though? Normal vampires can't do this stuff."

"Herminone? Don't you think its odd that Alex favors this person in the picture a bit to much?" asked Harry.

"I do but...I don't know what to say about it and I don't want to jump to a conclusion without further proof. If we could only get more information on the Salvador family itself or contact one of them then we could find out more," she stated.

"Hopefully we'll figure it out soon."

Later that day the group was sitting in the great hall eating lunch when Ron came up with a wild idea. Alex was a knock out – anyone at the school who saw him agreed to that, but it did raise the question: What was he? Definitely Alex wasn't a human or at least not a normal one. His porcelain doll skin, slightly feminine appearance, messily cut snowy hair, and shocking scarlet eyes atested to that truth. Ron had seen people with that appearance but mostly albinos which Alex had clairified he wasn't one so this delightfully insane idea came to mind.

Hermione, Harry, Ginny, Fred, George, and the others were sitting with him at lunch eating quietly or having a casual conversation when suddenly Ron had to belt out one of the most wild things anyone had heard:

"A Male Veela," he said.

Half of the Gryffindor's dropped their silverwear, Ravenclaw paid little attention besides the fact that there were odd things going on. Huffelpuff seemed milding concerened, and Slytherin laughed. The staff shook their heads and went back to enjoying their meal while down at the Gryfindor table people were giving a certain Weasley a look of shock, amusment, or completely clear expressions stating that he was insane.

"Ron, there are no such things as male veelas," Hermione stated.

"What's a veela?" they looked to the group of unknown slayers and sighed.

"What did they teach you at Rose Order Academny exactly?" asked Ginny.

"Defensive magic and field magic training – great place to go if your wanting to be a aorur." June's calm explanation left them with mild satisfication before they went on.

"They're beautiful woman with perfectly pale skin, pale hair, and stunning eyes. Total drop dead beauties," said Fred and George.

"Oh, why did you say a male veela then if they don't exist?" they raised their eyebrows or gave quizzical looks to which Harry replied as:

"Ron, thinks that Alex is a veela."

"What? Why?" Alex looked about as irritated as Trick who was taking huge bites out of his apple to try and hide his irritation.

"Simple enough, your skin and hair color, your eyes and not to mention – your a looker. Anyone here would admit that you are nice to look at," Ron stated.

"True that mate, you got half the girls here swooning over you." Alex glared at Seamus who sighed.

"Well...I have Sena so I don't think they need to try and make her angry. Plus you think I'm one of these...Veela because of my appearance?" they nodded.

"Yea, I mean maybe not a full one but you definitely fit the bill for one," Ron said with a clearly believed face. Alex sighed.

"I didn't want to mention this...I..." the others looked frightened for a moment and Alex sighed once more and glanced their way before looking at the others.

"What is it?" asked Ginny.

"I...I have this rare blood disorder – its genetic and herditary unfortunately. My father's entire family have it. My mother wasn't a carrier, but sadly...I got the most resemblance to my father, and it resulted n this."

"Well, we didn't expect that. Sorry mate, I guess its silly to think that there are male Veela," Said Ron.

"Maybe, but we better go – we have class with Deloris Mactoad." the remark struck the others as odd coming from Alex, but also quite comical.

As they made their way up towards the Defense against the dark arts class Alex got the sneaking suspition that something horrible was going to happen. They settled at their two person desks and waited for their teacher to arrive. During the time of their wait the Patel twins had enchanted a paper bird to fly around the room for people to take swats at. Alex sat there watching the paper animal fly as if it was the real thing and gave a faint smile at the twins to encourage their inventiveness.

It was then that the bird burst into flames and a small "Hmmhmm" was heard. They looked to none other than Professor Umbridge standing there with her wand out and a curtly curdled milk looking smile on her face. Alex felt his stomach drop and gulped down his sudden feeling of insecurity. There was something about this one person that he didn't like one bit. Professor Umbridge made a slow walk to the front of the class where she stood and looked them over.

