It's been a really long time since I last updated this story huh, I'm sorry, and I know all I do is say sorry and promise you all chapters that will come faster, but they never do.
I started this story one night, because I wanted to make a new version of Naruto, something that could have happened if he just was a bit more realistic, a bit more smarter, more prone to his emotions, stronger, actually had a goal besides "I'm going to become Hokage!" which has always been the canon version of Naruto's goal.
This story was created back in 2015 one night, on a call with my best friend, and just letting my imagination run wild. I didn't create summaries of the chapters before I fully wrote them out, and went with the flow, whatever inspired me I would write down while keeping on the same mind-set of "What if?"
And I suppose that's why this story failed, I didn't have a vision of how I wanted this story to go, there was nothing driving me to write this story, no motivation, and frankly? I didn't take time out to work on the story.
I started this story in a different mindset than I have now, and I do not know where I would've taken this story like how I originally planned, I have no set path for this story.
So that's why I'm now announcing that this story is officially discontinued.
I'm sorry for the very few people who actually enjoyed this story, and looked forward towards a new chapter, I even had the next chapter half written down, but I just can't continue it.
