The last chapter, how could I resist something like that, got a ton of great reviews. To answer a question, this will be a small Harem fic. As I said in previous chapters, no ridiculous pairings like Tsunade or anyone older than Naruto's age group, just simple little romances...except, I don't think anything in the Naruto universe, is it? Now I just have to think of something hilarious for Sasuke's pairing!

4: Kurama Attacks

Tenten woke up slowly, not wanting the wonderful dream she'd had the previous night to end. It really had to have been a dream, because she knew that spirit foxes rarely ventured outside their realm, or that she'd actually stepped into a stranger's home and found a family. But as she opened her eyes, she found herself in a vaguely familiar place.

It was the same room that the old man had put her in!

She sat up, rubbing her eyes as she looked around, her little buns coming undone on top of her head. The room was lit by the faint morning light from the small window over looking a small coy pond that seemed to have a large number of toads hopping around it. She shook her head and pinched her arm, yelping slightly as the pain registered; she wasn't dreaming.

Suddenly, the door to her room slid open, and the old man walked in, smiling as he saw the girl awake. "Ohayou, Hime-chan, sleep well?"

Tenten nodded shyly. Jiraiya kept the smile on his face, "You probably don't remember, but I'm Naruto's Oji-san, I brought him to class the day before yesterday."

Again, she nodded, still not brave enough to speak.

"I imagine you're a little scared at this point," Jiraiya said, leaning against the door frame, "Being led out here by a fox and all, then waking up in a strange bed, in a strange house. But you should know that you're welcome here as long as you want to stay. Naruto wants you to stay, too, by the way." He grinned as the girl perked up at his godson's name.

"Naruto-kun wants me to stay?" Tenten asked.

Jiraiya nodded, "Hai, that he does. And so do I, for that matter. I've always wanted a granddaughter."

Tenten felt a few tears starting to well up in her eyes, but her stomach beat her to anything she wanted to say, letting her know that, despite how large the meal was, it was time for breakfast.

Jiraiya heard it, and laughed, "Come on, I've got breakfast on the table, and it's just about time for academy training." Tenten slid out of bed and slowly walked over to where he was standing, taking his hand as he led her to the kitchen.

"Where's Naruto-kun?" Tenten asked.

"He's out in the backyard, moving through a few Katas for his morning exercises." He smiled, "He'll be along in a few minutes. After I call him, he'll be in here faster than you can say Hokage."

x-With Naruto-x

This is fairly impressive for one so young,Kurama commented as Naruto moved through the motions of his Taijutsu. This is a fairly dangerous technique given that it uses the elbows as well as the knees.

Naruto grinned, Tsunade-baachan says it takes a long time to master it, because it calls for a lot of power for the punching techniques. And lots of speed, too. I'm not fast enough to do any real damage.

Heh, too someone older, perhaps, but to someone your own age, this would be a devastating fighting style to face, maybe even fatal. You should be careful with it if you ever use it against a friend.

But I don't wanna use it against my friends, Naruto said, nearly tripping at the thought of using his Muai Thai against someone he cared about. Tsunade-baachan said that I should never using killing intent on my friends.

He felt Kurama nod her head, That is a sound piece of advice, but not all ningen turn out to be good. Look at the Uchiha clan -

Oi! My best friend is an Uchiha! Naruto yelled.

Listen to me when I'm talking to you!Kurama roared, deafening the child, and Naruto wisely kept his mouth shut. The giant fox was reminding him more and more of Tsunade. Kurama huffed, That's better, now as I was saying the Uchiha can easily be the most dangerous people in the shinobi world. Before you interrupted me the first time we met, I was going to say that I did not attack the village because I wanted to, but because I was controled by a Sharingan user!

Naruto stopped all his movements then, looking up at the sky, as if her was staring up at the fox, But none of the Uchiha would do that. Sasuke-kun and Itachi-kun are really nice. Sasuke even helps me when Ji-chan isn't with me and I want to get a snack from the dango shop.

Kurama flattened her ears at this, I'm not saying that all Uchiha are evil, little one, I'm simply telling you that not all shinobi turn out the way people hope they will. Some are powerful and good, hoping to become the Kage of their village, like you.

Naruto grinned, seeing that Kurama knew about his dream.