As she waited for them to get adjusted Rain saw her cast a glance at Alex's snowy hair and glare before returning her attention to the class where she decided to begin writing on the board. Another one of her annoying little coughs cought ther attention. For some reason that sound was beginning to make them want nothing more than for her to disappear in a puff of smoke – or Dementors...that would have been nice too. Sadly nothing happened to the pink, short toad like woman and they watched letters appear on the board.

"Ordinary Wizarding Level's. Also known O.W.L's will be held this year, and I am sure that all of you are looking forward to the scores you will receive," she stated.

A large stack of books began floating between the isles and they watched as the book was slapped onto their desks. June looked at it's plainly boring cover and sighed – this couldn't be good.

"Well now, your teaching in this subject has been rather disrupted and fragmented, hasn't it?" she clasped her hands neatly in front of her and continued.

"The constant changing of teachers, many of whom do not seem to have followed any Ministry-approved curriculum, has unfortnately resulted in you being far below the standard we would expected to see in your O.W.L year."

"Something tells me that it would have been better if the last one had stayed," Alex thought dreadfully.

"You will be pleased to know, however, that problems are now to be recitified. We will be following a carefully structored theory- centered, Ministry- approved course of defensive magic this year. So pleae copy down the following please"

she tapped the blackbord with her wand and it wrote out:

Course Aims:

Understanding the principles underlying defensive magic

Learning to recognize situations in which defensive magic can legally be used.

Placing the use of defensive magic in a context for practical use.

Umbridge turned to the class again and smiled sweetly then said:

"Has everybody got a copy of Defensive Magical Theory by Willbert Slinkhard?" she smiled while they all murmmered dully at the new sitation they were in.

"No, let's try that again – when I ask you a question, I should like you to reply " Yes, Professor Umbridge," or "No, Professor Umbridge" so, has everybody got a copy of Defensive Magical Theory by Willbert Slinkhard?" a sharp warning crossed her eyes and everyone sat bolt up.

"Yes, Professor Umbridge," they all chimed in while the slayers mentally rolled their eyes.

"Good, I should like you to turn to page five and read chapter one, "Basics For Beginners." There will be no need to talk or a need for wands," she stated before going to take a seat at her desk.

They all began reading the book in a vain attempt to possibly please the woman, but it was desperately dull and quite as bad as listening to the teacher in History of Magic. Alex idly moved his eyes to let the teacher believe he was reading the completely waste of space before him while hoping that the bell would ring and he could close his eyes and ignore her for a moment. Harry looked like he was trying to pay attention, but was still failing. Ron beside him was absentmindedly flipping his quill around in his hands staring at the same spot on the page.

When he glanced to his right as did Harry they both received a surprise. Hermione had not even opened her copy of Defensive Magical Theory. She was focused on Umbridge with her hand in the air. Since their arrival Alex and the group guessed Herminone was very much like he was – he read a lot and so did she. But this was almost shocking. Harry gave her a questioing look, but the girl shook her head and persistantly kept her hand in the air.

Something though seemed to be bothering her. Perhaps it was the fact that this class wasn't going to be as 'lively' as some of their past D.A.D classes, but Alex was pleased to let the toad-woman do as she wished so long as the woman didn't pester him and the others. For all they knew Fudge had not informed Umbridge of the situation besides them being transfers – as was the understanding between the minister and Dumbledore. Alex hoped that the woman hadn't the slightest clue as to who or what he was and they did. After a few more minutes Umbridge looked up and cleared her throat.

"Did you want to ask something about the chapter dear?" she looked at Hermione as though she had just noticed her. Alex felt himself become uncomfortable instantly – here came the first bullet.

"Not about the chapter no," she said.

"Well, we're reading just now. You can save all questions for after class."

"I've got a question about your course aims," Hermione said. Ron and Harry looked shocked that she was questioning a teacher.

"And your name is?" Umbridge sat a bit more up-right thinking that it would make her look more intimidating.

"Hermione Granger," she told her.

