Ichigo and Keisuke decided to enter through the door at the top of the building, since there were no other entrances besides the front. And heaven knows that they weren't going to just walk through the front. As they crept down the stairway, they made note of any sounds they heard, making sure they were alert for any possible outcome. They kept their spiritual pressure off so that don't raise any alarms. Once they reached the bottom of the stairs, they were met with a short hallway with two doors. The building is completely different to that of Japanese architecture. Instead, it was designed with a more French gothic look, including suits of armor. There were windows that allowed them to see outside, which showed them that they were on the top floor. The doors they passed by were the kitchen and the dining hall. Then they met another stairway, which led to a longer hallway. The doors in this hallway led to the training room, the equipment room, the artifact room, and the library. They found yet another stairway, which led to the tech room, the break room, and the remaining doors happen to be sleeping quarters. The door at the end of the hall said the main room. Unfortunately, the door was equipped with a keypad and hand scanner.
"Damn, how do we get in?" Ichigo asked, irritated
"I'm not sure. If we don't enter the right code and hand print, those alarms will set off." Keisuke replied, pointing to the alarms in the corners of the ceiling.
At that moment, they heard the door to one of the sleeping quarters start to open. Before the person behind the door could see who they were, they flash stepped back to the stairway, behind the suits of armor that stood there. A woman came into the room. She had pale skin, long black hair and green eyes. She wore a long red kimono with a pale red sash. She had an arrow-like pin in her hair and was carrying a mask. She entered in the key code and placed her hand on the pad. After opening the door, she put on her mask. As she walked through the door, Keisuke saw this as an opportunity. He took out his fan and threw it towards the door. It managed to wedge itself between the door and the frame, stopping it from closing all the way.
"Nice" Ichigo commented.
When they got to the door, they opened it more and Keisuke retrieved his fan.
"Now, let's see what's in store for us." Keisuke said
Instead of room, they were brought to yet another stairway, except this one was twisted and went farther down than the previous staircases. They could see the black haired woman was almost to the bottom. As they made their way down, they could hear voices talking simultaneously.
"…can't be happening!"
"…organization…nullifiers!"
"…must protect…can't allow…"
They then heard a voice calm everyone down just as they reached the remaining steps. They saw that the stairs led to a door, which was still open. Ichigo stood on the left side of the door, while Keisuke stood on the right.
"Everyone, calm yourselves!" The voice said.
The other voices quit talking and they heard the shuffling of chairs. Keisuke peeped through the door while Ichigo looked through the window in the door. Inside, they saw the four people and flying creature in the center of the room, surrounded by people in chairs. (I'm not going to describe all of them. Only the people who talk) what was even more interesting was that there were other people present, but not in their physical form. They seemed to be communicating from holograms. And these holograms appeared to have the strange spiritual energy mixed in it. It was fascinating to Keisuke, but he had to focus on the objective at hand. The two people at the center of the room was the woman from earlier, her voiced muffled by the mask, and a man with greyish-black hair and dark brown eyes but was using a hologram.
"Now, if everyone will please remain quiet, I would like to hear the remainder of the story." The man said
"As would I" the woman said, her voice barely audible.
"Teien, please take off that mask. We all know who you are." A man with blond hair and blue eyes, sitting in the third seat on the left spoke.
When everyone else nodded, she sighed at took off the mask, then placed it on the table.
"Please, continue." She nodded to the four in the middle.
"Well, after the attack, I used Findshape to fix the damage to the park, and then we left." The girl, Sophie, said.
"And what of the people who were attacked?" Asked a woman with brown hair and brown eyes, talking from her hologram.
"We made an anonymous phone call to the nearest hospital to have them come get them. Told them that they were attacked by a group of thugs." The boy named Den said
She nodded and the blond boy named Lok continued.
"When we go to New York, we were going to show the photos we took. But we had discovered the Holotome was missing." Lok said.
Everyone in the room eyed Cherit. He began to laugh nervously.
"Anyway, we located it in a shop in a different part of town. At first we were hoping that some random passerby had picked it up out of curiosity. But then when we got to the store, we had sensed the presence of 5 people, but then it disappeared. Not only that, the Holotome was protected by a strong barrier."
"In order to conserve strength, I had them shoot spells at the shield to weaken it before using Revoke." Sophie said
"Hm… interesting. Continue" Teien said
"When we left, I felt that we were being followed by the same presence that we felt earlier. We split up and took two different routes. Sophie and Lok managed to lose the guy following them, while Den and I confronted the man following us. He seems to know seeker magic, for he fled using an enhanced form of Shadowspeed. Afterwards, we finally got here." The woman named Zhalia finished.
The room became silent. Teien looked at the man's hologram.
"Well Metz, what do you think?"
The man thought for a moment, then spoke.
"Show me the photo of the beast again."
Den pressed a few buttons and the image of the hollow came up. He placed the Holotome on the ground and the picture enlarged, rotating to that everyone may see.
