I just realized this, but you guys said silver and grey are the same.

In reality, silver hair is a shade of dark grey and light grey hair...

Real grey hair is closer to white, so it sports a color falling between light grey and white.

(Except for when it's in anime... It's reversed.)

BUT IF YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO BE SO NIT PICKY ABOUT COLORS, PLEASE...

Be my guest... Teach me: [Cyan vs. Light Turquoise]

Sorry about that,

And as always:

Enjoy!

Greetings Hum-

Don't you even try it. I know it's you Herobrine.

And you can be such a killjoy. After all, all you've done is start a farm and got yourself settled with a nice girl your age.

Knock it off.

If you can.

And with that we found ourselves laughing, the echoes off the walls of the blank area that surrounded me. The area I was in was neither light nor dark, for it was a dull grey room with me laughing at myself. Now clearing his throat, Herobrine stopped both of us and adopted a serious tone.

You know that aura I gave you in the Howling Plains?

Yeah?

Well, that aura gave you visual alterations, and an infinite mana pool.

What's mana?

Have you've never played a fantasy video game in your world?

No, I've never played a video game in my life, except playing Minecraft for a day on my friend's computer.

Damn. You sure are a detached child.

Just get on with your explanation.

Basically, it's the energy that allows you to cast magic.

Woah...

Exactly. The only issue is that you don't know any spells...

Fucking obviously.

Hey, don't you use that tongue with me.

And you're not my mother.

We both started laughing again, until I started to feel lightheaded.

Don't worry, that's not because you were laughing too hard... It's just that you're stupid.

Herobrine snickered until...

I woke up, the feeling in my head finally returning to me in an instant. I looked down at my chest to see a still sleeping Belle on my chest, remembering that I had advised her to wake up earlier, but shrugged it off.

Doesn't matter. After all, she yet is to get used to this kind of lifestyle. So... I'll let her sleep. Because she IS injured slightly...

I lifted her head along with her upper body as to allow me to slip out from under her weight, now stretching to get my muscles ready for a new day. I cooked a quick breakfast, hash-browns and eggs with bacon, leaving a covered portion for Belle for when she wakes up. Getting back onto the field, I decided to start plowing the field for rocks. Walking to the back of the plot, I felt the winds from the Howling Plains on my back, making it seem like I was walking through the skies. But soon, it was time for me to start to till the field, the sun already breaching the horizon.

Here. We. GO!

And with that, I lightly dug the blade of my hoe into one end of the block and pulled back, no visible change occurring until I got the other end, the whole block now prepped farmland.

What the...

I knelt down and felt the soil, there being little to no upturn of the soil while all the stones and chunks of dirt were removed. Standing up, I was amazed that farming was this easy, as I dug my hoe in the ground again and started to run vertically across the field, leaving a two block wide path in between the two farmlands. By the end of it, it was dug in a mere hour just after sun up. I now went inside to grab the the small amount of seeds and potato I had in my bag, while the rest would be delivered. If I was correct, it should've been delivered while we were asleep.

"Good morning." I turned to see a Belle with a plate of food in her hands, smiling with a mouthful of hash-brown. Swallowing, she put down her plate and returned inside. After a while, she brought 16 crates down to the deck. After that, she trotted down the deck towards me. Once she got near me, she knelt down beside me as she seemed to stare emptily at the crates. On the other hand, I couldn't help but believe how many crates there were, along with the fact that she managed to carry those crates single-handedly.

"Nice! You got 4000 wheat seeds and potatoes... How much did it cost?" I was shocked as I thought about how I was wondering how she saw through the crate and counted it all, but that was a topic for later.

"A-about 41 gold." I finally got out after snapping out of my own disbelief. She nodded mysteriously, afterward encouraging me to buy somewhere else. After that entire episode, she continued on.

"Well, sorry for not getting up early like you asked me to, so I'll help you with whatever you need." And with that, I asked if she could plant the wheat, and she happily obliged. She grabbed the seed and just threw it on the block. I tried to stop her until suddenly, a bunch of wheat sprouts grew from the block.

"How the... You didn't need to rake the seeds in or spread them evenly OR cover them in soil..." She turned to me as if I was crazy, but still proceeded to explain.

"Anyone could plant seeds, all you need to do is tap it on the ground, and it'll plant. The plants grow in about a week."

A week? How does the market not get flooded...

"Though, people need bigger fields to plant more as most inhabitants of Minecraftia eat twice the amount of an average human."

Oh.

"Do you know the average cost of potatoes and wheat in each area?" I hoped that she knew everything so I didn't need to do any work, but sadly I was wrong as she proceeded to did the grade school student :

"I don't know." Shrugging, she put her hands in the air as she now looked at me for what we were going to do.

"Let's finish planting our crops, then we can go and check where we should sell." We then proceeded to plant, which took us a little longer than tilling, but we got it done. Belle called for us a carriage and we were well on our way.

