A/N: Hello everyone! Welcome back to Circi's Pokémon Adventure!
So, our heroine now needs to find the Gym Leader of the Oreburgh City Gym, Roark (aka Roark the Rock), in order to fight him and win her first gym badge!
And who are those three girls?
I do not own Pokémon or Kingdom Hearts.
Here's the fourth chapter!

Chapter 4: First Gym Battle, GO!
Before we start, let's recap!
And did you notice I always do this? It's because my Mom gave me this stupid pink journal, I want to dye it grey or something, because I hate the flipping color pink.
I'm getting off topic. Anyway, Circi Fox, who hates the color pink, here! Previously, I had kicked Wilfre's ass in my first Rival battle with him, though Grassly fainted in the process.
When I went back into Jubilife City, I think these three girls were talking about me, I don't know why, but they were. When I asked them a question about it, they shuffled away like crabs.
Then I met this arrogant guy named Mint at the Pokémon Center, and he already has his first gym badge. I want to battle him, so I think I need to prove my worth!
Afterwards upon going through the Oreburgh City Gate, I got into Oreburgh City and I found out that the Gym Leader was out, and now I have to find him.
So that means, if I want to get to Roark, I gotta find him first.

After heading to the Pokémon Center, Circi Fox and her team were heading to the Oreburgh Mines.
Upon entering, like usual, she just happened to run into somebody. Noticing his blonde hair, white jacket with black checkers in specific areas, a black shirt and some interestingly colored pants that were black as well as beige, Circi frowned when he turned around, revealing his angry blue eyes and he growled, "Hey! Watch it!"
"WELL EXCUUUSE ME FOR BUMPING INTO PEOPLE ON ACCIDENT, BUDDY." Circi yelled back.
The boy frowned before apologizing, "Sorry. I'm not exactly in the best mood right now. Somehow, I got separated from my group, and Naminé said we'd meet up here, but they still haven't come yet."
"Ah. You have a name, son?" Circi asked, attempting to make her voice sound like a police officer's.
"Don't call me that. The names Roxas." The blonde replied. That name reminded Circi of someone…
Oh right! Sora! That spiky haired dude. "Your name sounds similar to somebody I met…Sora." Circi commented. Roxas blinked, and then proceeded to ask in reply, "My other?"
"What?" The ten year old girl asked, not quite getting it.
Roxas frowned. "Nevermind. Anyway, is it alright if I come with you for a bit?"
"Why…?"
Roxas stared at Circi, who stared back. Then Heather came out of her Pokéball and proceeded to sniff Roxas, before looking at Circi and nodded.
"Security check complete? Is he dangerous?"
"Shii-nx!" (Translations: "Ma'am no, ma'am!")
"Good! From now on, Heather, you are the security officer. "That looked like text dialogue box…?" Affirmative?"
"Shinx!"
"Good. You may momentarily come with us. We were going to find someone too."
Roxas joined the party! Said the random Dialogue Box that showed up in Gen 4 games.
"…What the…? Was that…?"
"Damn you, fourth wall breaking! Damn you!" Circi sweared.
"You were the one who broke the fourth wall?"
"No, Roxas. The Dialogue Box was the criminal who broke the fourth wall."
Roxas went silent before Circi said, "Anyway, we should get going. Heather, return!"
Circi returned Heather to her Pokéball before she and Roxas began to venture down into the Oreburgh Mine.

(Oreburgh Mine)
Circi began to wander around with Roxas, training her Pokémon.
At this point, she had raised her team up a few levels.
(Circi's Team)
Grassly/Turtwig Lv. 14
Jowee/Bidoof Lv. 14
Heather/Shinx Lv. 14
She evened out their levels in case they'd evolve. As they were going through the mine, Circi asked Roxas, "Hey, do you have any Pokémon?"
"Me? Yeah…I have four on me. Why?"
"Could I see them?" Circi asked excitedly. Roxas shook his head at her.
"Not now, kid." Roxas mumbled.
"I ain't a kid!" Circi snapped at him. The two continued walking in the dark caves together saying absolutely nothing until a rock suddenly smashed.