And some go as bad as they can go. Look at Madara Uchiha. He turned against this village just because he didn't get the position of Hokage, killed his brother for his eyes, and brought me to the village to fight his best friend.

Naruto's eyes widened at this. He'd heard stories of the Shodai's battle with Madara, and Kurama, but he didn't think the man had done so much...bad.

Kurama sighed, Do not worry, Kit, you're friend, from what I've seen of your memories, is a fine young kit, and will be strong when he becomes a shinobi, perhaps even a comrade.

We grew up together. Me, Hinata-chan and Sasuke-kun knew each other as babies.

Ah, so you were litter mates, Kurama nodded once again.

"Naruto-chan, breakfast!" He heard Jiraiya yell from the house.

"Yeah!" Naruto crowed, making a beeling for the house. Kurama chuckled, because he was just like most kits she knew. Always hungry.

As Naruto barelled into the kitchen, he saw Tenten sitting at the table kicking her feet happily as she enjoyed the large breakfast of eggs and bacon that Jiraiya had cooked up.

"Ten-chan!" Naruto cried happily, "You stayed!"

Jiraiya huffed, "Of course she did, no one can resist my cooking!" He said, waving a spatula in the air as he flipped pieces of toast onto a plate.

Tenten smiled as a small blush came to her cheeks, "It's better than ramen for breakfast!"

"What's wrong with ramen for breakfast?" Naruto pouted, not liking his favorite food getting insulted.

"Nothing," Tenten smiled, "This just tastes better to me. Ramen got old after three weeks!"

"Naruto, sit down and eat," Jiraiya smiled at the two, "You don't wanna be late for class, do you?"

"No, sir," Naruto smiled, remembering his little rampage in the classroom as he sat down and began eating.

Tenten looked up from her meal, looking around the room, "What happened to the little kitsune that led me here?"

Naruto jolted, starting to sweat, but Jiraiya sighed and smiled, "It was gone this morning. It must have left sometime in the night, because it had done it's job."

"Job?" Tenten asked.

"It led you here," Jiraiya smiled, "Because it liked you, it gave you a better life here with me and Naruto-chan...if you want to stay?"

"Please stay," Naruto grinned, "I always wanted a nee-chan!"

Tenten blushed brighter, looking over at the old man, "Can I really stay here?"

"As long as you want to," Jiraiya said, giving the girl a pat on the head, "It'll be nice having a little girl around, and- "

"Jiraya! You better be home, because I'm coming in!" Yelled a woman's voice.

"Baa-chan!" Naruto cried happily as the door was thrown open. Tenten squeaked in alarm as an imposing blonde woman strode into the kitchen. She was tall, blonde, and cast off an intensely powerful aura. Behind her, a smaller, thin woman with black hair carrying a piglet smiled as she followed after her.

"Naruto-chan, come to...who's this?" She said, catching sight of Tenten sitting at the table. Tenten shrank down in her seat, suddenly feeling unwelcome. Jiraiya chuckled, picking the girl up in his arms.

"This is Tenten," he told the blonde woman, "She'll be joining our little family from now on."

The blonde raised and eyebrow at him, while the younger woman smiled at her, "She's adorable!"

"I suppose she is," the blonde woman smiled gently, losing some of her imposing aura, "It's nice to meet you, Tenten-chan, I'm Tsunade, and this is Shizune, my apprentice."

"Hello," Tenten said shyly.

Jiraiya rolled his eyes, "Knock it off, Tsunade-hime, you're scaring her."

"I AM NOT!" Tsunade roared, causing Tenten to hide her face in Jiraiya's robes.

xXx

A few minutes later, Jiraiya was walking the two children to the academy. Tenten was smiling as widely as Naruto as they walked along. Jiraiya noticed that she kept stealing glances at the young blonde, which made him smile. Looks like Hinata has some competition, he chuckled. Speaking of Hinata...

"Naruto-kun!" Said girl called out. Naruto turned and grinned at her as she came running up with Hiashi right behind her.

"Hey, Hinata!" Naruto grinned, "Guess what?"

"What is it?" Hinata asked as she said her hellos to Tenten.

"Tenten's staying with us now!" Naruto crowed, making both girls blush.

