The Electrocutioner looks like his Arkham Origins version. Colonel Wainwright Arkham is an original character that was sort of based on Colonel Wainwright Burns from The Simpsons.Miranda Tate looks like her movie counterpart. Lyle Bolton looks like his comic book version.

Chapter 3: Taking on The Electrocutioner

The Arkham Sanatorium aka Old Arkham was the predecessor to both Arkham Asylum and New Arkham. It was the control of Colonel Wainwright Montgomery Arkham, father of the Elizabeth Arkham who Arkham Asylum was named after. Colonel Arkham was accused of doing dangerous experiments on the inmates of Old Arkham with an experimental formula. Nothing was ever found. Most suspect it was down to the fact that Colonel Arkham and The Arkham Family were in control of Wonder City also known as Old Gotham [See Chapter 9]. During their peak, The Arkhams owned nearly of Old Gotham including The Arkham Plantation [See Chapter 8] on Arkham Island, Wonder Tower [See Chapter 6], Old Arkham, Fort Arkham [See Chapter 10], Arkham Penitentiary later renamed to Blackgate Prison [See Chapter 11] and Arkham Cathedral. The Arkham Sanatorium was lost alongside most of Colonel Arkham's power when Wonder City was destroyed by The Great Fire of Wonder City [See Chapter 13]. Much of Old Gotham was knocked down. The only building in the Old Gotham district still standing from Wonder City is Wonder Tower.

Bruce was ready as The Electrocutioner advanced with his electrified gloves. Blockbuster continued to try and force his way in but the door held against his attack. Harley was standing behind Bruce to stay out of the way of The Electrocutioner. The Electrocutioner swung at Bruce with gusto. Bruce dodged his blow with ease. The Electrocutioner said annoyed "Stay still rich boy" The Electrocutioner attacked Bruce again but once again he missed. Bruce became on the offensive and one punch to the face and The Electrocutioner went down anticlimactically as Bruce had seen common street thugs take more hits before they went down.

Harley asked "is he out of commission?"

Bruce said "I think so" as he went over to the downed Electrocutioner. He checked The Electrocutioner and he was out cold. Blockbuster continued to try and force his way in. The Door started to buckle but Bruce did not notice as he searched the Electrocutioner. He found a note on him. However, before he could read it. Blockbuster came crashing through the door. His impressive size dwarfed Bruce and Harley. He eyes narrowed and he attacked Bruce. Bruce barely dodged Blockbuster's punch. The punch dented the wall making Bruce realize he would not able to beat Blockbuster without his bat suit. Blockbuster then raised his fists to crush them. Harley kicked him in his private parts. This cheap shot caused Blockbuster to fall to his knees. Harley and Bruce took the opportunity to leave the first floor Security Office. Blockbuster quickly recovered from Harley's attack and chased after them.

Harley led Bruce up the stairs after saying "This Way" They headed to the next floor and Blockbuster followed. Blockbuster chased them down a corridor towards a dead end. He advanced onto Bruce and Harley. Blockbuster snarled aggressively. He attacked again, and both dodged his blows. Thankfully for them, Blockbuster collapsed. A dart was in the back of his neck. Heavily armoured TYGER Soldiers led by a man with Captain Lyle Bolton nametag on his uniform appeared.

"Doctor Quinzel" He greeted. He then asked "Are you ok?"

"I am fine" Harley said. Captain Bolton then turned to Bruce.

He asked "Are you ok Mr Wayne?"

Bruce said "Yeah I am fine" Captain Bolton motioned to two of the Heavy TYGER Soldiers. They stood over the knocked-out Blockbuster with stun guns pointed at him.

Harley said "I believe that Victor Zsasz was helped by the knocked out man with strange gloves in the first floor Security Office"

"Thanks for telling me" Captain Bolton said "We will take care of it" He ordered two more Heavy TYGER Soldiers "Go to the first floor Security Office and secure that man"

"Yes Captain" one of the Heavy TYGER Soldiers said. These two Heavy TYGER Soldiers disappeared up the corridor. "Follow me and I get you to safety" Captain Bolton led them to a roof where a TYGER helicopter was. "Don't worry Mr Zsasz will caught and secured" Bruce and Harley got onto the TYGER helicopter. A ring is heard, Captain Bolton answered the call.

He said "Professor Strange, we have the situation under control…." as The Helicopter left New Arkham. TYGER Guards were all around the perimeter. Bruce looked at the note taken off The Electrocutioner. It said The Boss wants you to kidnap Doctor Harleen Quinzel and giver her over to Falcone – Black Mask. Bruce knew then that Batman must pay a visit to Falcone to find out who Black Mask was and why he or his mysterious boss want Harley. Bruce glanced at Harley who looked more relaxed now she was out of danger. He had no idea what so important about Harley so he would try to find out why they were targeting her. Bruce frowned as he realized did not find what Doctor Arkham wanted. The TYGER helicopter landed at Fort Arkham, now under the control of TYGER. Fort Arkham was an old military base on the outskies of Gotham.

Bruce said "I see you soon Harleen" as he got out of the helicopter.

Harley started to say "Mr Wayne…" when they are interrupted by TYGER Soldier saying "Dr. Quinzel, The Deputy Director is waiting to speak with you"

"Tell Dr. Crane I will be right with him" She said. The TYGER Soldier left. "I be seeing you Mr Wayne"

"I told you call me Bruce" Bruce said

"Then I be seeing you Bruce" Harley said as she left. Bruce was then led out of Fort Arkham where he had to wait for Alfred to pick him up.

Shreck was in his office with his second in command, Miranda Tate. They were looking at a map of Old Gotham that belonged to Colonel Arkham. It had been given to them by Lady Arkham as she wanted them to find Old Arkham. Shreck and Miranda searched the map of Old Gotham but The Arkham Sanatorium was nowhere in sight. Shreck said getting annoyed with the lack of progress "This is hopeless, this map is too old to show us the location of Old Arkham"

Miranda said calmly "Sir, we don't need to find Old Arkham on this old map. We just investigate Wonder Tower and see if that contains any clues of the location of Old Arkham"

"Good Idea Miss Tate" Shreck said pleased. "Tell Red Hood and his men to investigate Wonder Tower intermediately as I have an appointment with the press. We don't want Mr Dent to win do we"