"WHAT THE HELL/F***?!" Circi and Roxas asked with their individual reactions but Roxas nearly went to looking for a bar of soap to stick in Circi's mouth upon hearing what she said.
"YOU'RE TEN YEARS OLD! You shouldn't be cursing!" Roxas snapped.
"Yeah, so what?!"
Then a guy with a red helmet with cordovan hair and glasses, but you couldn't see his eyes stared at them.
"That move that I just used was "Rock Smash"."
"Yeah, so what?" Circi asked.
The man blinked at her before continuing. "Fallen boulders need to be smashed so they're out of the way. If you could get the Badge from the Gym in town, you'd be able to do this too. Of course, you'd have to beat the Gym Leader first. That'd be me!"
Circi frowned before saying, "Yeah so what…? WAIT, YOU'RE THE GYM LEADER."
"Yeah…? I just said I was."
Circi aimed a Pokéball at him before shouting, "I CHALLENGE YOU TO A GYM BATTLE."
"At the Gym please. I'll see you there."
The Oreburgh City Gym Leader walked off and Circi had an irritated look on her face. "Oh it is on, buddy. It is so F****** ON." Circi cursed.
Roxas proceeded to drag here out of the mine. At the entrance, they met a girl with blonde hair and blue eyes in a white dress and baby blue sandals, and a boy that looked exactly like Roxas, but with a completely different outfit as well as another girl with black hair and a black cloak.
"There you are Roxas!" The girl said, sounding relieved.
"We got worried about you! Are you all right?" Roxas's doppelganger asked.
"Is he your brother?" Circi suddenly asked. There was an awkward silence and Roxas knew he had to explain to her.
After the long, boring explanation, Circi nodded and said, "So the blonde haired chick is this Naminé girl you mentioned and the guy who looks exactly like you for some reason is Ventus, and the second girl is Xion?"
The four nodded. "Yeah. Thanks for killing some time with me, Circi. I'll see you again." Their group waved goodbye before making their way off to wherever they intended to travel.
Circi smiled before saying, "NOW TO KICK THAT GYM LEADER'S ASS AND WIN ME A GYM BADGE!"
Someone scolded her. "Hey, young lady, watch your language!" Circi frowned before nearly cursing but decided to save her breath and heal her Pokémon (despite Roxas did it like a typical partner would during the time you traveled with them).

(25 minutes later)
(Oreburgh Gym Entrance)
Circi stood in front of the Oreburgh City Pokémon Gym. She smiled before saying with some confidence, "I'ma winning this thing, and I won't let anything cause me to lose!"
Then she thought for a minute. "But wait…The Gym Leader, seeing how he was in the mine, might use Rock or Ground types. Heather would be useless…no offense to you Heather, because she's an electric type, and electric types are weak to electricity. I don't know about Jowee, but I think I could try to use him and Grassly would be my best bet, but I can't rely the whole battle on him, since that would be putting too much onto him…let me think…"
Suddenly she was tapped on the shoulder and noticed that pink haired girl from before. "Not to be rude or anything, but maybe you should use this." She handed Circi a seed.
"What is this?" She asked her. The girl only answered, "That item is called a Miracle Seed. It will help if you give it to a grass type."
"Why?" Circi asked the girl again. "I can't say. Good luck with your battle."
The girl walked off and Circi stared at the seed. "WTF is up with her?! And how does she know I have a Grass Type?!" Circi let Grassly out and she gave him the Miracle Seed. "This will help you I think. Let's do this, alright buddy?"
Grassly took the Miracle Seed and Circi smiled at him before returning his back to his Pokéball.
"Here we go, everyone. Into the gym, where we're gonna win our first Gym Badge, no doubt about it."
Circi felt her Pokéballs shake in response. "Okay. Here we go."
The girl headed inside the Pokémon Gym.
-Pokémon Gym Challenge-
Circi had managed to fight her way through the Trainers, and she felt Jowee and Heather's Pokéballs shake as if something was going to happen.
When she got to the Gym Leader, he welcomed her.
"Welcome! This is the Oreburgh Pokémon Gym! I'm Roark, the Gym Leader! I'm but one Trainer who decided to walk proudly with Rock-type Pokémon! As the Gym Leader, I need to see your potential as a trainer. And, I'll need to see the toughness of the Pokémon that battle with you!"