"What!?" Hinata squeaked, her face glowing bright red before she gave Tenten a glare, and latched onto Naruto's arm. Tenten felt a vein throbbing on her head, and grabbed Naruto other arm.

Jiraiya chuckled, seeing a blaring argument rising up. Hiashi was a little startled by his daughter's sudden boldness. Naruto, however...

"Uh, what's going on?" Naruto asked nervously as the two girls continued glaring. Tenten gave a tug on his arm, making Hinata stumble. Hinata grumbled and pulled back. "O-oi! What's with you two?!"

"He's mine!" Hinata growled.

"No, he's mine!" Tenten snapped.

Jiraiya, as Naruto was suddenly caught in the middle of a tug of war, could keep his laughter in check any longer. He doubled over in loud guffaws at the confused look on Naruto's face. Hiashi raised his eyebrows, sidling up to the Sannin, "Shouldn't we do something about this?"

Jiraiya snickered, "Oh, I don't think so."

"Oji-chan!" Naruto whined, "What did I do!"

"Let go!" Tenten yelled.

"No, you let go!" Hinata yelled back

"You're pulling my arms off!" Naruto yelled

Meanwhile, Kurama was rolling in the snowy landscape with laughter at her vessel's predicament, Oh, Kit, the things you need to learn! She howled, thumping the ground with her tails, Just wait, this will only get worse!

Naruto didn't like the sound of that at all.

xXx

"What the heck happened to you?" Sasuke asked as Naruto took a seat next to him. The blonde's hair and clothes looked messier than usual.

Naruto laid his head down on the desk with a small thump, "Ten-chan and Hina-chan were acting really weird this morning."

"Huh?" Sasuke looked down at the two girls, who were still sitting side by side, but both looked ready to kill each other, and he also noticed that they were just as roughed up as Naruto. "Were the villagers harassing you again?" Sasuke asked.

"No, nothing like that," Naruto sighed, "Besides, Oji-chan was with me, and they never do anything mean while he's around." He shrugged, "Tenten came to live with us last night, and when I told Hina-chan about it this morning, she grabbed my arm, then Ten-chan grabbed the other one, and started trying to pull me apart!"

Sasuke blinked a few times, letting what his friend had said sink in, then promptly burst out laughing. Most of the girls in class had never seen this side of him before, and Sasuke was in an absolute uproar over his friend's dilema, actually pounding on his desk with his fist.

Naruto, however, did not think it was funny, "Ah, come on, not you, too! Oji-chan and Hyuuga-oiji-san were laughing to by the time they got through with me!"

"Kami, Naruto," Sasuke laughed, unable to control himself, "You're so clueless!"

"Oi, baka!" Sakura yelled, "I wanna sit next to Sasuke-kun!"

Naruto glared at the pinkette for once, shutting her up, "Take a number, I go there first! Oi, Teme, stop laughing already!"

"I can't help it!" Sasuke laughed, holding his sides, "Now you know how I feel!"

"Class," Iruka called, "Sit down! It's time for the morning lecture!"

Iruka took a deep breath, "QUIET!" Iruka roared, using his big-headed Jutsu. Naruto yelped, having not seen this before. Sasuke just sighed and nudged him in the shoulder.

"Don't worry, that's just his way of scaring us," Sasuke said, his show of friendship not going unnoticed by the female students, who glared at the blonde boy sitting next to him.

Sakura and Ino were looking at him, too, but with more interest than loathing, "Oi, Forehead, are those two friends?" Ino asked, nudging her pink-haired friend.

"I don't know, Ino-pig," Sakura shrugged, "but I'm so jealous right now! Sasuke hardly ever smiles unless he's around that Uzumaki baka!"

"Alright, class," Iruka smiled, "Today's lecture is concerning the Uzumaki clan."

Ino, who'd been leaning on her hands, slipped and hit the desk, "D-did he say Uzumaki?!" She gasped, looking down at the blonde, who was smiling as Sasuke nudged him in the ribs, also grinning.

"So that little guy is a member of a clan?" Sakura wondered aloud.

"Now," Iruka smiled, "For those of you who don't know, the Uzumaki were one of the three founding members of the Leaf village, right along side the Uchiha and the Senju clans." This drew all eyes right back to Naruto, who was, by now, beginning to feel uncomfortable with the stares. Sasuke turned around and glared right back at them, quelling the worst of it.