"Well, Miss Granger. My course aims are perfectly clear if you read them propperly it should be understandable."

"They aren't though. There's nothing written up their about using defensive spells," Hermione stated.

There was a pause and Alex considered that the first hit, here came the second strike. Umbridge stood and moved forward slowly. A small shake of her head caused Alex to grit his teeth quietly.

"Using defensive spells? Why I can't imagine who you would ever need to use defensive spells in my classroom. Miss Granger, You don't suspect you'll be attacked in class do you?" the woman stated.

"So, we're not using magic at all?" asked Ron in surprise.

"Students will raise their hands during my class...Mr..." Ron glared a bit.

"Weasley." he put his hand in the air and she smiled to sweetly for Alex or the other's likings.

Hermione put her hand in the air again.

"Another question Miss Granger?" she asked her.

"Yes Surely the whole point of defense against the dark arts is to know how to use the spells."

"Are you a Ministry- traned educational expert Miss Granger?" Umbridge questioned.

"Well, no but -" she was cut off.

"Well then, I'm afraid you are not qualified to decided what the entire point of any class here is. Wizards and Witches much older and wiser than you have sought to perfect the new program of study. Which will focus on your exams – which is what school is all about," the toad woman stated.

"What use is that?" Harry asked loudly. "If we're gong to be attacked won't it be in a -" he was stopped.

"Hand Mr. Potter," Umbridge stated coldly.

Hary put his hand in the air she turned away from him and went on. Another hand went up and people turned to the white haired boy sittng across from Harry.

"And your name is?" Umbridge looked to him with a calm smile.

"Alex Rouge," he seemed calm, but Umbridge took it as being rude.

"Well Mr. Rouge? What is your statement?" she asked.

"Harry is right. The whole point is to learn how to stop the attacks. If we're out there in the real world, fighting people who might want to harm us then what's the point of getting cushy, risk-free classes in school? The world is far from risk free." several people nodded their heads and Umbridge glared.

"Well, Mr. Rouge – I repeat: Do you expect to be attacked during class? And who would want to hurt children?" she asked sweetly.

"Voldemort." people froze, shivered, or inched away from him as he sat there watching the woman.

"Well, that is an intersting thought. However, I will not critisize the way things are run in this school...however, Ibelieve that the reason you are not understaning this course of action is because you are to tossed left and right with different teachers. Not to mention, irrisponsible wizards, and dare I say...extremely dangerous half-breeds."

"You mean Professor Lupin?" asked Harry.

"Hand Mr. Potter, another outburst and I will take points!" Alex put his hand in the air and Umbridge turned to him.

"You seem to be under the impression that we don't know our stuff...well we do. Just because we didn't have 'your brand' of teaching doesn't me we can't pass the Owls perfectly," Alex stated.

"Mr. Rouge, I do not appreciate your tone – ten points from Gryffindor." Alex rolled his eyes.

"Now, as I will tell you this once listen – the Ministry believes that theoretical magic should be enough to get you passed every day life! You've all been frightened into believing that you'll be attacked every day and..." Harry spoke up.

"We have not! Dumbledore isn't a lair!" Umbridge's lip curled.

"Mr. Potter ten more points," she said.

"You know, Harry's right – Dumbledore isn't a liar. And you know it because the Minstry wan'ts to hide the fact that Voldemort is alive and kicking!" Alex backed Harry up who sent him a thankful look.

"You're under an impression that a dark wizard has returned. This is a lie...all of you should not listen to people who stretch the truth for their own vain advantages," Alex and Harry both were on their feet this time.

"IT IS NOT A LIE!" the dual shout made Umbridge glare and call the two forth.

"Detention for the both of you tonight at five o'clock in my office." she grasped their wrists before looking at the class." I repeat, this is a lie! The Ministry of Magic guarantees that you are not in danger from any Dark Wizard. If you are still worried, by all means come and see me outside class hours. If someone is alarming you with fibs about a reborn dark wizard, I whould like to hear about it. I am here to help, I am your friend, now you will kindly continue reading."

