Alright with that out of the way, ON WITH THE STORY!

It had been 10 years and Izuku, Katsuki and Shoto had all become an inseparable trio. They would always play outside, train with their Quirks in the basement of their new house, watch anime and play video games together. Through their training, they also managed to learn new tricks with their Quirks. Izuku managed to combine two powers from anime together, such as when he mixed Luffy's Gum-Gum Fruit with Naruto's Rasengan to make a long-range attack. Katsuki managed to use his nitroglycerin-based sweat to not only create explosions from his hands but also from his entire body as well and Shoto had been learning how to shape his fire and ice into weapons and other tools. Izuku spent hours watching anime in order to pick up whatever trick he could learn.
The three of them also would spar together in the basement. They also sparred with Hisashi and Enji, the former of which considered it training for himself on his newly upgraded Quirk. One time, the trio's sparring became so intense, that it caused a giant explosion that could heard from the house. When the family went to investigate, the saw Izuku with his head through the ceiling, Shoto in a deep crater and Katsuki lodged face first into a wall. The trio had to spend two nights in the hospital as a result and also got an earful from their parents.
Hisashi, Inko, Mitsuki and Masaru had also been doing well with their newly upgraded Quirks. Hisashi found out not only could he grow dragon wings and scales but also turn into a full-fledged anthropomorphic dragon. He also could manipulate not just fire but other elements as well and per Izuku's suggestion, played Skyrim and began integrating the various Shouts from that game into real life, effectively making him on par with All Might in terms of raw power.
Inko saw that her upgraded Quirk went far beyond normal Telekinesis and actually delved into Esper territory. She could sense the spiritual energy of others, absorb energy to empower herself, transfer energy to heal or hurt others, project her spirit from her body, possess people, create energy clones of herself, Clairvoyance, flight, Hypnotism, the ability to see through walls, see into the future, read minds and teleport. This made her immensely powerful but her gentle and pacifistic nature made her a fan-favorite when she made her Hero Debut.
Mitsuki could form her Glycerin Sweat over her entire body or certain parts of her body but also saw she could secrete and form weapons out of them. The weapons were weak but sturdy and the more she was sweating, the more she could harden herself or form weapons.
Masaru saw his upgraded Quirk now allowed him to secrete more sweat which he could detonate at will upon physical contact. His son took it upon himself to teach his dad how to use explosions properly and Masaru got the hang of it, even making smokescreens to blind enemies. However his gentle and friendly nature allowed him to adopt a chivalrous attitude when he took on Hero Work.
Enji had moved his Hero Agency to the Midoriya-Bakugou-Todoroki's household and while there had been a few attacks from Villains, the family was able to handle it without problem. Eventually Enji expanded his agency to include the whole family and Rei even began considering going into Hero Work, doing just that on Shoto's 8th Birthday as a surprise for him when opportunity presented itself in a villain that tried to kidnap him but failed due to Enji and Rei's intervention.
Now, the boys were 14 years old and were ready to start their final days of Middle School...
*At the Midori-Baku-Todo Household*
Izuku yawned as he got out of bed. Katsuki and Shoto got out soon after him and they headed to the bathroom to brush their teeth and do their hair. They soon headed downstairs to see Masaru enjoying a cup of coffee while reading the news, Mitsuki, Inko, Rei and Fuyumi gossiping about the latest Hero Fashion and Hisashi, Enji and Natsuo arguing over how to make an omelette. The boys made some breakfast for themselves while bidding their family good morning and soon went to watch TV to start the day. While flipping through the channels, the trio's eyes widened when they saw the Hero Polls had been updated...
"Uncle Hisashi! Auntie Inko! Come look!" Shoto called out.
"Auntie Mitsuki! Uncle Masaru! You gotta see this!" Izuku exclaimed.
"Auntie Rei! Uncle Endeavor! Look at this!" Katsuki said pointing as the rest of the family came to see the polls and were surprised at the rankings.

"Amazing!" Hisashi said in disbelief. The rest of the parents were thinking the same thing while Enji smirked.
"Of course, I'm still No. 2, little brother." The Flame Hero said, tauntingly nudging Hisashi's shoulder as he shot a smirk back at him.
"Congrats on still being No. 2 to All Might, big brother." Enji scowled and tackled Hisashi as they began wrestling but the rest of the family were still focused on the screen.
"What's going on here?" A masculine voice said as everyone turned to see a scarred blonde man with peach fuzz and a goatee. This was Bubaigawara Jin, who was unofficially the kids uncle.