Iruka ignored it, "The Uzumaki, though they were never part of Konoha, were vital to our rise. They were born warriors in all aspects. From Ninjutsu to Fuinjutsu, no one could match them. Not even the Uchiha."

Naruto grinned, "Oi, Teme, looks like I'm tougher!"

Sasuke grinned and gave him a shove, "In your dreams, Dobe!"

"Ahem!" Iruka coughed.

"Sorry, Sensei," both boys said.

Surprisingly, Shikamaru raised his hand.

"Yes, Shikamaru?"

"So these Uzumaki...is Naruto one of them?" Shikamaru asked, asking the question that was on everyone's mind.

Iruka nodded, "As a matter of fact, he is. His mother was a pure-blooded Uzumaki woman that came here before the third great war. But, as you can see, Naruto is only half. Uzumaki shinobi were known far and wide for their brightly-colored red hair. Naruto's is blonde, suggesting that his father had the dominant hair color." He said, "Now, back to the lecture. As I'm sure you're all wondering, the Uzumaki have not been a apart of the shinobi world for some time, since in the last war, their clan was targeted by Kumogakure no Sato's shinobi. This led to a massive battle that took place on their little island country. It was a bloody battle that cost both sides greatly...mostly Uzushiogakure no Sato, but that's not to say that Naruto's ancestors went down quietly."

"So," Ino said, raising her hand, "What happened? The Kumo nins are really strong, so wouldn't it have been a little one-sided?"

"Normally, you would be right," Iruka smiled, holding up his hand, "But like I said, the Uzumaki were terribly powerful in their own ways. They were unusually long-lived, and had massive reserves of Chakra. They were also skilled in Kenjutsu, and exploding seals, so the battle was fairly even, seeing as soon as someone triggered one of those seals, it was a large enough blast to take out a few blocks."

Sasuke looked over at Naruto, "Remind me never to let you around Nii-san's paper bombs."

"Oi, I'll make my own when Oji-chan teaches me!" Naruto pouted, crossing his arms.

Sasuke looked nervous, "Now I'm worried."

"Boys, please," Iruka said, smiling at their little banter, "Now, as I was saying, the Uzumaki clan had massive Chakra reserves, which made them targets for many things, like wars, or arranged marriages. They also practiced polygamy - "

"What's that mean?" Tenten asked, raising her hand.

Shikamaru, in a rare laugh, said, "It means that the men had more than one wife!"

"That's good," Sasuke whispered to Naruto, "You've already got two!"

"What?!" Naruto squawked.

"Naruto, you hound dog!" Kiba laughed as the boy's face turned to one of absolute horror.

Tenten and Hinata shared a small look, then smiled with a small blush on their cheeks.

xXx

"That was a weird day," Naruto said as he and Tenten made their way home, "Why is my being part of a clan such a big deal?" After Iruka's lecture, during their Taijutsu practice, he had been completely mobbed. This, Sasuke had found to be completely hilarious, until the girls had turned their attention towards him. The young Uchiha had then found himself in a situation similar to Naruto's that morning when Hinata and Tenten had tried to pull him apart.

Tenten giggled, "Shinobi clans are really important, Naruto-kun. And you're clan is a founding clan of Konoha, just like Sasuke's. So now all the others know just how great you are."

Naruto gave her a sideways glance, "You're kiddin', right? Just because someone's from a clan doesn't mean they're going to be a great shinobi. Take Sasuke and me. We're not that strong yet."

"Yes you are," Tenten smiled, "You and Sasuke put up a really great fight in the sparring ring today...even if one of the teachers tried to fail you for that black eye you gave Sasuke."

Naruto shrugged, "He gave as good as he got. My nose is still sore."

Tenten giggled again when she remembered how Sasuke had flailed out a punch when Naruto had kneed him in the stomach with one of his Muay Thai strikes. The blow was not something the blonde had expected and caught him scare in the nose. That was when Iruka had declared the match a draw, while Sasuke was being pampred by his fan club...which he hated.

Naruto was more than happy to have Hinata and Tenten fussing over him with his broken nose. "It was funny, though, how come he was glaring at you even before the match started?" Tenten asked.

