Alright wolf chapter time. Luna needs to be introduced into book two. There most likely won't be any sequels after this story btw. I really want to end it on this one. I'm sure Dani and Jayfeather will kill me if I don't. Anyway, this chapter was not planned at all. I'll most likely have to re-read the last wolf chapter I did so I know where I left off, and what I can work off of in the time I skipped in between stories. I might run back to Amity Park at some point or another, but there is no guarantee at the moment. BTW Luna, Vamp and Danny never really pick up on the warrior's way of speaking, which is why they keep using human words such as car, winter, ect. Sorry this has taken so long…

Jayfeather: Seven moons Vamp. SEVEN!
Kid: Make it eight!
Dani: Where the hell did YOU come from?! And don't encourage her!
Kid: But eight is symmetrical :(
Jayfeather: …Who cares?
Me: Kid, go away! I mean, I don't mind you here, but go away.
Kid: Nope. I'm staying.
Me: Whatever, stay, see if I care. Jayfeather, Dani, just disclaim please.
Jay & Dani: She owns neither Danny Phantom nor Warriors.

A blue and white she-wolf lay, awake, in the den where the pack's fighters slept. She had woken up extremely early for some unknown reason and could not get back to sleep. She had nothing to worry about, so that wasn't what woke her up. She supposed that it didn't matter though. Some people just woke up randomly for unknown reasons.

She had really made progress with her fighting skills in the past several months. She was really happy about that, since she preferred to know how to defend herself should she ever need to. Other things, however, have not changed. Night still annoyed the hell out of her for pure enjoyment at making her irritated. Storm still didn't fully trust her. She couldn't exactly blame that on him though. He was the pack leader and she was telling half-truths. She was surprised she was still even in the pack. Night might have played some role in that, which she was extremely grateful for. How long would she and Vamp have survived without help?

Where was Vamp anyway? She hoped her feline friend was alright. Was she alive? It wasn't like she was alone. She did have that other cat with her. What was his name...? Danny? But he was just as lost and confused as they were at the time. Maybe they found a group of cats like she had found the pack. That would put her mind at ease at least where she wouldn't have to completely worry if they were alright.

If they did find wild cats, had they been treated like prisoners as well? She remembered that when she had first come into the pack, she had been a prisoner. Perhaps if they had been, they'd be trusted later on like she had and found a home wherever they are. She smiled. She had become part of the pack. Her smile vanished. Now she didn't want to leave.

"But I have to" she said in a quiet voice. "I have a duty and I can't abandon it for selfish reasons."

"Abandon what?" Yawned a light brown she-wolf. "Not us I hope" she added on with a laugh. "I kind of like having you around Luna."

'Damnit' Luna thought. She hadn't realized that anyone else was awake. Letting out a sigh, she said "It's nothing Wind. My problem, don't worry about it."

"If you say so" Wind replied. She had a feeling that was the response she was going to get. Despite the obvious trust she was shown by most of the pack, Luna still didn't trust them enough to tell them the truth. It really made Wind curious as to how major whatever it is she was hiding really was. Standing up, she nudged a reddish-brown and black wolf. "Blaze, get up."

Blaze responded with a grunt, but didn't move at all.

"You lazy ass, get up" Luna said.

"Leave me alone" he mumbled, still not moving.

Annoyed that Blaze was ignoring them, Wind walked around behind Blaze. She leaned down and grabbed his tail, instantly biting down hard.

Blaze leapt up, pulling his tail away from Wind and whirled around, glaring at the smirking she-wolf. "What was that for?" he growled.

"To get you out of bed" Wind replied.

Laughing, Luna said "Next time you'll get up."

"That was completely un-called for!" he growled at Luna.

"But it was rather effective all the same" Luna said.

With an angry growl, Blaze stalked out of the den, leaving two amused she-wolves behind.

"Well there's the morning amusement" Luna said.

"Most definitely" Wind replied and walked out of the den. "Well, come on."

"Right behind you" Luna said and followed Wind out. "So, what exactly are we going to do out here?"