Circi nodded before saying. "You're the guy I ran into at the mine. The name's Circi Fox and I am a Pokémon Trainer. Don't worry, I'm not going to hold back cause I'm going to win!"
Roark frowned before saying, "Don't get your hopes up. Now, let's go!"
Gym Battle #1: Circi Fox vs. Roark
Roark sent out his first Pokémon. "Geodude, go!"
Circi looked at it and took out her Pokedex. "Geodude, huh? That's a rock type. It would be good to use Grassly, but I need to preserve his energy. Since its also a ground type, Heather would be no good. So my only option is to use Jowee." She told herself.
"Jowee, come on!" Circi sent out Jowee. "A normal type?" Roark asked. "What are you planning?"
"You'll see. Jowee, use Defense Curl!" Circi ordered.
"Not yet! Geodude, Rock Throw!"
Circi's eyes widened. "Jowee, look out!"
A rock smacked into Jowee. "Jowee!"
"BIIIII!" Jowee shouted. Suddenly, he began to glow and change.
"Jowee?" Circi asked. Roark was surprised.
"Your Bidoof is evolving!"
"Into what?" Circi asked, now really confused. Jowee changed into a Pokémon looking similar to a Beaver. Once again, the interested Trainer whipped out her Pokedex.
"Bibarel, the beaver Pokémon. It makes its nest by damming streams with bark and mud. It is known as an industrious worker. While its movements out of water are sluggish, it can swim as fast as any Feebas. A river dammed by Bibarel will never overflow its banks, which is appreciated by people nearby." (I made the definition through the usage of the Diamond, Pearl and Platinum Bibarel Pokedex entries)
Circi nodded before checking Jowee's moves. (Water Gun, Tackle, Defense Curl and Rollout) "Water Gun? I thought that was a water type move."
Looking again, the Trainer soon found out Jowee was now a Normal/Water Type. "That's it! Jowee, use Water Gun!" Circi ordered.
"Geodude, use Stealth Rock!" Roark ordered. Circi didn't get what he was up to as rocks surrounded Jowee's standing position on the field, but she would soon find out.
Obeying Circi's order, Jowee shot a jet of water out of his mouth, hitting Geodude. Considering the fact the attack was super effective, it weakened Geodude quite a bit. "Jowee, finish them with tackle!"
"Geodude, Rock Throw!" Jowee had managed to hit first, and the bell on his scarf rang as he slammed his body into the Rock Pokémon, and he managed to knock it out.
Circi fist pumped. "Good job, Jowee! Here, let me heal you up."
The young trainer used a Potion on Jowee before Roark sent out an Onix. "Onix, use Screech!"
The Onix made a terrible sounding noise, and Circi covered her ears. Jowee knew that this was going to negative effect him, but he wasn't going to get distracted and lose his defense. Using his scarf, Jowee covered up his ears, which helped block out the noise.
Circi, who was covering up her ears, opened her eyes to notice this and realized that he halved the amount his defense would be cut. "Interesting. That's one crafty Bibarel you have there." Roark told Circi.
"I'm glad I gave him that scarf. Anyway, Jowee, Water Gun!"
The Onix avoided the attack. "Onix, Rock Throw!"
Onix threw rocks at Jowee, and surprisingly, the attack managed to land a critical hit, though it wasn't very effective on Jowee, as he was a water type.
However, the attack managed to really hurt Jowee. Circi was about to use a potion, which used up her turn, but she wasn't given enough time. Onix used Screech, catching Jowee of guard and lowering his defense.
"Rock Throw, Onix!" Jowee looked terrified as the rocks hit him, causing him to slam into his Trainer and he hit a wall along with Circi, and she closed her eyes tightly. When she opened them, she got out from behind Jowee and was that he had fainted. "Jowee!" Circi cried.
"That wasn't your only Pokémon, right?" Roark asked. Circi was now pissed off.
"No. He's not the only one." Circi sent Jowee back into his Pokéball and whispered, "Rest. You need to." Then she went back to her place on the field and got Grassly's Pokéball.
