"So this was planned? Why? For what reason?"Dumbledore asked inwardly horrified whatever price the girl may have offered, it had to have been big and terrible enough to convince the Creator to open her eyes, to open the Gate. The question was what had the girl offered and why?
This time, James turned him sharply and her eyes flashed with scorching anger and indigent irritation. Albus started in shock at the burning hatred he saw when he looked into her eyes then and knew straight away why these two young people with eyes old beyond their years had risked such a thing as time travel. His plan had failed.
"You asked questions you already know the answer to old man.," Jim spits, having seen the realisation dawn on the wizards face, struggling to keep herself and her emotions under control. " Your plan fails! Leaving nothing but destruction it's wake. It was doomed to fail the moment you put the ring on you're finger, the moment you tried to use the resurrection stone. You gave into temptation, dooming us all.

"Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall"
Chapter 4: Fallen Dice
Dumbuldore visibly recoiled from her, recognizing the truth in her words with the force of a knife being shoved brutally into his chest and twisted. His heart was breaking as he listened to the story of Harry Potters fall. He wasn't alone in his heartbreak… he could see it in every face in the room mixed with horror, except, Harry's, all Dumbledore could see on the boys face was grim acceptance… Dear Merlin, how could have things gone so wrong.
He had known that there would be a price to pay for having given into temptation and trying to use one of the hollows, but until now he had thought that price would be only his life, this, this was so much worse, more then he could bear. His actions had doomed them to a future of never ending darkness and slavery. If what the girl before him was saying was true, he was a monster, no different form Voldemort.
When the tale of her past…their future, finally trailed of to an end, he stared transfixed as she stepped out of the shadows by the window, that had been used to conceal the emotions on her face and Dumbledore breath caught for a moment. She was a miracle. Her existence no doubt the Creator's attempt at balance. A powerful being being of pure light, for that's what elemental were, pure creatures, incapable of true evil, to counter the encompassing darkness that was Voldemort. Despite, the step he had taken to ensure she never came into existence, the product of the soul bond between Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy had still come into being, but this time Dumbledore found himself grateful this plan had failed. For he shrouded to think how much worse the future she described would have been like without her in it. Still he was curios at how her conception had come about, not only three days ago did Harry almost kill the Malfoy boy and until that moment Dumbledore had not realised the severity of action in splitting apart the unknown soul mates.
Sixteen and a half years ago, Dumbledore had been at St Mogans for the birth of Harry Potter, who had been born perfectly health as the seven month died, he had gone there knowing the possible destiny ahead of him and what he had witnessed that day had shocked him beyond his imagining. Shortly after his birth baby harry had been placed with the other new born wizards and witches in the infirmary right next to the two months to early Malfoy twins , when the spells put to monitor his witless had gone off. And that's when Albus having already been there to take a look at the new addition of the Potter family, had witnessed something swelling inside of the newborn that reflected outwardly on his skin for the briefest of moments—the baby's aura had flared impossibly bright, crimson and amber before blending in with an opaque silver. It danced over his skin, as the baby wailed cries became painfully to his ears. A quick spell showed Harry's soul was a fiery amber blaze, trapped in an embrace of millions upon millions of silvery opaque strands emminating from non other then the Malfoy heir .
It had not taken Albus long to realise there was something familiar about the way the silver and amber auras began twining together, something about the pattern he began to recognize. Baby Harry was begging to enter the first stage of a soul bond. But that had to be wrong, because it was impossible. Only soulmates and astral twin could hold a bond like this, and twins could only bond when born at the exact second in time . So that left... a soulmate bond, upon having relised what was happening Dumbledore can clearly recall the swiftness in which he had drawn his wand and put as many barriers around the soul bond as humanly possible, practically choking it as he pored as much of his magic as possible into the barriers so that all the was left of the bond between Harry and the Malfoy heir was two intertwined thin strands of gold and silver forever connecting the two drawing them together without them ever knowing why. Albus knew what he had done was wrong but… the boy was a Malfoy, and the Malfoys were the truest of Voldemorts supporters and if Harry was the boy the prophecy spoke of, then Albus could not allow the possibility of him being influenced by one who may become as dark as his family. Therefore a fully formed soulmate bond was out of the question. He had alreadey seen the efficiency of his barrier spell eleven years later when they had been stationed outside the Great Hall waiting to be sorted into their house. He had known that there was a possibility that once they came face to face again his barriers would break even though the spell were cast by the elder wand therefor impossible to break, but it wouldn't have surprised Albus if they had, because the bond between them was special, brighter and stronger than any of the others Albus had heard of, stronger even then the one that was said to have existed between Arthur and Merlin himself and extremely powerful, so nothing had prepared him for the intense rivalry that followed there after, it had appeared that the barriers, if anything, had worked to well.