Alex and Harry left class with tempers that seemed to sorch the ground they walked on. Alex all be felt as if this was going to escalate into a full on war. That was the first fight, the battle would come – then a war. One that the Wizarding World had never seen or dreamed of. All the huff about Alex and Harry's outburst during class had traveled across the school in moments making the two of them the pinpoint of jokes, and or horrible comments.

Harry ignored them while Alex seemed ready to jinx them. The white haired boy had to be held back when someone made a comment about Sena and the others which forced him to all but be put on the ground when the others held him back from literally destroying Crabb and Goyle. Dinner time could have been a better afair, but sadly it wasn't. Everyone was casting glances at the two of them or muttering which to the testimony of Alex's friends meant that the ones who were gosiping were going to get an ear full when he had the chance.

Alex sat there with his shoulders slightly hunched in while he was eating and would from time to time mutter something to Harry who could only nod in agreement. The others looked between each other before Sena placed a hand on Alex's shoulder and Hermione and Ron set to getting Harry's attention.

"Its not all bad mate, at least you got your point out," Ron stated.

"What's the reason for getting your point out if no one will listen to you?" Alex sighed and looked at Harry.

"There's still time to show her who's boss. Just like with Voldemort – you don't have to bow down to the snake if you look it in the eye," he said.

"Where did that come from? Some old phrase book?" asked Fred.

"Saying something that my grandfather used to tell me when I was younger. It means that if you look fear in the face it loses its hold on you. Umbridge is using her power and abusing that factor greatly. She was brought here because no one could fill in the Dark Arts Teacher right? Well, even if she is just here because of that I'll tell you this now – these things are just the tip of the iceberg." Alex went back to eating and the others watched him.

"What are you talking about?" Hermione asked.

"There are worse things to come Hermione and when they come we better be ready. Umbridge is the mole for Fudge – what do you think will happen when another Death Eater comes in under a disguse? Then what will that fool they call the Minister of Magic do?" everyone held their breath.

"That happened last year with Mad-Eye Moodey...wait...how did you know about that? It wasn't in the paper because Fudge thought that Harry was looney and Dumbledore senile," said Ginny.

"We have our ways. Dumbledore spared us nothing but a catch up view of what happened in the previous year and those before hand. Now, Harry, I believe we have to get to our detentions." Alex stood and told the others he'd see them later before leaving with Harry.

"Alex is a right odd one yea?" asked George.

"I'd say you were on the dot with that one mate." Fred's reply got the gears in Hermione's head spinning again.

"Do any of you know anything about a family named Salvador?" everyone froze.

Harry was watching Alex who was beside him walking quietly towards Umbridge's office. There was something not right with that boy and it honestly bothered him. Not that Harry didn't think he and the others weren't great – they were – the only problem was... they were a bit strange. They turend a corner and Harry put and hand on Alex's shoulder. He was slight of build much like Alex was, but the boy felt to thin under his touch and it bothered him some. Alex looked back to him with those strange red eyes and raised a fine eyebrow of the same snowy white that his hair and eyelashes were. Hary fidgeted before sighing and waving it off by asking if he was okay – with a short reply of 'yes' they continued their walk.

"That book Hermione's got had a picture of a boy similar to Alex...but younger – maybe ten or so? The drawing was taken centuries ago though so...are they related? Or is it just a coincidence that they favor? Alex...who are you really?"

Harry let his thoughts drift as they finally made it to Umbridge's office where she was waiting with two desks fashioned with a piece of parchment, and a black and silver quill with a deadly looking tip. She smiled sweetly and sipped her tea before they came in and shut the door.

"Good evening Mr. Potter, Mr. Rouge." they looked around at the horribly 'pink' room. The walls, the furniture, the table cloth. And disturbingly enough 'kitten plates' that meowed and moved. Alex felt himself want to cringe a bit – this was a bit to much pink. He didn't mind the color he really didn't but done like this? His sister Renly would have a freaking field day with this room.

