I found my old diary at the bottom of the chest I'd brought with me. It was covered in icky dust even though it was wrapped in some cloth. I opened it happily, wondering if I could've forgotten anything written in the pages.

Day 1,
I met the Fire Princess at school today and boy is she scary! She shoved me down hard and said my hair was stupid! She was so mean I almost cried. But then this nice girl saved me. She told the princess to quit being so mean and made her go away. I thought they were gonna fight, but the Princess just walked away after that. Maybe this school won't be as boring as my last after all?

Day 2,
The quiet girl's name is Mai. She showed me some of her cool blades and stuff. I don't think you're supposed to have them in school, but she's sooo cool she doesn't care if the teachers catch her. She doesn't like to snuggle :/

Day 3,
Mai has this book in her bag she won't let me see. It's not one of our readings for school. I /have/ to know what it is!

Day 4,
The Fire Princess apologized to me today. She showed me some of her fire. It was like a little blue clump of hot!

Day 5,
Mai doesn't want me to hang out with the Fire Princess. She was showing me how she could use the fire to burn this bully's books and Mai just grabbed me and pulled me away. I didn't know what to do. She let me snuggle her after, though. Maybe if I play with the Fire Princess sometimes, she'll let me snuggle her more.

Day 6,
The Fire Princess gave me Mai's book. She told me she stole it from her! What do I do?! If I give it back to Mai, she'll think I took it! The Princess is so mean!

Day 7,
I kept the book in my backpack all day today. Princess Azula said that if I don't give it back in two days, she'll tell Mai I stole it. I don't like her

Day 8,
I tried to read the book in the bathroom. It's about this princess who kills the man she was supposed to marry to save this cute little girl. That was all I could read before I had to run back to class.

Day 9,
I read more of the book. I don't think it was a book for kids our age. The princess and the girl did things... weird things. I tried to give it back to Mai but she said she was never missing a book. Azula is a liar! Grr!

Day 10,
I couldn't find the book anywhere today. I think I lost it. I hope not somewhere in my room, if one of my sisters finds it... meep!

Day 11,
Mai was reading the book I was reading in class today! Where'd she get it!

Day 12,
Mai suddenly likes to snuggle now. I hugged her for a little and she wouldn't let go. It was a little weird.

Day 13,
Azula likes to pick on her brother Zuko. It's mean, but I don't think Zuko minds.

Day 14,
Mai braided my hair for me. Azula pulled it really hard and she helped braid it again. I don't think I'm going to spend time with Azula anymore, she's really scary!

Day 15,
Mai didn't want to snuggle today. She barely wanted to hug. I'm gonna play with Azula tomorrow and see if Mai will snuggle me then.

Day 16,
Azula's crazy! First she said she wanted to wrestle and I told her that I didn't want her to use any of her fire because it wouldn't be fair and she burnt my favorite shirt! I don't care if Mai never snuggles me again, I don't like Azula!

Day 17,
Mai let me rest my head in her lap while she read some of the book to me. I didn't get to read the last parts and they were really nice. The princess and the girl lived happily ever after and they kissed. I wonder if Mai has someone she wants to kiss?

Day 18,
Azula told me she'd hurt Mai if I don't kiss her tomorrow. I don't think she could but I don't want to see Mai get hurt. She's been so nice to me...

Day 19,
I had my first kiss today. Azula's lips were hot and her teeth were sharp. I didn't know what to do but she kept nibbling my lips and it hurt. I ran away after she finished and went to cuddle with Mai. Mai never hurt me.

I wanted to read more, but I heard someone coming towards my room. I hid my diary between my mattress and pretended I'd been stretching. I smiled as Azula came into the room. She didn't smile back at me.

"After we capture the Avatar, I will announce you as my bride. Zuko won't be coming back to reclaim his place on the throne so I will be in line to become Fire Lord and you will be with me."

I blinked hard at her, maybe she was just testing me to see how she'd react? She was kinda talking about marrying me and Azula doesn't really like to talk about gushy stuff. "B-but what about-"

"Don't talk. I will propose to you soon after we return the Avatar to the Fire Nation. Now come. I have need of some of your massage services."

She spread out, face down on my bed and I didn't have a choice. She was really tense anyway. She winced a bit when I got to her shoulders, that was where she carried a lot of her tension. Even her aura was all curled up around there. I kept kneading, hoping to unravel her down to her personality. I watched as the red, black and gold of her aura untangled, different colors fighting for dominance as her mood shifted. It's so weird being able to sense the aura of someone so close up.

She smelled so nice it wasn't long before I was kissing the nape of her neck, trying to find where the smell of burning incense and dragon-lilies was coming from. Azula hardly ever let me explore her like this, without any kind of command… it was nice. She was so warm and soft like this, I slid my hands down her back, slowly reaching towards her firm, plump butt. Maybe she'd let me-

"Ow! Azula!"

"You will learn your limits before you go off touching the future Fire Lord like this." She twisted my wrist and I whimpered and I could've hit three clusters of nerves so fast and ran away but I knew better. I was trained better. I was hers. But as she scratched her nails down my bare chest I could only imagine them being one of Mai's stilettos. I was hers too… what do I do?