Naruto shrugged, not really sure he should tell her the truth, so he didn't answer. As they passed through the gates to head over to the path which led to Jiraiya's home, Naruto noticed a small troup of shinobi heading for the gates.

"Who are they?" Naruto asked.

Murderers, Kurama growled deeply, making Naruto shiver.

"Those are Kumonins," Tenten breathed out, "The Hokage was supposed to have a few of them coming to work out a treaty for better trade routes."

As they passed each other, Naruto felt Kurama growling again. Louder than before, forcing its way through his own throat.

"What the fuck's with that kid?" One of them asked as they passed them, "Did you see his eyes?"

"I did," the leader of the group said, "I have my suspicions, but that will wait until tonight, when you two report back to the Raikage...I'll stay and claim our target."

"Wouldn't it be better for all of us to stay?" The single female member asked, "We are after a Kekkei Genkai, after all."

"Keep that to yourself," the leader said quietly, "And I'll be able to move faster on my own. You two will report to the Raikage, and I'll be able to confirm my hunch about that boy...I think he might be the village's Jinchuriki."

x-later that evening-x

Tsunade was watching as Naruto worked through his evening katas for his Taijutsu with a proud smile on her face while she held a fascinated Tenten in her lap. After the morning meeting of the two, she had taken a shine to the little girl, drawn in as she was by the child's warm brown eyes. Shizune adored her as much as she did Naruto, and said she felt like a big sister to the girl already.

Tenten was now dozing off as Naruto finished up his stances. The older woman had to admit that the boy was beginning to shape up into a fine young shinobi with the aid of the Taijutsu stances he was already formidable to anyone his own age, and most likely a few older students that she knew were bound to target him.

Jiraiya took a seat beside her, "Incredible, isn't he? As far as Ninjutsu goes, he's barely scratched the surface, but he's already so strong." He said, watching the boy put more speed into his punches.

"He is," Tsunade nodded, tucking the now sleeping girl against her chest, smiling down at her, "I still can't believe he spoke to the Kyuubi, though. And the story you told me about him bringing this girl to you..."

"I know," Jiraiya nodded, smiling, "She's a good girl. Just what this little family needs." He sighed, "I'm really surprisingly happy with this, you know?"

Tsunade chuckled, "I can tell. You haven't proposed to me at all since I arrived this morning."

"Ha!" Jiraiya laughed, "That doesn't mean I wouldn't mind hearing you say yes...one way or another." His grinned as Tsunade growled at the underlying innuendo, unable to punch him because of the girl she held.

"If I wasn't holding this little angel, I'd - "

"Send me through a wall," Jiraiya smiled, nodding again. "We both know that, Hime-chan, but admit it. You'd like this sort of life, wouldn't you? I mean, it's not like I'm asking you to become a medical nin again."

Tsunade sighed, placing her right hand on Tenten's hair, running her fingers through the loosened strands. "I do envy your life here, with these little ones...it's just that it's too - "

"Painful to stay?" Jiraiya smiled knowingly, "I know how you feel. I still have trouble sleeping sometimes, because I feel that I failed Orochimaru as a teammate, and Minato and Kushina as a sensei and a friend. Now here I am, watching their son grow up right in front of me, hoping that I'm doing things the way they would."

Tenten mumbled something in her sleep, snuggling up against Tsunade, and curling into a little ball as she slept. The older woman felt herself melting at the girl's closeness. Naruto used to do that when I held him as a baby. She thought, looking over at her former teammate, "I think they'd be proud of what you've done for him, Jiraiya. You've given him all he needs, and more. You've even kept the civilians off his back."

Jiraiya smiled, and would have replied, had Shizune not come bumbling out of the house, looking frightened, "Jiraiya-sama! Hokage-sama's called you to the tower! A Hyuuga child's been taken from their compound!"

"What?!" The old man roared, "Who?!"

Shizune bit her lip tearfully, "H-Hinata-chan!"

Shizune's cry, not loud enough for any normal person who may have been yards away to hear, reached Naruto's newly enhanced ears. Jiraiya looked over at where the blonde child had been, but he was gone.

xXx

Hinata's eyes fluttered open slowly as she felt herself being jostled slightly. She tried moving, but she soon realized that her hands were bound, as were her feet. Startled by this, she tried to scream, but she was gagged.

"Stop wriggling, brat!" Hissed her captor, "Or I'll slit your throat and take those eyes of yours!"

