Sorry people! I been a little busy with some school stuff for the pass few weeks. I didn't get the chance to work on the story very much. I often start typing it but then fall asleep while doing it.
This is not a chapter of the story but more of a bonus story! Enjoy~
"Count with your fingers." Weiss stared into the little Maiden in front of her.
The year is 1942, World War ll. Weiss Schnee is the Commander-in-Chief of the Germany army. Ruby Rose is a secret American spy, currently ,disguise as a German Soldier.
Right now Weiss and Ruby are in an open field. Ruby, along with others, stand in a line while Weiss stands in front of each one of them down the line until stopping at Ruby.
Weiss, as the Commander-in-Chief, is very wise and cautious. She knows there is a spy in her squad and determined to find him or her out.
"Count with your fingers I say." Weiss repeats again for the soldier.
Ruby looks up at Weiss with a poker face. She holds up one index finger. Weiss grabs a hold of her gun, ready to draw and kill the spy. However, before she did so Ruby holds up another index finger with her other hand. This, confused Weiss making her look at Ruby with a questioned face. Then Ruby joins the tip of the index fingers together. Weiss, now further confused, have more question marks appear above her head.
Ruby then make a circle with her index and thumb. She then join the two together by jamming in her index finger into the circle. She smiles and winks at the white haired lady.
Everyone, including Weiss, stare at the little girl's action, with empty stares as Ruby continues to do it.
Weiss immediately covers her very deep red face, as everyone appears to be shocked at the commander's sudden maiden-like blush.
Weiss is the commander-in-cheif of the Sherman Army, she is wise and cautions, and she is also very sensitive to Ruby.
Alright! So how is it?! I got the idea from my friend. He told me that Germans start counting with their thumb first and for us Americans, we count with our index fingers first! He also told me that it's also a way for Germans to find out Americans during the war.
I hope you enjoy the spin off. Ima go back working on the next chapter.
