To say that the baby was a glutton would be a HUGE understatement, it seemed that whenever
Makino brought the bottle to the baby's mouth it would only take a few seconds before the entire
bottle was empty, but it didn't seem to bother Makino at all, she only giggled and her cheek against
the baby telling him he was a good boy.
Ace and Sabo could only stare in fascination as Makino made Luffy Laugh and gurgle cutely.
"Neh, Ace, Do you wanna try feeding him?" she suddenly asked, turning around to stare at Ace
quizzically.
"M-me?" just the thought made bullets of sweat run down the side of his face. could he really?
wouldn't he hurt him? he once again looked at the small boy, he looked like he could break at any
time.
while Ace was in his own thoughts Sabo had stepped forward, taking one of the many bottles lined
at the table and taken a seat beside Makino.
"Sooooo, do I just stick it in his mouth?" he asked, holding the bottle up to inspect it.
"Yes, but carefully, don't want to hurt the little treasure" she said, chuckling softly at the slightly
terrified expression on the blond boy's face.
"Go on, don't be scared, he doesn't bite" the baby's dark charcoal eyes turned to him and gave him
a gummy smile as he saw the bottle in his hands, his small hands reaching out as if to grab the
bottle.
"Ah, isn't he just adorable!"
Sabo swallowed audibly and looked up at the girl beside him "C-can I hold him as I F-feed him?"
Makino simply nodded and picked up Luffy carefully, handing him over to the waiting blond.
"Support his neck with your free arm" the boy quickly did as told and used his left arm to cushion the
small baby's head with.
"There, now just hold the bottle to his mouth, he'll do the rest"
He did as instructed and there were quickly eager chubby hands reaching for the bottle in his hand.
Sabo couldn't help but stare in awe as the as the baby in his arms suckled up every drop of the
formula in seconds. he could hear Makino chuckling at his quite possibly comical face as he was
handled another of the bottles.
As if brought back by the girl's giggles Ace turned towards them, his jaw hanging open at the si ght.
"Hey! I was supposed to feed him!" He screamed a dark look in his eyes. the two others in the small
diner sweat dropped at his belated reaction.
"Well, you would have been if you weren't buzzy daydreaming in your own little world" Sabo
retorted, with a slightly annoyed look on his face.
"What was That!?" Ace growled taking heavy steps as he approached to sofa the blond were seated
on.
A sudden soft gurgling giggle however made him stop in his rampage and made him turn to the
clapping baby in Sabo's arms, Luffy had his eyes transfixed towards Ace, his eyes shining in mirth.
The two boy's stared dumbfounded at the baby for a while before Ace broke the silence. "See, he likes me better" he sneered, taking a proud pose, making his blond brother frown.
"Does not" Sabo growled "Bet he wouldn't drink out of a bottle if you feed it to him"
"Yes he would!"
"No he wouldn't!
"Yes!"
"No!"
"Yes!"
"N-"
"Whaaaaaaa!" the sudden whale made the both brothers jump, and turn they're eyes to the now
crying baby, both boy's looking uncomfortably at each other.
"Ace. Sabo" A menacing voice said from behind them, a crackling noise accompanying the voice.
Both boy's looked at each other then back at the baby, then back at each other again.
"we're sorry! Please don't kill us!" the both shouted in unison, closing their eyes in terror.
