Chapter 4- Meet the Family and Learn History

I must have been day dreaming because when I snapped out, I notice the girl was waving her hand in front of me. "Stellar. Stellar, wake up." She said. I snapped out of it and saw everyone staring at me. I have no idea what's happening, let alone what this place was. "Ok, so you're my family?" I said. They nodded.

"Alright who is who and where is what?" I said

"What. You're making no sense." the boy answer

"Sorry, when I'm confused, I talk fast." That was true actually.

The tall man who was my father floated towards me. "Stellar, do you remember anything?" he asked. I shocked my head. "I see. I expected this honestly." He responded.

"Well you must learn about your family then." He pushed over the girl. "This is your oldest sister, Luna." She had purple hair going down to her waist, a black beanie with a yellow crescent moon on the right side, a white dress, a black coat that goes down all the way to her knees with yellow buttons and strips at the end of the sleeves, black boots with purple laces, and purple bracelets. "Hey." She said in a sassy way. I could tell right away she was the sassy type, nightmare. Then my father pushed the boy and said, "And this here is you older brother, Dark" Great, I'm the youngest, I thought. He had black hair with white highlights, a black long sleeve coat, a white shirt underneath, a purple cape with a collar, black pants, yellow shoes, and finger less gloves. "Sup." He responded. I'm kind of liking this one, at least he is not sassy. "And I'm your father, NightMare the 2nd ." my father said.

"Alright, now that I know who is who, who is what?" I said. What I meant was, what was this family? "Ahh I see." NightMare responded. "You see, we are not just an order family. We are gods, err goddesses for Luna and you." Well at least there is something interesting about my family, I thought. "But we're the dark gods/goddesses."

"What!" I yelled. "We're an evil family!"

"Well that's what they consider us. You see Revira and us gods/goddess had history. I'm pretty sure you herd them. All, but one."

Oh boy, I thought

"You see there were 2 kinds off gods/goddesses. There are the Light ones. There the ones the grant wishes and make things happy, dreams come true. And then there is us. We are how you say, special. We are the Night ones. We are were the ones that made our night, night. We controlled people's dreams, made the stars and moon bright, and bring the darkness. We would help our Light Gods/Goddesses to balance out the world. But something went wrong. My dad was NightMare the 1st and he made someone had a night mare. It was fun for him until the rest of the gods/goddesses saw what fun he was having. They said we aren't allowed to bring night mares, only 'happy dreams to make everyone joyful'. I was always sick of those words."

"You could say that we were conTROLLing, people's dreams" Dark said. I just gave him a cold glare. This is no time for jokes, I thought.

"Anyways, my dad got upset about this and decided to make a wonderful thing happen. Or what the others would say, a 'mistake'. He made a lunar eclipse happen. It was beautiful sight to see. Unfortunately the gods/goddesses saw it like a threat. So they decided to control the moon, regarding the rules that whatever 1 one god/goddess controls, no other god/goddess can control it. They made it impossible for anyone to see it. This got my father mad so he decided to do something. He decided the Night Gods/Goddesses will have nothing to deal with the rest of the gods/goddesses, that we are our own group. And look where we are today."

This is impossible, I thought. How can I be related to a family like this? I'm nothing like them!

But then a thought popped into my head. "So wait does this mean you know all goddesses and gods, maybe one called Celestia and Divinus?" He looked furiously at me after I asked that question, and I regret asking that.

"Celestia! She was a beautiful goddess, but also, my lover. Until..." He paused for a while. "Until what daddy?" Luna asked. "UNTIL THAT STUPID DIVINUS CAME ALONG AND TOOK HER AWAY FROM ME!" he yelled, slamming his fist against a table. He was breathing heavily as if he just went on a run. "*sigh*, you know what else she did to me. She was part of over throwing my father, taking away his power of being a god. I swore revenge on that family and make sure one thing. No light shall shine in Castle, Majjok, or any other kingdom, EVER AGAIN!"

"The Celestia and Divinus did nothing wrong! It was your father doing!" I yelled. "YOU'RE the bad guys, YOUR actions were wrong. And as protector of Castle whole Revira," I grabbed out my bow and arrows. I must have been so tired, I forgot to put them away. I guess whatever I have on comes with me in my sleep. I aimed my bow and arrow at him and continued, "I shall protect the world from you!"

Just as I was about to release my arrow, NightMare raised his hand and used some kind of force to move away my bow and arrow. And when I mean move I mean, use the force and flew it across the room and hit the wall. I was lucky that it didn't break. I just looked at him, he did the same thing. He finally spoke, "Stellar, I don't like your attitude. And why do you have, a bow?" I just told him about my life at Castel and many more.

"Normo." Luna said as she was walking by.

I just stared at her.

Anyways I just looked at him. NightMare was laughing evilly for an unknown reason. "Hahahahahahahaaaaaaaah" he said. "*whew* Oh Stellar, you don't need that silly little bow those pesky humans do. You got powers like we do."

"Powers?" I said

"Yah powers" he answered. "That neckless your wearing contains your powers. That's also why you brother and sister have the same thing." I looked over at them and notice Luna was wearing a dark blue diamond shape neckless with a yellow moon in the middle. While Dark was wearing a yellow pyramid shape neckless with a black cloud in the middle. I guess our names marches with our names.

Lunar=moon

Dark=the night sky (I'm guessing since he had a dark cloud in the middle and the sky has clouds)

Stellar=star

Still if this makes sense, it doesn't make sense.

"By the way, your clothing, it doesn't look appropriate." Then, with a snap of his figure, my clothes change. I was wearing a purple dress that was above my knees a little, black leggings, black shot sleeves coat with white strips, yellow shoes, and white fingerless gloves. "What the!" I yelled. "Now you look like a true Night Goddess." NightMare told me.

"Look," I started, "it's nice knowing my family, but I don't like this. Being part of this 'evil family' is something I can't do. I'm not this 'dark goddess' and I won't use my 'powers' ever! So just leave me alone. And more importantly LEAVE YUELIA AND HER FAMILY ALONE."

I never meant to yell at him but I must. He needs to hear my voice, especially the part about Yuelia. Like I said 2 chapters ago, I would rather have myself hurt then her. I'm kinda wishing I never one that after what NightMare said. "Stellar, you are going to use your powers eventually, you'll see. I'm a shamed off you and your attitude. Tomorrow, we will talk again."

"Can she keep the clothes at least? Green is so not her color. Stupid humans make her wear this kind of stuff, I wonder if she still has a sense of style left in her! " Luna said.

Great, I though. I have a sassy sister, an evil family that are against my best friends, I have to talk to them every time I go to bed, and worst off all, I have to keep these clothes.

NightMare snapped his figures and I was caught in a cloud of black mist. All I heard him saying was, "Until we meet again." Then I was back in my room. I woke up and breathing heavily. Yuelia must have herd me and said, "Stela, are you ok? Did you had a night mare?"

"I guess you can say that." I responded. It's not like I was lying, right?

"Well ok. Sweet dreams Stela." Yuelia said.

"Alright. Night Yuels." I said.

1 hour later, I heard Yuelia moaning. She must be having a night mare. I thought. I lifted up my hand and used a spell to make her stop having night mares, after all, I am the night god. I can control people's dreams, and I have the rights.

She started smiling, then I started smiling. Maybe my powers aren't so bad. Maybe they don't have to use for evil, like my dad told me, maybe there is something good out of this. Then I fell back to sleep, wondering what will happen tomorrow.
