Snape POV
"I want you to have Draco Malfoy look after my daughter." The dark lord says to me as he paces his office. "And if anything should go wrong I want you to bring her here immediately." I reply with a simple "Yes my lord." And disapperate back to my chambers at Hogwarts. I'll make sure to tell Malfoy to look after Belinda before we meet in the great hall.
Belinda POV
*after DADA*
"Severus!" I scream as I enter his classroom. Everyone had gone to lunch so I didn't have to worry about anyone hearing me. "What do you need Belinda?" he asks me calmly, "Why would you have Draco look after me! I am old enough and most certainly skilled enough to take care of myself. I do not need a babysitter." I exclaimed in outrage. I paced back and forth across the classroom as I wait for his answer. After several minutes of silence I stop and turn to him. "So? Are you going to give me an answer?" Surprisingly calm after my rant. "Do you feel better now?" he asks me. "If you must know you father asked me to have Malfoy look after you. He doesn't want you to get hurt." I stood there for a moment processing everything. "Well I can't go against my father's orders so if I must have a babysitter then so be it." After that I walked out and joined my friends at lunch. "Where have you been Bel? I've saved you a seat!" Drae tells me as I walk through the doors of the great hall. "I needed to have a chat with Sev." I reply as I sit next to him. Lunch goes by pretty fast and then I'm off to my last class of the day. I hate Divination with a passion. What makes it worse if that we Slytherins have that class with the pathetic Gryffindors. Drae takes my hand as we walk through the doorway and leads me to a seat. I give him a look that says "Oh?" while nodding to our hands. He immediately lets go and turns away. I already miss the feeling of his hand in mine so I reach over and take his hand again. When he looks up at me I smile to let him know that it's okay. After class Drae leads me to black lake where he has a blanket laid out on the ground under a tree. "Drae? What's all this for?" I ask looking up at him. "I figured you would want to relax after today's classes. I also have something to tell you." Aw he is so sweet. I sit down on the blanket next to him and ask "what do you need to tell me." He looks so nervous about whatever he needs to say. "I…Uh…I kinda have had a crush on you since we were young." He blurts out. Well this is something I never expected. I never thought he would have feelings for me especially after hearing about him and Pansy Parkinson. "What about you and Pansy?" I question not wanting to get my hopes up. "I don't know why she insists that I like her because I don't. She is constantly spreading rumors about how we were together and that I'm hers. Believe me Bel I'm not with her and I will never be. I like you, I always have." Oh my! He likes me! Maybe I will actually get a chance to show him how much I already love him. "Drae I have a confession to, I like you. I always have ever since we were little kids. I never thought you would ever feel the same way." I confessed feeling slightly insecure. Suddenly I feel his lips on mine. Shocked, it takes me a moment to respond. I pour all my emotions into this kiss. All my doubts, insecurities, relief, hope, and love I push into the kiss hoping that he can feel it. Our kiss turns into a passion make out with Drae on top of me holding my hands above my head. He pulls back and asks "Will you be my girlfriend Belinda?" I smile at him nod my head yes and put our lips back together. I never thought I would get to feel this with him.
*Time Skip*
Drae and I have been a couple for 3 weeks now. Pansy glares at me whenever she sees me. She also started spreading rumors that Drae was only with me out of fear of what his aunt, my mother, would do. Which we both know that she was ecstatic about our relationship. Dad wasn't happy at first but once I told him how I felt he finally gave in and was okay with it even though he scared the shit out of Drae with the "hurt my daughter and I'll murder you" speech.
*Flashback*
Both of our parents were here in Malfoy manor so we decided to tell our parents separately. I took my mother and father into the study father has here. "Mother, Father I am currently being courted by Draco Malfoy." I told them not showing the fear of their rejection on my face. My mother's face lit up with her bright crazy smile "Oh how perfect! You two make the perfect couple." She squealed and ran to her sister and started planning for a wedding. My father on the other hand did not look happy at all "No I do not approve of this Belinda you are to break up with him at once." My eyes started to tear up "But Daddy, I love him, I have since we were little kids. Please father please will you accept him." I all but got down on my knees begging him to allow this relationship. When he saw how close to tears I was he let out a loud sigh "alright, but one wrong move and he becomes your mothers new torture toy, got it?" "Oh yes daddy I understand thank you so much!" I said with much relief. I hugged my father. Draco comes over with his father. "Draco, if you ever hurt my daughter I will kill you and that's a promise." My father says to Drae. "Yes my lord." He replies.
*Present Day*
My father since has been very welcoming to Draco. No one in school knows who my father is though most of the Slytherins have guessed by now. "Hey Bel, are you okay?" Drae asks pulling me from my memories. "Yeah Drae I'm alright. I was just remembering when I told my father we were dating." I reply. He looks at me and shivers. "We should probably go to the great hall apparently Dumbles has something to announce." I say sarcastically. Dumbledore has finally decided to bring the Cullen's in to protect Harry fucking Potter. Stupid boy I wish my father could have killed him already. Drae takes my hand and we walk in silence to the great hall. We walk in and sit at our normal seats at Slytherin table. "I know all of you have heard that I have a big announcement to make tonight." Dumbledore states "for the rest of the year we will have a family of vampires living among us in the castle." The houses explode with questions. "Isn't that dangerous" "what I don't want to live with vampires my father will hear about this" "you crazy old man you're going to kill us all" Dumbledore got fed up with not being able to get a word in. "SILENCE!" he shouts to get the room to settle. "Under normal circumstance yes it would be dangerous to house vampires within the castle but these vampires are vegetarians. Meaning they only drink the blood of an animal. They will be staying in their own dormitories within the castle. Now if you will welcome the Cullen family." He says as he gestures to the family of vampires coming out of a hidden door. "This is the Cullen family. The Father Carlisle, The mother Esme. And their children Emmett, Rosalie, Alice, Jasper, and Edward. Please make them feel welcome." As soon as I saw Edward I let out a growl. "Is this the thing you had to date to get information?" Drae whispers in my ear. I shake my head yes while glaring at Edward Cullen. When Drae and I get back to the common room I flop down on the couch and let out a groan. "Drae what happens if he tries to get between us?" I voice my fear to him. "It won't happen Bel, nothing not even Edward Cullen and his fucked up family are going to come between us." He tells me as I cuddle into his embrace. We sit like this for a while in front of the fire just relishing the love between us. Even though we haven't been dating long we have already said I love you to each other. We both agreed that there could never be anyone else as we have both never dated anyone else because of the attraction we had to one another since we were kids. Pansy Parkinson walks in and sneers at us. "Maybe now you'll give my boyfriend back since that bronze haired vampire is back." I just flip her the finger and tell her to get lost. I wonder what Father wants with these vampires.