Third Person POV

After paying the driver, they entered the large lonely 'trading post' smack dab in the center of Branded Forest, a forest in between Genedium and Humalnae. Although the sign said 'Trading Post', it looked more like a bazaar more than anything. In the surrounding forest, the thin burly trees were painted a scorched black color. The leaves on the other hand, wore the colors of flames, making the forest look like a fall canopy. Before they got distracted any further by anything, we went inside of the bazaar.

"Woah!" Gasped an amused Belle as the two took a glance at our surroundings. Inside of the 'Trading Post', there were market prices in every faction posted on a noticeboard right in front of the entrance and small shops lining the walls. The small shops themselves were selling antiques, armor, weapons, and potions, while the noticeboard sported requests along the front and back of it. On the front we're quests and stuff, while the back bore trade requests. There were also a man sitting all the way at the back of the bazaar, the space in between filled with display racks containing everything with food, spices, ingredients, and everything else the stores didn't have.

What. The. Fuck. Thought Vincent as he looked around the place bustling with people. Vincent thought about the fact that there was no foot traffic outside, as he couldn't help but ponder about how they got here, and how they would leave. Instinctively, Vince picked up a basket and grabbed some spices and meat. Soon, an hour or so passed as the grocery shopping they had done was finished. They gave their stuff to the man all the way at the back, and he rung them in, totaling at 7 gold and some extra. And with that, they continued their original purpose.

"Hey Vince! Could I have a puppy?" An engrossed Belle asked, but Vince couldn't help but say no as they only had 42 gold. He was disappointed that Belle was a type of person to just act on her impulses, but still explained to her about the responsibilities of owning a pet. In the end however, he did buy her a necklace costing 15 silver, making her happy nonetheless. The man was selling cheap yet beautiful necklaces, and was selling one with a red jewel. He couldn't help but ask why it was so cheap, only to be met with the reasoning that it was mostly iron and extremely heavy.

Right after that, Vincent returned to the front, giving Belle her own pocket change to go home by herself. Vince was now skimming over the contents of the board for any good developments he could partake in. Soon, it was getting late as he continued to scan the board, just after finding a request from a small faction. It was strangely specific asking for 'Howling Plain Outskirt grown wheat and potato.' However, taking a glance at the clock, he saw it was about 3:00 as he was finished with finding requests, now splitting up his shipments in his head.

Hope this ends well...

One Week Later...

Gasping in relief, Vince had finally finished replanting potatoes after harvesting them shortly before he did. He now looked around at his field, admiring the work that both of them did in resetting the field and harvesting. The plot now had a mill and a silo, the silo filled with extra wheat seeds that the harvested wheat dropped. The duo that lived together were now filling up the merchant's bandwagon that Vince had made, being pulled by three mules which he paid off with some gold he won in a talent competition. The two jumped into the wagon as soon as they finished loading the 35 crates into the two wagons and drove off.

"This is going to take forever..." Both of them stated in unison, not bothering to note the fact that they had said the same thing. The mules were moving slowly due to the lack of 'motivation' from Vince. The clatter of crates, the squeaks from the axles, and the soft twitter of nature would be the only sound heard as they drove down the path to Humalnae, deciding to ship to the furthest faction and finishing up in the closest one.

7 Hours Later...

Everything went smoothly on the first two shipments, with Vincent learning what 'Bundles' and 'Crates' were. Bundles were a measurement for how much wheat that grew from a block, while a crate was a way to pack ~500 items. Vincent now found the absurd amount of crates understandable now, with him previously had known nothing as Belle packed everything before they left. They were on their way to the Lion's Mane faction area, but as soon as they reached the Pricod Forest, Vincent had gotten a bad feeling about the trip through the forest.

Oh jeez... Vincent stopped the cart, and looked at the forest before him. It was a forest made of hulking pine trees and oaks, the canopy and thick brush denying the presence of light. Despite moving faster than before with only 9 crates of potato and 1,500 bundles of wheat in the trailer, Vincent's stomach now felt knotted as he thought about the shipment. One of the things that were throwing him off was the fact that they were buying a large amount of food for three times the original amount. Plus, he worried about the amount of light in the forest making it easy to be ambushed, so he turned to Belle and tossed her the money pouch.

Take one mule, the driving wagon, and the money. Get back home, I'll take these two and the trailer and ride through the forest. I'm trusting you'll to get home by yourself safely. But if I don't return or anything happens to me, don't you dare try to find me." It seemed as if Belle tried to say something, but was immediately cut off as Vince warned her through gritted teeth.

"I trust that you wouldn't steal from me... But if you did try to find me, you'll endanger yourself... And I don't want anyone else to get hurt... Okay?" Sadly, Bell knew Vince was right, all she could say was 'Okay' as they parted ways. After splitting everything and with Belle out of sight, Vince got onto the trailer and got the mules to start moving. The clops of hooves now resounded through the forest as Vince thought out loud.