"Grassly, go! Avenge Jowee!" She ordered.
"Avenge?" Grassly came out of his Pokéball, with an angered look on his face.
"Grassly, use Razor Leaf!" Circi ordered rather loudly.
"Onix. Dodge it and use Screech!"
Circi growled, "You're not going to use that move again."
Grassly's attacks hit Onix and managed to land a critical hit. Circi also got a Stab Bonus and the attack's power was x3.
This majorly weakened Onix. Roark used a potion on Onix, but this gave Grassly another opportunity to attack. "Grassly, use Razor Leaf again!" The Turtwig fired the sharp leaves again, landing another super effective attack.
Roark ordered Onix to use Rock Throw, but Grassly hit first, defeating Onix with Razor Leaf again and knocking it out.
The Gym Leader proceeded to send out his final Pokémon. "Think you can take down the next Pokémon like you did earlier?" Roark asked Circi.
The girl responded with a simple smirk before crossing her arms. "Hell yeah I can."
Roark's last Pokémon was a Cranidos. And it had the ability of Mold Breaker.
"Let's do this, Grassly."
XxXxX
Wilfre and Penelope saw Circi come out of the Oreburgh Gym, staring at the ground. "What happened? Did you lose the Gym Battle?" Circi smirked before looking at them and revealing her Coal Badge.
"No, I won. Grassly kicked ass out there." She indicated with a grin on her face.
"That's good to know you won. We'll be seeing you." Penelope said to Circi. Before they left, Wilfre told his friend.
"Just because you won doesn't mean I won't get stronger than you." He told her rather harshly.
"And that doesn't mean I won't get stronger either and kick your ass." She replied. Wilfre huffed in response, amazed at Circi's growing arrogance.
"I'm going to become one of the greatest trainers ever, and you won't stop me." Then he proceeded to leave with Penelope.
Just as Circi was going to the Pokémon Center, she was suddenly tapped on the shoulder. She turned to see those three girls.
"Oh! You're those three who keep following me. What is it?"
"You are the correct trainer we've been seeking." The blue haired girl said. Circi raised an eyebrow, and she didn't know whether to be confused or freaked out.
"What? What are you talking about?" Circi asked the three mysterious girls.
The purplish pink headed girl only answered, "Let's speak about this at the Pokémon Center."
XxXxX
(Pokémon Center)
As Circi was getting her Pokémon healed, the three explained what they meant.
"So, a friend of yours said to find me? Why?'
The blue haired girl only responded, "That's classified information."
"Can you at least tell me your names?" The blue haired girl introduced herself first. "My name is Yami Mizu. I'm a Water type trainer."
The pink haired girl who had given Circi the Miracle Seed introduced herself next. "I'm Roselyynn Hana. I'm a Grass type trainer. It's nice to meet you."
"Saki Satou. I'm a Fire type trainer." The purplish pink haired girl finished.
"I'm just a normal Pokémon Trainer." Circi told them. "Circi Fox is the name. Nice to meet ya!"
"Say, Circi…" Yami began, speaking softly.
"Yeah? What is it?"
"Can we travel with you as your companions?" Yami asked. Circi titled her head. The three maidens stared at her, waiting intently for Circi's response.
Circi did not understand why they suddenly wanted to travel with her.
"Why do you suddenly want to?"
"You see, we were watching you to see if you were the right person to travel with, and we made the decision to make it so if you got a Gym Badge if you won your gym challenge."
Circi understood, but still felt weird. However, after thinking and discussing with herself, she had her answer. "Sure I guess. You know what they say, the more the merrier! Depending on the person."
Then Nurse Joy told Circi that her Pokémon were healed and she got them back.
"Ready to go?" Roselyynn asked.
"Yeah." With a smile, Circi joined her newly formed group and headed off to their next destination.
However, what were the three holding back from Circi?

A/N: There's the fourth chapter! So now the group is together! When will I reveal Circi's new companion's Pokémon? Not yet.
I will show a few of them in the next chapter.
You may review if you'd like, and I would appreciate it if you didn't flame.
I will see you all in chapter 5!
Ciao!