When Izuku was 6, he met Jin while playing at the park and saw him stumbling through an alleyway, muttering constantly about how he was him and how he wasn't him. After questioning the man, Izuku saw that he was once a former thief who's Quirk allowed him to create duplicates of himself and others. He had once created multiple duplicates of himself who fought against him until only he remained and to that day, he was unsure if he was real or just a clone. Luckily, Izuku, being the kind hearted boy he was, offered Jin hospice with the family and even managed to get him a therapist. Jin still had some kinks, such as saying the opposite of what he said after saying it but his mental health greatly improved.
"Uncle Jin! Good news! Mom, Dad, Auntie Rei, Auntie Mitsuki and Uncle Masaru made it into the top 10 with Uncle Enji and All Might!" Izuku cheered as Jin smiled.
"That's great! How Horrible!" Jin said. The family had a good chuckle and soon Izuku, Katsuki and Shoto began heading for school.
"Do you think it would be easier if we just use Instant Transmission?" Izuku asked as his brothers nodded and put their hands on his shoulders while he put two fingers to his forehead and soon in a flash, they were in the classroom of their school.
"KAAAAAAAACHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN~!" A cute voice squealed as Katsuki was glomped by a girl with blonde hair in two buns with wild strings jutting out and amber cat-like eyes. She also had fangs and a petite frame to her.
"Hey, Toga-Chan..." Katsuki said as he hugged his girlfriend. Himiko Toga was a girl Katsuki met 4 years ago where he found her being bullied by a couple of creeps who were antagonizing her due to her Quirk alone, calling it 'villainous'. After Katsuki pounded the punks (and also made sure they could never have babies), he offered help to Toga and brought her to his house.
Sure enough, the family found out Toga was also being abused at home and immediately tore her parents apart, left them to be arrested and took custody of Toga, who became Katsuki's official girlfriend ever since. Toga, while initially disturbingly attached to the explosive blonde, had learned to moderate herself thanks to taking therapy with Jin, who she got along very well with since they both felt abandoned by society until Izuku and his family saved them.
"You know Kaa-Nii, I never figured you'd be such a soft-spoken gentle guy whenever Toga-Chan is around." Izuku said with a smile while Katsuki gave his brother a glare.
"Laugh it up while you can, Deku-Nii. I'm pretty sure you'll end up in the same boat as me when a girl comes your way." Izuku blushed at this until the rest of their classmates came in and they all took their seats as their teacher came in with a stack of papers.
"Now today we're going to be doing career aptitude tests...but let's face it, you all want to be HEROES!" The teacher announced as he tossed the papers into the air. Everyone began cheering and showing off their Quirks except for the Mido-Baku-Todo Trio and Toga.
"Oi, Teach! Don't lump me, Deku-Nii, Sho-Nii and Toga-Chan with these rejects." Katsuki said with a cocky smirk on his face as Izuku and Shoto sweat-dropped. Their brother was hot-headed and arrogant, thinking nobody could beat them since they were together and had powerful Quirks. The rest of the class jeered Katsuki for his remark as he detonated an explosion in his hand to shut them all up.
"Shut up! You assholes are lucky if you make it into a second-rate Hero School. Me and my brothers and girlfriend. We're going to UA! We're gonna be the greatest Heroes ever and surpass All Might as the No. 1 Heroes!" The explosive teen declared triumphantly. One student sneered at this claim.
"As if that Villain Bitch even has the hopes of entering UA!" The student said as all the other students nervously scooted away from him and he suddenly realized that he had fucked up as Katsuki immediately stomped over to him with a look that spelled murder in capital letters.
"Say that again...Too my fucking face, you sorry good for nothing EXTRA! If anyone has a chance of getting into UA, it's her! She has enough talent and smarts that puts you to shame! So be a good fucking extra and sit down!" Katsuki spat as the offending student looked ready to shit his pants. Katsuki huffed and went back to his desk and gave Toga a reassuring kiss on the cheek.
"While there could have been better ways to handle that, Bakugou does have a point. Toga has very high stats and even has recommendations from the No. 3 Hero, Dragon Emperor.
"Even though we all have recommendations, we're still taking the normal Entrance Exam. Katsuki actually wants to feel like he earned his way in and me and Izu-Nii can't disagree with him." Katsuki nodded proudly at what Shoto said. Soon, school ended for the day and the four began heading home. Katsuki and Toga went to play at the Arcade while Shoto had to do some personal training with Enji. Izuku decided to go to a nearby bridge underpass that was by the lake as he took out his personal Hero Study Notebook and began scribbling in it about the latest debuting Pro Hero: Mt. Lady.