"Evening," they said.

"Well, sit down." they took their seats and she smiled.

As they took their seats Harry asked about the Quidditch team try-outs and wanting to try out for the new keeper on Friday, however she told him no and turned to the two of them.

"No, I'm afraid this is one of your punishments for spreading those lies," she stated.

"Harry, isn't lyiing Umbridge!" Alex's harsh tone made the woman catch his jaw and look him over.

"And you, with your sharp tone and tonuge...hmm..and that nasty color charm you've done on yourself. I should rather like to see what your real hair and eyes look like," she stated.

"This is natural if you have to know! And my father wasn't much different!" she looked him over.

"Mr. Rouge...as I see it you are nothing but danger and trouble – people should stay away from the likes of you! They're deceived by that pretty face of yours and your sweet words, but your no better than any other mongrel around here. In fact! I bet if you didn't look so nice you would be considered a freak of nature for that appearance you have," the toad-lady stated. Alex felt that was a low blow and reputed what he felt.

"I've already lived with those words my entire life – toad witch! So you best remove your hands from me before I make you 'dearly' regret what you speak to be of." his tone held calm, regality that made Unbridge narrow her eyes.

"Just what is this boy?" she let him go and looked him over.

"Flithy half-breed." she muttered and walked away and sat back down.

"Well, since you and Mr. Rouge have decided to spread such evil, nasty lies around the school you will write me lines today." she motioned for them to pick up the quills and looked around.

"Where's the ink?" asked Harry.

"Oh, you won't need any. And you'll be doing this until the punishment 'sinks in' now, write "I must not tell lies" until I say to stop."

they sighed and began working on their lines when suddenly a sharp pain came from their opposite hands. Alex looked off to the side in pure shock to see the sharp cuts of "I must not tell lies" oozing black blood from his left hand. Harry was under the same problem. They glanced up at Umbridge who cleared her throat and looked at them.

"Is there a problem?" she asked.

"No ma'am." they said before going back to work.

For Harry this was painful for Alex – it brought back rather uncomfortable memories from his childhood. He pushed through the whole ordeal fairly well and when it was just close to midnight Umbridge asked them to come to her and show her their hands. Alex forced his healing rate to not start fixing the broken skin while she looked it over and knew he couldn't until they let it slide by their thoughts. As she looked them over she sighed.

"Oh no, this won't do. We will have to continue our detentions a bit longer. Goodnight Mr. Potter, Mr. Rouge." they left without a word and Alex let out a feral sounding hiss.

Hary jumped at the sound while Alex gritted his teeth displaying sharp fangs. His teeth felt to big for hs jaw again and he knew what that was. His mystic form showed through in this manner on occasion. Alex stormed off towards the Gryffindor common room and was there a few steps before Harry. Alex wanted to stay calm, but that wouldn't happen seeing as he was already in an irate mood and wanted to outright kill something at the point he was at.

As they entered the common room the others stood to greet them, but were forced to stop at the sight of their hands. Rain had been furious as had the others, Herminoe wanted to rationally inform Professor Magonagal, but rationality was gone – fury was all that was left. Harry was listening to Alex and Sena speak in hushed tones that sounded to be in an Asian language therefore he couldn't make anything out, but it was very obvious that something was about to happen.

Danny was over to the side nearer to the fireplace cracking his fingers and glaring as Alex explained what happened. Rain looked it over and swore while June went to grab something from her trunk. Alex was rather calm about it but the others seemed prepared to start war – it was then that the trio realized how close they all were. This group of teenagers were more like a family than anything else. Sena muttered something again and Alex nodded while Hermione raised an eyebrow before listening to what was going on.

"This is completely unexusable! Alex, we need to tell someone!" Rain said.

"Oh, I will...don't worry." with that he stood and headed towards the door again.

"Wait, let me at least put something on that okay?" June stated as she grabbed Alex's wrist carefully before she applied an ointment to it and handed Hermione the bottle.

"What is this stuff?" asked Hermione.

