Okay… I'm so sorry! I had a lot of trouble finding time to get on…. But! I will try twice as hard to update 5 new chapters this week! I won't promise them because things happen… I will try though! I'm also going to add America's POV to the story instead of just Japan's so… Yeah!

**** Author's note. I have not looked at this for years. I am working on revising existing chapters and it is likely that I will update with new content.

As I opened my eyes to a blurry world, I groaned at the pain I felt in my entire body. I tried to move my right arm to search for my glasses, but yelped as I flexed my forearm. With my left arm, I searched my face for my missing glasses, which were not there. Returning my arm to my side, I began to evaluate how bad my injuries. The pain was most intense in my right arm and in my left ankle. Considering how swollen they were when I touched them and how much they hurt without even moving them, I knew they had to be broken. Heh, I'm a hero though. This is nothing.

I propped myself up with my left arm and looked around. I didn't recognize my surroundings, but without my glasses I could have been looking at the white house and not recognize it. It seemed like I had been tossed onto a double bed with dark brown blankets. There was a single light bulb hanging from a piece of metal right above me. I saw what looked like a large iron door on the wall across from where I was and it looked like there was something on the door, though I really couldn't tell.

I sat up slowly and carefully moved my broken ankle over the side of the bed. I stood on my right leg and took a hobbled step. That was a bad idea. With another hero-worthy yelp of pain, I tumbled forward and tried to catch myself with my arms outstretched. I landed heavily on the floor next to the bed, screaming as my broken arm took half of my body weight.

If I can't manage walking to the door… I'll just have to crawl! Slowly, but surely, I made my way to the iron door that I had seen before. I grabbed the small, crumpled piece of paper and focused my eyes so much I had to close them. Damn! I need to read this note! Stupid eyes!

Realizing that I couldn't read the note, I shoved into my pocket and crawled back to the bed.

"Damn Commie bastard!" I shouted angrily. "He better not have hurt Kiku! If he did… I will smash his commie head in!"