"We could make sure there aren't any intruders" Wind suggested. "There probably aren't but it can't hurt to run a patrol anyway."

"Sound's good. Let's go get Blaze to join us and then we can head out."

Wind nodded and went to locate Blaze. When she found him, she explained what they were doing and asked him to join them. "Sure, I guess I can" Blaze replied and followed Wind back to Luna.

"So are we ready to head out?" Luna asked, looking at the other two wolves.

"As I'll ever be" Blaze replied. He was still mad at the two girls for this morning, but that didn't matter anymore.

All three wolves entered the forest. They weren't really patrolling borders since there wasn't another pack in the areas. A patrol went and renewed scent markers usually around mid-day.

About mid-way between the camp and the border, Luna stopped and stared into a tree that stood directly in front of her. This was the same tree where the vampire that had gotten her and Vamp into this mess in the first place had come to her, promising her that he'd change them back if she just did one single thing for him. When was he going to come back anyway? She'd made up her mind about a month after he had spoken to her. She had accepted that she had no choice but to trust that he'll hold his end of the deal and turn her and Vamp back. She knew that there was a greater chance of him double crossing her, but she didn't have much of a choice in the situation. So where the hell was he?

"Luna?" Wind asked, noticing that Luna had stopped. She walked back to her, and asked "Is there something in the tree?"

Being pulled out of her thoughts, Luna replied "Oh... no. There's nothing there. I just thought that I saw something.

"Stop lying to us" Blaze growled as he stepped up beside Wind. "You might think you have the whole pack fooled Luna, but you don't."

"Blaze, stop it" Wind said as she glared at him.

"No, I won't Wind" Blaze said, his gaze fixed on Luna. "I'm sick and tired of this. Storm only puts up with your lies and half-truths because he finally realized that getting the truth out of you is a complete waste of time!"

"Maybe he just realized that it really is just nothing to worry about" Lune retorted in a slightly annoyed voice.

"If it is truly nothing important, then why won't you tell us?"

"Why don't you stop putting your nose where it doesn't belong?!" Luna growled.

Finally losing his patience, Blaze lunged at Luna with a growl with the intention of pinning her down.

Luna, however, dropped to the ground and rolled out of the way. She was able to figure out what attack he was going to use at the last moment, and counter it. She stood back up and turned her head to look at Blaze, who grabbed her tail and bit down while her back was still turned.

Instantly reacting, Luna turned her body as Blaze pulled on her tail, and tried to get him to release his grip.

Wind could only stare in shock as her two fellow fighters battled each-other. Shaking her head, she jumped in the middle of them, causing the two wolves to separate. "Stop fighting!"

"Stay out of this Wind" Blaze said as he kept his gaze fixed on Luna.

"No!" Wind growled. "Fighting among pack members is most certainly not allowed."

"As far as I'm concerned, Luna is not, and never will be, part of this pack" Blaze said. "I don't care what anyone else says. Don't even start to think that I'm the only one who thinks so."

"I'm fully aware" Luna replied in a calm voice. "What's your point?"

"So you don't care that the pack you're in doesn't trust you?" Blaze asked.

"If you, or anyone else, doesn't trust me, then that is not my problem. It's not like I can make someone trust me. Hell, I could try time and time again to earn it and it might not even work" Luna replied. 'Besides, it's not like it's forever' she added mentally.

Wind almost couldn't believe the words coming out of Luna's mouth right now."So you seriously just don't care? Why?"

"I just don't feel it's worth it" Luna replied. Without waiting for a reply from either wolf, she turned and walked in the direction of the camp. "You know, you can show up any night now" she mumbled.

Okay there's the end! Okay yeah it did take seven months… I'm like, super sorry. I'll admit that I am lazy. Jayfeather and Dani are right… even though they're fictional characters. I guess they're just me admitting things without me admitting things? o-O Anyway I have about a chapter written out in my notebook and like 3/4 of another chapter done. Let's see how long it takes to post them!