"Okay, she could possibly be able to gigantify a certain part of her body not just her whole self. I think she could also learn how to shrink herself back to normal size with enough speed to-" The green haired cinnamon roll was lost in one of his muttering fits, not noticing a manhole cover violently shaking until it burst open and a man made of sludge crawled out of it.
"Ah! A hostage! Perfect!" The Sludge Villain charged at Izuku, who noticed this and yelped in fear as he held his hands out.
"ALMIGHTY PUSH!" Izuku projected a powerful wave of force that splattered the Sludge Villain before he could react. Izuku sighed in relief until another figure came out of the manhole. Izuku's eyes widened when he saw who it was: The Symbol of Peace himself, ALL MIGHT!
"HAVE NO FEAR, FOR I AM-Oh, what happened here?" The No. 1 Pro Hero said, seeing the splattered remains of the Sludge Villain. Izuku was just staring at his longtime idol with his mouth agape like a fish. All Might noticed the boy staring and patted him on the head, snapping him out of his stupor.
"Young man, did you do this?" The Symbol of Peace asked as Izuku feverishly nodded his head with an excited look at seeing his idol.
"I-I was attacked and I panicked and I blew him away with my Almighty Push..." Izuku stuttered, he knew the laws about using Quirks without a licencse and he feared he might get in trouble but All Might simply patted him on the back.
"Don't worry, young man. You did a good job and since it was self-defense, I can let it slide. I'll just scoop up this villain and take him to prison." All Might said with his trademark smile as he put the Sludge Villain in a pair of empty soda bottles and prepared to take off when Izuku stopped him.
"W-Wait! I-I didn't ask for your-" All Might motioned his head over to Izuku's notebook and he saw his signature written in the pages.
"HE ALREADY SIGNED IT?!" Izuku thought in amazement as All Might took off like a shot, letting out a boisterous laugh all the while. Izuku just stared in amazement and felt very happy as he made his way back home. He then bumped into someone who turned to show it was a masculine woman with dark red hair and sunglasses. Izuku smiled as he recognized her.
"Hi, Kenji-Nee!" The woman smiled as she slung an arm around the boy and began giving him a noogie. Kenji Hikiishi was a Transgender Woman who had felt demeaned and rejected by society and had started out as a small-time Villain. Luckily, she happened to meet Inko, who showed her kindness and understanding to her plight, being a firm supporter of LGBTQ+ rights. Kenji became close with Izuku and the other kids and became a honorary big sister to them as a result. She was pardoned for the crimes she had previously committed due to them not being very grievous and because Inko prevented any deaths from occurring.
"How's it going, you little green bean? I haven't seen you in a while!" Kenji happily said to her surrogate little brother, who giggled as he smiled brightly at her.
"I got to meet All Might! I was attacked by a Sludge Villain and he came and helped me out and-" Suddenly, the two heard an explosion and headed to see something that horrified them. The same Sludge Villain that had attacked Izuku was now attacking Katsuki, who was struggling to hold him off as he tried to grab him. Two Pro Heroes known as Kamui Woods and Death Arms were there but they weren't doing anything.
"KAACHAN!" Izuku cried as he charged towards the Sludge Villain and jumped in front of his brother as his eyes turned red with black biohazard symbols as he made contact with the eyes of the Sludge Villain.
"Tsukuyomi." Izuku said, he didn't like using this move, but this villain had tried hurting his brother and that he could not forgive.
"AAAAHHH! MAKE IT STOP! MAKE IT STOP!" The Sludge Villain screamed in anguish before shrinking into a small puddle. The only indication he was alive was that he shivered briefly every few moments. Kenji smiled in pride at her little brother figure as he went to help Katsuki up while Toga was arguing with Kamui Woods and Death Arms for just standing around like idiots and doing nothing.
What nobody didn't know was that a skinny blonde haired man was watching this from afar. He had been heading to re-capture the Sludge Villain after he found out he had forgotten the bottles and saw the boy he met earlier defeat the villain effortlessly when he tried to attack someone.
"I've found him...My successor!"
So yeah, Twice, Toga and Magne are part of the family and aren't villains here. So that leaves the question: Who will replace them in the League of Villains? I'll tell you this...The League of Villains aren't gonna be around long since a few big hitters from Marvel and DC are soon gonna enter the playing field. Yes, I did say there would be crossovers with Marvel/MCU and DC.
Next Chapter-The Next Symbol: Izuku meets All Might again and is given the opportunity of a lifetime. In return, he ends up bringing something back to not just his new mentor but also his family as a whole.