It wasn't till three days ago, when he had a unhinged comatose looking Harry Potter standing before him that he realized that had once again been wrong in his assumptions of what their rivalry meant about his barriers.
He of all people should have remembered there was a fine line between love and hate. The girl standing before him proved it.
Barely even noticing the tear that slipped down his own cheek Dumbledore with a sad, heartbreaking sigh, asked the question he dread the answer to. "What happened? How could have things gone so wrong? ", he asked, not a hint of a smile in his eyes, "Please my dear. I, must know!"
James voice was cold when she spook over the silence , "I would have thought from my previous statment that it would have been obvious what went wrong. With every piece of his soul that was destroyed, the more aware Voldemort become of what was happening. In a desperate attempt to save himself Tom finds a blood descended in the form of a newly born confessor whom he ties himself to, therefore creating himself anchor in which to pull himself from limbo before the last piece of his soul crossed over to the other side. This is something non of us become aware of, until, fourteen years later, after all up until then, we had believed that harry Potter had taken his enemy with him to the grave, leaving us unprepared for the wake of destruction that followed upon his return. The first to be targeted were the family's of those who made up the order of the phoenix, then the rest of wizerding world, the muggles, and other realms followed. Voldemort had been well prepared he had gather followers from the underworld , demons from purgatory, darklins from limbo, the prominent figures of the wizard world were bound to him by confession serving him with reverence and pure adoration and soon after even the midlands were overrun."
Her well structured little speech, delivered in a controlled and cool voice, left the Headmaster and everyone both sick and horrofied. Albus din't fail to notice that the girl did not once look at Harry potter as she spoke.
"May I ask, my dear, about the source of you're knowledge, where did you gather this information ?", he asked rather helplessly.
He watched her carefully as she moved to sit in the armchair in front of him, her face unreadable, a mask, bathed in cool indifference.
"The Intel originated from the memory's of Hermione Granger, given to me by the woman herself and the memories of Professor Severus Snape .It was due to this memories' that we were able to pinpoint the exact point in time that things went w-"
Severus choked on air "Excuse me?" he interrupted as he stared at her, unthinking, unbelieving, and, for once, without the slightest clue of what was going on. This girl kept shattering his control with every heartbeat, and he had no idea how to get it back. But this was the final straw, the little witch was claiming to have seen his memories and it was unacceptable!" You expect me to believe that, somehow you got you're hands on my memories." Severus asked in disbelief.
"What do you mean Hermione gave you her memories, why would she do that?" demanded Ron.
" You can't have! I would not have allowed any access to my memories to anyone!" Severus protested." You are lying girl!"
A muscle in her jaw twitched irritably as she waited for them to calm down." Are u quite finished?" she asked tersely, arching an eyebrow airily. She was faced with several affronted looks at her tone and was not pleased with the piercing look her future aunt Hermione was giving her, Jim had to choose her next words carefully, her aunt was not know as the brightest witch of her age for nothing and she couldn't have her figuring her identity… not jet."As I was saying, our intel came from you're memories. Yours and the Headmaster plan to kill him and make everyone believe you were traitor who was always loyal to Voldemort works to well and in my future you used youre memories to prove to Harry Potter the headmaster murder was in fact planned between you to ensure that Voldomort did not become master of the elder wand."
At her words she was faced with the stricken faces of every member of the order, in front of her, her unknown father and Remus Lupin, numb with shock, literally collapse into their chairs speechless.
When Harry potters voice broke the silence."What are you saying?"He asked quietly, his voice confused and broken, like that of a little child. Brining to the forefront of Jim's mind the memory of a time when she had sounded the same as she begged her dying father Draco Malfoy not to leave her. She had been told that Harry Potter and the Headmaster known as Albus Dumbledore had a close relationship during his years at Hogwarts, but it had not prepared her for the devastation she was seeing in her would be fathers face.
It left her mute.
"The Headmaster is dying" Damon answered for her.
