Surprisingly, just as Elena was getting ready to knock on the door, Caroline came out of the Mikaelson manor. Caroline gasped as she looked into Elena's now blackened eyes but decided that she would ask later in favor of figuring out where her friend had been.
"Elena, where have you been? Stefan and Damon called freaking out saying that something was wrong." The blonde quickly pulled Elena in for a hug only to be growled at, which further worried Caroline.
Klaus came up behind Caroline, ready to intervene.
"Get off me Caroline." Elena growled and her eyes narrowed as she bared her teeth to her once friend but in the current state she was in, the only "friend" of hers would be Kol.
Klaus isn't half bad either. Her darken mind supplied.
Elena gave a wicked grin at her thoughts,"I'm here to see Kol but you would suffice, Klaus."
Just as Elena was reaching to touch Klaus, Caroline grabbed her hand, "Like hell you are." And in one swift movement Caroline had Elena with her arms tucked securely behind her back.
"Get off me bitch. I need him. NOW!" Elena screeched, fighting the blonde vampire for all she was worth. Caroline had to admit that Elena was exceptionally strong for a human and it was actually quite difficult to keep a hold of her. Klaus seemed to notice Caroline's dilemma and realized that somehow the doppelganger had superhuman strength. In favor of thinking more on that fact he waved Caroline inside the house.
A/N : So there isn't much smuttiness going on here but this tidbit gives me time to work out the rest of the story. Sorry for the lateness and shortness. R&R please!