"May God protect me..."

? POV

"There's the target. He's unaccompanied and has no light source, so he's following the redstone torch lit path." The voice echoed through my head as we both were using Telepathy.

"Don't ambush him, we need to get his guard down as much as we can. Check if he has any weapons." I commanded the Alpha squad, with total silence following for the next couple of minutes. I didn't show my panic, but was internally screaming as I wondered what had happened. It seemed like days had passed before the same voice now rang in my head.

"He has farming tools, but I doubt he has any real weapons." With a sigh of relief, I relayed back a message to them.

"Okay, you guys can retreat back to the hall." Almost immediately, the entire squad responded as I was ready to stop the spell.

"The Order of the Beasts shall prevail. Over and out." I now sat down in my chair as I heard a faint clopping approach the front doors. The entity was atop of a trailer with 9 crates and a box, presuming that was what we 'Ordered' at The Trading Post. I was now recalling the intel we had to get on him, asking all the Half-Silverfish any odd occurrences, with the entire business district discussing the phantom that ran through town. I remember the day I first saw him myself...

I looked down to the tiny figure below me, slinking across the brush with me. She looked at me with questioning eyes, but I could only help but ignore her as we approached a window in the living room. The time was about 8:00 as the cover of darkness shrouded us. I looked over as I saw a cloaked figure playing a guitar to a girl. I signaled my partner to take notes of the location and return to base, as I continued watching. His humming calmed me down despite the fact I was stalking him, his fingers playing a soothing melody almost putting me to sleep in harmony was his voice.

Wow. He's so majestic.

I couldn't help but feel jealous because he had talent while I only had my guild and my raw strength. As he fell asleep, I couldn't help but sneak into his house and look at him closely. He had a semi-muscular build with no facial features. He smelt of fresh flowers and a manly scent that I couldn't pin point. It wasn't his body odor, but neither was it something he used. It was just a lingering scent that weaved around him, and it drove me crazy.

"Soon."

"The duo have been farming wheat and potatoes, they wish to sell it for money once the crop is ready in days." I looked at the young cadet that stood there, as I could see his legs visibly shaking. Shaking my head, I decided to command him as gently as I could.

"Put up an order in all the trade areas with details only applying to him. Got it?" The kid nodded as he bounded out the room with the grace of a fast chicken. I could only watch as he gathered undercover agents dressed as traders and handed them papers.

Please work...

Later that day...

"He was spotted in The Trading Post in the Branded Forest. He's got three shipments spanning across the three main factions accept Pucorde, and us being the nearest to the plot. The tracker's been planted on the girl." I couldn't help but hide my excitement as I could finally find out what he was. One week was too long to wait, but patience was key.

"Track the girl, but don't touch the farm, it's a vital resource of mine."

"Yes captain." And with that, the child once again left the room.

And only just earlier had we seen the tracker move away from the forest, so I had sent my Alpha team to investigate... And he I was now. Patiently waiting for my prey to arrive. A loud cheering was heard as the doors bust open, after that a nine thudding sounds was heard along the foundations of the building before I decided to take a peek. My men were kindly treating him to things as he left the supplies at the door. I couldn't help but to feel bad for doing this to him, but I just had to do it. The power that emanated from him that day was even stronger today, as he now climbed the stairs. To find the power he had was a new thing when we were in the city... But now.

It's going to be all mine...

Vince POV

I knocked on the door, and almost instantaneously, the door creaked open, revealing a room decorated almost like the president's office. The only difference being the fact that the walls were only built from cubes, the realistic furniture somehow making a beautifully abstract contrast between the two. The tall lanky figure gestured for me to take a seat. As soon as I did, the indistinguishable voice rung from behind me.

"How are you today?" The eerily amount of reverb and voices in this one voice was totally creeping me out, which I thought was even more spooky than Herobrine's.

"G-good." The figure tilted it's head unnaturally as it sat there watching me. It inched closer to my face, as a shaky breath rung around me. The moment got even more awkward as it 'teleported' back to it's original position on the chair. I handed her the papers with my hands not shaking as my legs and feet fidgeted in it's place.

"Here is the receipt for your order. Is there anything wrong with it? Or do you want to check it out?" It shook it's head as it extended it's hand to me. I shook it, the incredibly cold yet soft feeling made me feel mixed feelings before we finally broke contact. It silently rummaged through the deck and pulled out a bag, and handed it to me.

"Here. Your payment." I opened it to count the coins, but I was struck in the face by a cloud of purple dust as my eyes began to feel heavy. I stumbled and tried to hold myself up, until I felt the same breath down my back. My attempt to crawl away was stopped by my body going unconscious as the last thing I heard was:

"I'm sorry..."

Hey you guys, sorry for the chapter being short.

I wanted this to be a preparation for the next episode, so expect some stuff next chapter.

That's all,

Finishing off with what I usually say...

Ciao!