Before anything else could be said a wave of power washes through the room forcibly engulfing them in a horrible combination of blue and white lights and an oily black bubble like substance. Damon and James having realized what was happening quickly attempted to redirect the magic trapping them. Unfortunately neither was quick enough and the blue and black waves rise up from the floor beneath their feat wrapping around the confessors wrist like chains on each side before drifting ,sinking back down through the floor, Pulling until the confessor falls to his knees, surrounded by a circle of white and gold robed figures wearing the mark of the Unspeakabless on their chest.
Jim too having likewise lost the encounter. Struggled restlessly with her bonds as one of the robbed figures step forward majestically and removed their hood revealing a woman with white as snow hair and pitch black eyes. There was only one word that could describe her and that was, dangerous.
"We are the Top council of five. The keepers of time. We have a number of rules in place for time travel, including stopping people from messing with time",she stated." There are two time travellers among you. All attempts at time travel are banned. Anyone caught attempting time travel is to be arrested and turned over to us." She finished looking at everyone witch pricing black eyes the enforced her words with crippling power."These two are coming with us, do not interfere!
The Unspeakable then turned towards Jim."Cease struggling child you can not hope to get free of your bonds, it is impossible."
In response the angry elemental stopped pulling on the magical binds to glare at the Unspeakable she now recognised from her future . " Can't I?" she demanded in fury, "Watch me!." an amber tint in her eyes suddenly flickered to life, actual flames dancing in her eyes while her platinum blond hair slowly began turning ruby red and suddenly every window in the room rattled in their frames and the woman wisely backed away, as did the others when heat suddenly began pouring off of the girls's body in waves. Smoke rose off of her in spirals as she glared up at the Unspeakable woman known to her as Freya. "Cross-dressing know it alls!" she scowled, before her entire form was catching ablaze, the fire springing up around her before she disappeared with a violent burst of intense flames.
Before reappearing once again in the same spot, but this time completely free of her bonds and stalked towards the centre of the circle towards the still bound Confessor, each step reverberating off the soft walls loudly, her powerful aura suddenly surged forth like a raging inferno, so abrupt and intense that everyone must have felt, her powers finally unconcealed itself bit by bit gradual binding Phoenix healing fire had brought it back at it's full strength. Everything in the near vicinity began to crumble into ashes, an unnatural wave of heat, thousands times hotter than even the sun, obliterating them in her anger.
With careful precision and the grace of a lethal animal which was only amplified by the rage in each step, Jim strode deliberately in front of the Confessor, and everyone retreated from the immense heat pouring off of her body. Her eyes—which were no longer soft pools of sea green that only just previously spoke of kindness and determination; were now fire itself, red and amber with barely of the faintest hint of its previous green in them —warned them to stay away before turning her back to them and crouching down and gently placing a hand on the chains warped around Damon's wrist and under her blistering touch and gaze they crumpled into ash freeing him. "You ok?," she whispered, wrapping an arm around him to help him. "Take it easy, Damon. I know those chains bind you not just physically, but also magically, and I know how much they hurt especially the first time."
Smirking in respons to her words and in reassurance." Oh yeah I remember, the Dark Lord was furious that you got the Unspeakable's on you're side," seeing the still worried look on her face he tried to reassure her the only way he knew how at the moment " I'm fine princess, I'm not made of glass."
"I'll believe the at once we heal you up, lets get you out of here."Steadying him with her hand when she saw him sway slightly as he tried to stay on his feet.
At her words one of the unspeakable's foolishly, approached wand raised now that the heat had subsided. "You will do no such thing! You are under arrest for illegal time travelling and this creature is now our property—" Fiery eyes pinned him in place and he cut himself off with a silent scream of pain as his body was ravaged by blazing red flames that continued to get hotter and hotter as each second passed. James looked on impassively as the Unspeakable, Malachi she recognized uncaringly, made frantic movements, trying to wipe the fire off of his body, to erase the pain. With each frenzied swipe he took more and more of his charred and peeling skin off, such a gruesome sight that the others had to look away knowing they would be unable to stop it themselves.
Seeing the absolute horror in which her fa- Harry was watching Jim silently withdrew her element from the nearly dead Unspeakable after a few short seconds that felt more like hours to everyone else. Malachi fell to the floor convulsing in useless whimpers and Jim breathed deeply as she controlled herself from doing more damage to the man as she wanted to. His words had brought forth memories she had tried hard to forget. Jim pushed the memory that had conjured such rage away and allowed the inferno inside of her to fade, her hair and her eyes returning to their normal, dormant state, as she too a deep calming breath.