"Pheonix tears, willow bark, pure rose oil, and aloe. A special potion June makes that does wonders on cuts. Keeps them from getting infected and helps heal them better." Alex hopped out of the portrait hole and the others followed quickly.

Though he wasn't sure what it was all about Harry and the others stuck behind while they headed towards Dumbledore's office. The Order of the Rose would be hot on their tails if Rowan found out about this, and the fact that nothing was done. As Alex made it to the statue of the Griffin he quickly said" Sherbert Lemon" and the door swung open for them to race up the staircase and to the door. The fact that they had done little with knocking and decided to burst in was enough to startle Dumbledore, Fox, Magonagal, Hagrid, and to their pleasant surprise a certain man that they had been told was Professor Lupin.

The four adults looked at them while Alex came towards them with eyes set to kill. Lupin looked to Alex with shock as he came to Dumbledore and ripped the cloth off his hand.

"This is what that damn toad did to me and Harry for detention!" he said as they all looked at the wound.

"My word, Albus! Look at his hand! Alex, you said Harry was the same way?" Minerva asked.

"Same words and all. I don't give a damn what she does with the lessons but this is taking it further than I wish to be tossed into. Top it off we have two weeks of this crazy woman doing this to us. I don't like being cut up! And I"m sure Harry's feeling the same way. She said she wanted this to 'sink in' meaning leave permanent damage so we won't bring things to fact that the Ministry doesn't want to let people know about!" Rain had seen Alex angry, furious, irritated, and completely ready to hurt someone but this wasn't any of those – this was pure, unbriddled, raw scortching hatred. He was seathing now and she knew that wasn't good.

"Now dat is not a good thing. No, Professor Dumbledore, you gotta do sumthin' about dis! Dat ain't fair it isn't!" Hargid stated.

"I am aware that it isn't. But you should heal fine Alex and as for Harry I will..." Alex stopped him.

"Its damn Draconium! The one thing that will hurt me! Its like poison! Do you have any idea how painful that is to me? If you don't go get a hot iron and put it on your body about five million times – then you'll come close."

"Dumbledore, you have to tell Delores that this is unacceptable. If the Order of the Rose found out about what happened to Mr. Rouge and it happened again but to another one of the transfers then they'll be forceful with the Ministry, and that can be a problem," Minerva stated.

"As far as I'm concerned – if ths happens to Harry and me again tomorrow then we'll be seeing a rather scarred Umbridge. I won't hesitate to attack when I'm being hurt and people I care for are being hurt as well. Harry doesn't deserve to sit at a desk for hours slicing his hand open to you his own blood as ink!" Alex's words were far to true, and it caused Lupin to look at the boy closely.

Lupin knew instantly when he'd walked in what he was, but was no less in shock. A beautiful, rare, and powerful vampire was in his presence which caused him to feel astonished, and terrified. As Alex and his friends left with a pardon from the detentions for himself and Harry he could only bite the tip of his tonuge to until the boy had left. It was then that he couldn't contain it any longer.

"Dumbledore? Is that the boy you brought in from the Order of the Rose with the others? The vampire?" he asked.

"Ah, yes Lupin it is. Alex is a bit on the harsh side, but he is loving, and willing to help us fight this war."

"I hope so professor...James would be proud of Harry and I believe that this boy's father would be proud of him for helping us,"Lupin stated with a smile.

"Despite the fact that Alex is not a wizard but a vampire?" Dumbledore waited and Lupin smiled.

"Yes, and I think that with their help we can win."

with that Lupin went to Grimwauld place while Minerva and Hagrid went back to their places for bed. Dumbledore was sitting at his desk with his hands supporting his chin while he looked around at the people sighing or shaking their heads.

"Dumbledore...I am unsure of who has the worst temper," stated Phieneas.

"And whom's temper are you speaking of?" he raised an eyebrow and the portrait sighed.

"Harry Potter or Alex Rouge – which one of them has the most fire for a temper. I believe I just received my answer."

"More than likely you have."
