You may think that all of the people are unkillable, you are wrong. Monanoke is the only completely immortal one, however she is not one of the strongest. The person who is the hardest to kill is Cattie, but she can be killed, (how she can be killed will be explained in a few chapters). Shiloh, is in fact not a storm ninja, she is a leaf. The reason why Sasuke, (who is her cousin) does not know of her is because she was taken in my anbu at a very early age, and spends half of her time in the asylum because she killed her mentor because they tried to kill her.
