Chapter 4:

I was working home, on my way from work. It was my first week done of work, and I loved my class. It was all of girls, ages 9-13 and had a passion for the art of dance. We had a dance rehearsal this Tomorrow night (Saturday) and they were ready. I only took over where there former teacher left off. I had to open up for the show, with a piece called, "My Heart will go on". I had a week to learn to, and I had it do by the fourth day.

Plus, I've been talking on a nightly basic to Dr. Johnson of my life and Rebecca. I went to bed crying ever night. I also told him my feelings on Clarice, Mary, and Michael and he seemed to get what I was saying, which was weird at first. I also started to notice other things, like how he's been saying my mother's name, but I've thought nothing more of it.

I got to the front door and opened it not smelling a type of pasta I have been for the past week. I wondered if the doctor was out, so I decided to go to my room and listen to some music and practice before he got back. As I was walking, I walked pasted his office, which the door was open slightly. I walked over to shut it when, I heard the doctor talking to someone on the phone, I couldn't help but the peck inside and listen.

Hannibal's POV

"Yes, Clarice. She's making great progress, but she still touchy on Rebecca. She's still having a hard time accepting at she gone."

"They were really close, Doctor. She'll come around, beside isn't she going to dance in a resightal tomorrow night."

"Yes, I'll be attending that. I hope she is good and she describes herself to be."

There was a silence on the other end.

"Does she know yet."

"No, sweet Clarice, she doesn't know I'm Hannibal."

He heard a little gasp outside his office door, and looked to see the door was slightly opened.

"I must go Clarice, Ta Ta."

Normal POV

"No, sweet Clarice, she doesn't know I'm Hannibal."

I gasped and took a step back.

'Not Hannibal Lecter?! NOT HIM!? He was the one my mother was so focus on the past 12 years or so. It couldn't be! There was no way!' I thought this all at once. Then he looked my way

"I must go Clarice, Ta Ta."

'Oh Shit!'

I turned and ran to my room, locking the door behind me. If he was, who I think he was, I was dead. I needed to get out of here, and NOW! I started to quickly pack my things but before long, there was a knock at my door. I froze. Time froze once again, and I was stuck there, til another knock later.

"Are you already, Abbie?" the 'good' doctor said on the other side of the door.

"I'mmm….I'm fine!" I said slowly moving towards the door.

"well, could you let me in?" he asked nicely

"n-no!"

"why not?"

I walked over to the door, and laid my forehead against the door.

"Because…you're Hannibal Lecter."