"And you said it had no amulet?" Metz asked
They nodded.
"This is new territory for all of us. For now, we have to see if there is any information on this situation at all. Sophie, I would like you to research this in the library here. For you three, I'd like you to head back out and see if you can find any more of these strange creatures. For everyone else. Keep alert and have the agents send in regular reports in case the find them as well." Metz said
Everyone in the room nodded. As they began to get up to leave, Ichigo and Keisuke felt that this was the right time to leave. But unfortunately, karma is mean. For as they turned to leave, they found themselves face to face with two people. Before they could react, the two men made their move.
"Bubblelift!" The men yelled
Keisuke and Ichigo were surrounded by a blue bubble that lifted them into the air. The men then yelled again.
"Overshield! Interfuse!"
A clear orb then surrounded their bubbles, then merged together. Keisuke and Ichigo were shocked at what had happened. Ichigo then tried to free himself from the bubble. First, he tried punching it. When that didn't work, he tried cutting it open with Zangetsu. But even that didn't work, even though he has such strong spiritual pressure. Keisuke even tried using Benihime on the bubble, but nothing worked. The men motioned the bubbles into the conference room, a spell in their other hand just to be safe. Everyone in the room looked at them, not surprised, but oddly calm about it.
"Odd. It's as if they knew we were here." Keisuke thought to himself as they were brought to the center of the room.
Teien and Metz looked at each other, then at them. Lok, Sophie, Den, and Zhalia looked on them, showing no emotion.
"Lok, Den, Sophie, Zhalia, are these the men who were after you?" Metz asked.
The four nodded.
"Well then. It seems we have some questions that need answering. And I have a funny feeling that you two know something about them. So, exactly who are you?" Metz asked.

Once Lok, Sophie, Den, Zhalia, and Cherit made it back to the Japanese headquarters, Zhalia informed the agents on guard to be alert incase the men who followed them somehow found a way in. They then headed to the main hall, where they were met by Guggenheim.
"Guggenheim, what are you doing here?" Den asked
"Well, after hearing of the incident of the missing Holotome, Metz had me come so that I can be of some help to you. However, it seems you don't need my help anymore." He replied
"No, we found it. But we will need your help. We were followed." Zhalia replied
"By who?" Guggenheim questioned with a serious tone
"We don't know. We were able to shake them off our tail, but there's…something off about them. They're not like any enemy we have ever faced." Sophie replied
"Yeah. The guy who was following me and Sophie was strange. He had this… samurai/ninja thing going on with this HUGE sword and had bright orange hair. What's even stranger is that he was there for a moment, but when he saw we were gone, he disappeared. Just like that." Lok said, snapping his fingers.
"And the man following me and Den had this silly stripped hat with a green coat patterned with diamonds, a light brown cane and wooden sandals. And he did the same thing when I confronted him. He disappeared in a flash. He must have some advanced form of seeker magic." Zhalia said
"This is very intriguing indeed. Come, we'll discuss this matter in the conference room." Guggenheim said, motioning to the stairway. Once they got to the last floor, they walked up to the door with a keypad and hand scanner. Guggenheim opened the door, which was another flight of stairs that was twisted and longer than the other stairs. Once they got to the bottom, they found that everyone, except Teien and Metz were there. Five minutes later, Teien showed up, called Metz, and started the meeting.
"So Den, I believe you had a picture to show us?" Metz asked
Den nodded. He got out his Holotome, pressed a few buttons, and the image flashed open. The beast they encountered was displayed, the mask grinning its evil grin. Everyone in the room gasped. Then everyone erupted, talking simultaneously making a large commotion.
"…can't be happening!"
"…organization…nullifiers!"
"…must protect…can't allow…"
"Everyone, calm yourselves!" Metz exclaimed
Everyone in the conference room settled down and took their seats. The people in hologram form remained where they were.
"Now, if everyone will please remain quiet, I would like to hear the remainder of the story." Metz said calmly
"As would I" Teien said, her voiced muffled by her mask.
"Teien, please take off that mask. We all know who you are." Guggenheim said

Everyone in the room nodded. As they began to get up to leave, they remained quiet. For during meeting, they had sensed the presence of two people who were clearly not Huntik members. They silently watched as two of their men launched a surprise attack on the people who were eavesdropping with the bubblelift and overshield spells. They also used the newest spell, Interfuse, to merge the spells together to make the bubble stronger and harder to break open. The men then motioned their bubbles into the conference room, a spell in their other hand just to be safe. Everyone noticed how they tried to free themselves with their swords, which was an interesting sight. No one really fights with swords nowadays, except Lok, who uses the Willblade.
Teien and Metz looked at each other, then at the prisoners. Lok, Sophie, Den, and Zhalia looked on them, showing no emotion.
"Lok, Den, Sophie, Zhalia, are these the men who were after you?" Metz asked.
The four nodded.
