Butterfree, this Pokémon evolves only 3 days after caterpie evolves into metapod, it also only mates once in its life, and lays its eggs in Viridian Forrest.

"See it's a peaceful bug." "No No No" "All bugs are disgusting and vile creatures!" Bwee Bwee. "Now look what you gone and done Misty you made it upset and sad!" "Well I'm not sorry." Bee Bee Drill!

Beedrill, this an aggressive bee Pokémon that hates any Pokémon in the Butterfree evolutionary line, and it will often attack newly hatched caterpie and newly evolved metapod.

"Wow The beedrills are attacking the Butterfree!" "Misty we have to stop them!" "Fine!" "Butterfree take us to your nest!" Ash said. Bee free! Ash and mist followed Butterfree to the nest and saw caterpie and Metapod.

Caterpie, this Pokémon has it hard and often hides for two weeks until evolving, caterpie often hide in trees and eat berries.

Metapod, this is the kakuna stage between caterpie and Butterfree, it only is able to harden its own defense with harden.

"Ditto use your transform, and transform into a flamethrower!" Ditto Dit Dit. "Ash are you freakin crazy?!"

The beedrill swarmed in with furry attacks and poison stings! Charmander And Pikachu jumped out and blasted the Beedrill with ember and thundershock, while Ditto Blaster its flames as a flamethrower.

"Alright all the beedrill are gone!" Ash stated. "Well obviously Ash!" Misty screamed! Bee Free Bee Free! "Do you wanna come with me Butterfree?" Asked Ash. Free bee Bwee. "Go Pokéball!" The ball wiggled one ... two ... three ... *ding* Aah had caught the Butterfree!
