I walked towards Dumbledore's office feeling quite proud at myself for showing up Snape. I soon reached the hypogriff statue. "Liquorice wand." I whispered the password and the statued came to life then stairs swirled from behind it. I skipped up them and knocked on the door twice. "Come in." A voice announced. I opened the door and strolled into the room like I usually did. I knew he would be behind me. "Good afternoon, Professor. You asked to see me." I smiled. Dumbledore walked in front of me. "Yes, I wanted to ask how you were doing?" I raised an eyebrow, he never took me out of class just to see how I was doing. I knew there was something else behind it. "Everything is going well so far, Sir." "Good. There was another reason I asked you here." I knew it. "I wanted to warn you that after the Champions are picked then I will need to talk to you about something regarding your parents as well as some other things." I went rigid the moment he said that. "What about my parents?" "We'll talk about that later and to answer your next question no your still not allowed to put your name into the Goblet. You're one of the smartest students in the school but the age restriction still applies to you." Professor Dumbledore said. "Okay Professor." I was going to ask about what the 'other things' were when there was a knock on the door. "Yes." Dumbledore voice echoed around the room. The door opened to reveal Professor Moody. "Alaster, thank you for meeting me." Dumbledore turned to me once more, "You may leave now, Mia." "Goodbye Professors." I walked down the stairs from his office with my mind racing with unanswered questions. I dumped my school bag in my dorm then gradually made my way down to the Great Hall. Students crowded on the benches at the sides of the hall with the Goblet in the middle. I stood at the front of the hall next to the entrance door leaning against the wall with my arms crossed. A group of Cedric's friends rushed in pushing him towards the goblet, I watched as he placed his name in and couldn't help but shake my head when I started to get a really bad nagging feeling in the back of my head. I saw that Ron tried to wave at Cedric but he didn't even notice him. Then the Weasley twins ran in cheering about them being able to make an ageing potion and Hermione voiced what I thought. She told them that it wasn't going to work but they drunk the potion and jumped over the age line anyway. Everyone cheered when they put their names in but within seconds a blue blast came from the Goblet propelling them both backwards. When I was able to see them they had turned into old men and started to fight. I pinched the bridge of my nose shaking my head from side to side, I knew I would end up having to reverse it. They crowd around them started shouted 'Fight, fight, fight.' God everyone was immature. The hall suddenly went quiet as Victor Krum strutted past me and walked towards the cup. He confidently put his name in but when he turned to walk away I saw the look he gave to Hermione. He definitely liked her. I don't think anyone else saw the look as he exited the hall with his headmaster on his heels. I would have to talk to him about her later. Victor exited the hall and the excitement seemed to die down. I smirked strolling over to where Fred and George sitting on the floor in defeat. "That was smart." I stated sarcastically. "Oh shut up." They both snapped. "So you don't want me to reverse it then? Fine, I'll see you both later." I began to slowly walk away. "Wait," I turned to them when I heard a croaking voice and smiled walking back. "Don't worry you two, I'll help." I smiled at them. "Now sit still." I shut my eyes muttering counter/undoing spell under my breath. Once I opened my eyes they were back to normal. "I've got some people to talk to. I'll see you lads later." I gave a comforting smile to them both and walked out of the Great hall into the courtyard to see the Durmstang's patting Victor on the back congratulating him for putting his name in. After about ten more seconds Victor walked over to lean on a wall while the other discussed who else was going to put there name in. I leaned through one of the windows in the wall of the courtyard. "Boo." Krum turned around slightly startled then I saw a small smile playing on his lips. "Mia." I walked around the wall as I saw others heading out onto the courtyard. I stopped next to him, he hugged me. "I haven't seen you in ages, how've you been?" He asked releasing me from the hug. "I've been good. I saw you put your name into the Goblet." Victor nodded, "Yes, are you going to?" "Dumbledore says I'm not allowed to because of my age." I pouted childishly. He laughed, "Well at least that means I won't have much competition then." He slung an arm across my shoulders. "Is that actually a compliment?" I asked letting a slight smile escape me. "Maybe. You know that guy over there keeps staring." His eyes shifted to the other side of the courtyard. I turned my head partially to see Cedric with his friends. "He's probably staring at the best seeker in the world. Have you forgotten who you are?" I stepped out of his arms and gestured to him in a dramatic fashion. "Is he the guy that can't remember you?" I tensed. "Do you want me to beat him up?" I laughed quietly to myself, "No, if I wanted to beat him up I would do it myself." I briefly glanced over but sighed heavily trying to get Cedric out of my head. "Or maybe he's just looking over at a beautiful girl." I knew he was trying to cheer me up. I actually started full on laughing, "Me. Beautiful? Have you seen the Beauxbaton girls?" "Lets go ask the boys what they think." "No, no. Victor stop, no." He tugged my arm over to them despite my protests. We made it to the boys and I got greeted mostly by smiles and a few 'Heys'. Krum turned to me smirking, he was actually going to ask whether they thought I was beautiful. I shook my head trying to silently convince him not to. "No, no, no. Don't you dare!" I whisper shouted at him. He just smirked then mouthed "You dared me." "Guys, Mia seems to think that she isn't beautiful. What do you lot think?" He said fairly loudly, at that moment I wanted to run and hide when most people in the courtyard turned to look in our direction. And I was about to cave into my instincts to flee when Daniel put his arm over my shoulder. "Well, I dunno about the rest of the guys but I think you are really pretty lil' sis." Daniel ruffled my hair walking over to the others, I glared at him through the hair that was now covering my face. The group started laughing themselves silly. I was about to respond when I heard a screech from behind me. "Cherie!" Fleur's voice got closer. She spun me around. "Oh, Cherie. What happened to your hair?" Her French accent came out strong. I quickly pointed at Daniel slightly scared of her, "He did it." She quickly glared at him then started pulling on my arm. "We'll get it sorted out." I turned my head and mouthed 'Help me' which made them go into even more hysterics.