"You have no authority over me," she said softly, an undercurrent of fury that simply dared the others to object. She was positively livid but she reigned her anger as best as she could and turned her burning eyes onto Freya and Odin with a dethatched calmness. "Heal him," she commanded. The two Unspeakable's stepped forward hesitantly, holding their wands over the charred man. Nothing happened. No golden glow appeared and the poor Unspeakable was still in a pitiful state. James sighed irritably and looked to the others. "All of you. It's going to take more power than that if you wish to save him."
Cautiously the rest of the robbed figures all move to surround their fallen comrade and raised their wands chanting a song like incantation to save the life of their badly wounded comrade. And slow, very slow the burned Unspeakable finally appeared to start healing, the damaged charred skin tissue and muscle gradually began to rejuvenate it self . It was a grueling process that would have taken five short seconds under normal circumstances—this was by no means normal. It took well over ten minutes before the wounds began to heal and seal over. None of them could find it in them to speak of how they were unable to prevent the scarring, the terrible and horrifying scarring. It was another five minutes before the man stirred. With a painful groan, Malachi rose to his feet with the help of the others, still incredibly weak and unsteady. Everyone had their eyes on Jim with fear having seen what she could do but she paid then no heed, as she stared of Freya. and the magical crackled with electricity between them.
"What did you mean we have no authority over you ? Who are you?"The older woman demanded, voice as sharp and cutting as steel.
In response Jim raised her hand once more and the others flinched before she held out her arm towards the sealing and she turned her head towards it too.
"Emrys Custos !" she called out loudly.
Resulting in the tatto of a bird in her wrist to glow gold and light to shoot out from her hand in blue flames and a fury of black feathers, the symbol of hope, they all recognised, shot out in the form of a Phoenix and a Dragon intertwined in flight winding themselves around each other.
"The mark of the Guardian, your the Guardian ?" Freya whispered
"I am."Jim admitted "And let me tell you something else that seemed to have escaped your notice I am also an elemental, therefor not subject to you're laws," she said coolly.
"Why are you here?" Because you and the rest of the cross dressing know it alls trapped me in this disgusting looking magically encased bubble, Jim wanted to snark back at her stupid question as she at first didn't know what Freya meant, then she understood. She was referring to their out of Their own time situation.
Jim hesitated. unsure on how much she could reveal about her dark future without giving away her identity.
"I've come here to save my future and for that I have to ensure Voldemort Falls," she said eventually." This mission was appointed to me with full approval, by the only remaining living member of the council of five. You, Freya oDe Asgard.
The woman stared at her, her dark eyes pricing though Jim trying to look behind her collected expression, but she couldn't, Jim made sure.
"What would you ask of us, Guardian?" she asked in the end as she stepped back.
There was no objection from her comrades and Jim nodded her approval, they would follow Freya's lead as they had in her future and with the unspeakable on her side it would be easier to find answers on the ritual Voldemort used to bind himself to new born confessor, Stefan Corvus,"You will remove the lockdown now, and you will avoid all attempts to contact me until I contact you first. You will also get in contact with The Tribunal I wish for you to set up a meeting with them for me. You will use any and all outside sources to try to establish who or what can perform a ritual that can bind a soul to another . You and The Tribunal have stood on the sidelines for far to long as the wizarding world fell apart. It's time that changed! And above all! You will tell no one of my presence in this time or Damon's. If you violate any of these two terms, I will strip you of your magic and you will find yourself stuck in an endless void for the rest of my time here . Do you understand me?"
"Yes, Guardian," Freya answered, and no one challenged her on it. They were all in accord, unwilling to bring the impending wrath of the already infuriated young woman down upon them once more. "We understand perfectly."
The bubble like force field that had encaged them disintegrated, the black substance vanished taking away the static electricity that surrounded it with it. And they were gone leaving the still confused Oder of the Phoenix stunned at what they had been witnessed to in those few moments.

AN: Hi, am so sorry this took so long, I lost half this chapter and had to rewrite, and it took ages because i couldn't make it as good as before. I am in desperate need of some feedback on this. I need some opinions on the quality of this work so I do not waste my time on writing something that is poorly done.