Exhausted from the effort of dragging myself out of bed and across the room, I closed my eyes and fell back into a restless sleep.

~~~~~~~~~~ Back to Japan ~~~~~~~~~~
I had just arrived at the world conference building with Alfred's family. Francis was the only one who had slept in the two days since the kidnapping. I'm not sure how he managed to fall asleep, much less stay asleep. I've been much too worried to sleep. Arthur and I have been spending all of our time gathering information of Ivan's whereabouts and preparing for the world meeting. Everyone was going to be there, except for Alfred, Ivan, the Baltics, Ukraine, and Belarus. There were also a few other nations who could not make it, but they were nations who would not have been able to help much anyway.
I walked into the empty conference room; we were the first to arrive. I sat in Alfred's chair, since I would be running the meeting and it was near the head of the table. Sitting in his chair, I could smell him as I bring my knees up to my chest and push my face into the back of the chair. I could almost pretend that I was curling up into him instead of the chair if I stopped thinking long enough.
I was shaken out of my thoughts when I felt someone shake my shoulders. I jumped and pushed the offender away from forcefully, causing whoever they were to land roughly on the floor.
"What are you doing!?" I shouting, before getting a good look at them and realizing it was just Yao. He was rubbing the arm that he had fallen on to catch himself, grimacing. "Sumimasen! Sumimasen!"
"Aiya! That hurt, aru…" Yao said, "It was my fault though… I know how much you hate being touched…"
"In any case, I would've wanted you to take all responsibility for anything that would've happened…" I said fervently, "Why were you shaking me? Did you need something?"
"You look exhausted, aru…" China said, shaking his head. "Are you okay? I've never seen you show such weakness in front of others. You're curled up into a ball!"
"Of course. I'm just… worried."
"About what? Is it about why the meeting was called? It was on such short notice and none of us were told anything!" China questioned, "And why are you sitting in America's chair? I know you two are close, but you have to sit in your assigned seat, aru."
"You will know everything once the meeting has started. I'm sorry China, but I don't have time to explain everything twice. You'll have to find out when everyone else does."
"Aaiya! Just tell me if you need anything, aru!" He said, walking back to his seat with a huffy look on his face. He sat in his seat next to my other family members who were looking at me with worried glances. They began to nag China for answers as to my disheveled appearance, but China just shook his head.
Everyone had assembled ten minutes later. The meeting was already a scene of chaos. Germany was scolding Italy for trying to sneak pasta into the meeting and England was scolding China for building a Chinatown in the meeting room. France was trying to sneak his hand under Taiwan's dress, but she quickly hit him with the handle of her katana, which, much to my happiness, had been a present from me for her latest birthday.
I stood up and everyone gasped in surprise, except for England, France, and… another nation that I couldn't quite place. I blushed as the bandage I had wrapped around my head fell off onto the ground and the wound it had been covering was shown to the nations around the room. I had not changed the bandages since they had been put on, so they had stuck onto the wound, bringing the scab off with it as it fell to the ground. Grabbing a napkin from the table in front of me to staunch the bleeding and keep my blood from getting all over the table, I maintained my neutral facial expression.
"Sumimasen!" I bowed, still holding the napkin to my forehead.
"Aiyaa! J-Japan! What happened to your head?" China asked worriedly.
"Are you, like, hurt anywhere else? That would be, like, so uncool," said Hong Kong.
"Japan… What happened…?" Taiwan whispered, looking horrified.
"If someone hurt you I will go beat them up! Revenge originated in Korea, so it will be easy, da-ze!" Korea exclaimed.
"Let him bloody well explain himself!" England shouted pointedly. "Coming to pointless conclusions sure as bloody hell won't help anything!"
That made everyone shut up pretty quickly. China still looked like he wanted to say something, but as he sat down, so did everyone else who had stood. They all turned to me attentively.
"Thank you for giving me your full attention. I called this emergency meeting because Russia has gone too far this time." Putting a hand to my head, starting to notice a headache coming on. "I went to America's house two days ago and walked in to find him on the ground with Russia standing over him with his pipe. There was blood all over both of them and America seemed immobilized. Eventually, Russia noticed me, told me to run, and then knocked me out with his pipe. When I woke up, they were both gone."
"Yesterday, we received word from the American government that Russia was spotted getting onto a plane leaving the United States. He was carrying an unconscious man over his shoulder that was identified as America. They were headed for Vilnius, Lithuania." England said, standing. "We called this meeting because it is imperative that America is rescued. The Russian government claims that Russia was acting on his own accord, so, in order to start another world war, we must get America back. We need at least five nations to help us convince Lithuania to let us send our people in! Russia must be punished for this as well."
"This is inconvenient… I agree that we have to save America, but we all need permission from our governments to help with this kind of problem. Not to mention that the UN can't help unless the entirety of the G8 vote yes! Without Russia or America here, That is impossible!" Germany ranted.
"Ve~ Germany, we'll find him! Even though Russia is scary, he can't win against all of us!" Italy said, patting Germany on the head as if he were a dog.
"For once, you say something sensible!" Germany mumbled, "But stop petting me!"
France had been sitting quietly this entire time, but I noticed he was getting antsy, like there was something that he wanted to say.
"France? Is there something you want to say?" I asked, tilting my head slightly, trying to ignore the growing ache in my head.
"Oui, actually…" He said, biting his lip. "We simply must find little Amerique! We should not worry about Russia's consequences will be until after Amerique is safe! That maniac could be torturing him right now! A nation can survive a lot, but Russia… He is another thing entirely!"
"Don't worry Francy-pants! The awesome Prussia will find your America and bring him home like the Awesome nation I used to be!" Prussia chimed in, slapping France in the shoulder and puffing out his chest.
"You potato bastardo! That Russian bastardo is scary! I won't risk my life trying to find anyone!" Roman said, glaring at everyone and everything.
"Don't worry mi tomate!" Spain said, hugging the Italian from behind, "Bass Spain will keep you safe!"
"Chiigii! Get off of me, bastardo!" Romano yelled, turning and kicking Spain in the groin, causing him to kneel and bend over in pain. "Don't call me that! I can look after myself!"
"I think we should go to our rooms and get some sleep," I said wearily, my headache becoming a searing pain that had started to spread throughout my body. "We will meet again in five hours. Take a nap and come back with some new ideas. Call your bosses and get their permission to continue helping with the rescue efforts."
"Agreed," Said all the nations, one-by-one, except Spain, who was still bending over in pain, and Italy, who was staring off into space and drooling. They started to file out of the room, but I found I could not move.
China walked over to me with a sympathetic smile.
"So, that's what was bothering you, aru! I understand why you wou- Aiyah! JAPAN!" He shouted as I fell over, giving into the pain and falling into darkness.
~~~~~~~~~~ Back to America's POV ~~~~~~~~~~

After I had woken up from my nap, I had set my broken ankle and arm with old wood that had once been apart of the wooden floors and strips of the sheets from my bed. I didn't want to risk any further injury or infection. Especially considering what Ivan might do to me when he comes back. After completing this, I was startled by the sound of feminine screaming and someone desperately trying to get in my room. In one movement I saw the door open, Ivan leaping in and shutting the door quickly behind him. He stayed with his back to the door shaking for a good minute before standing and looking over at me.

"How are you, Amerika?" He asked with a sly, fake, wide smile. One that I could only imagine being on his face because without my glasses I couldn't actually see what his facial expression was. "Did you behave? My sister is so scary, so I bet you listened well, da?"

"I will never listen to you, commie bastard!" I shouted angrily, "Did you hurt Kiku? Is he here?"

"You love him, da?" He said, "I only injected him with water infected with the black plague, da? It shouldn't be enough to kill him… Maybe"

"AH! Commie bastard! You will die in commie hell when I get out of here!" I yelled loudly, trailing off with every colorful word in my American vocabulary.

"He will suffer terribly, da!" Ivan smiled, "So will you!"

Here is the extra long chapter! Sorry it took so long… I will hopefully post another one tomorrow!

Bye~!