Hinata whimpered as tears sprang to her eyes. She was being kidnapped. She was never going to see her mother and father again, or meet her little sister when she was born. She was never going to see Naruto again.

Then she caught sight of a flash of blonde hair ducking around one of the corners as her captor ran. There were very few people in the Leaf that had such hair, but Hinata knew immediately who it was that was following them. She squirmed again, harder this time, trying to warn him off as Naruto moved closer. Naruto wasn't paying attention as he moved close enough, and lept into the air, "Gemon Tepii!"

"What the - ?!" The man yelled, turning just in time for Naruto's foot to slam into his face. The man toppled over, dropping Hinata to the ground as Naruto landed and scrambled to untie her as the kidnapper staggered to his feet, stunned from the blow. "You...little...b-brat!" He growled, blood dripping from his face, "You broke my nose!"

Naruto was sweating now as Hinata's binds came loose, and she spat out the gag. "N-Naruto-kun!"

"Run!" Naruto yelled, grabbing her hand and pulling her behind him.

"No you don't!" The man growled. He reached out and grabbed Hinata by the collar of her kimono, throwing her to the ground. Naruto growled and whirled around, lashing out with his elbows aimed at the man's neck, fully prepared to kill him if he had to. He jerked back from the blonde child's assault, just barely dodging away from th boy's surprising speed. His felt the sharp point of his elbow graze his face, a small trickle of blood rolling down his face.

"Tee Kao Trong!" Naruto roared, leaping again, reaching for the man's head and bringing his knee up again while he brought the man's head down against it. Again, he was caught by surprise, but there wasn't enough power behind the strike to totally stun him this time, and he grabbed the boy by his shirt and hurled him against a nearby wall. Hinata watched in horror as Naruto was slammed against the wall and slid down in a crumpled heap.

"No," she whimpered, crawling over to him, "Naruto-kun, wake up!" Then she felt herself lifted off the ground again.

"He's dead," her captor sneered, "And so will you, if you don't shut the hell up!"

xXx

Kurama was furious. Having watched her kit's fight, she had felt pride that he had landed such a blow on the shinobi, but that was where it had all ended. Naruto was strong for his age, but he was no match for an adult more than three times his size. As Naruto slid down the wall, his consciousness had slipped away, and she had forced her own to the forefront, overlapping him.

The result was instantaneous. Naruto's tiny body erupted with a demonic power, turning the Kumo shinobi back toward him as the boy's body began to grow. What he saw was something he'd only seen in his nightmares. The boy was convulsing violently. His arms and legs growing in length, sprouting red fur all over his body. His face was the most drastic of changes. His face had elongated into a lupine snout, while his teeth had lengthened into fangs. A bestial growl rumbled deep in his throat as he gazed at the man with slitted red eyes.

Hinata was just as shocked as her captor as she watched her friend's transformation. Both were too stunned to make a sound, or even move. Four thrashing tails then sprang from his hindquarters, and his ear grew long, the change was complete.

"You hurt my kit!" The Jinchuriki growled, "You will pay!" Kurama lunged at him then, knocking him over in her haste to go for his throat. Hinata screamed as she was sent tumbling to the ground. Distracted by her cry, Kurama looked over at Hinata, her eyes seeming to soften. The Kumo shinobi took this as his chance to to flee, and scrambled out from under the fox's claws.

Kurama snapped her head around at the fleeing man, then looked back to the frightened girl, "Run home, little Hyuuga kit, and bring your father. If Jiraiya is there, then bring him as well. Naruto will need his help before this night is done!"

Hinata nodded slowly, then got to her feet and started running back in the direction of her compound. Kurama then snapped around, bounding off after the shinobi that had harmed her kit.

xXx

It didn't take long before Hinata was found by the village's ANBU squad, and wisked away to her father's side, where she quickly asked for his aid in helping Naruto. Jiraiya was there as well, and was visibly shaken when he heard about the child's transformation. Jiraiya was about to run out in search of him, but there was a loud, thunderous roar from down the streets, not far from the compound at all, followed by a terrified human scream.

"What the hell was that?" Hiashi asked, holding his daughter close. Hinata, frightened of the sound, buried her face in her father's robes.

Jiraiya shivered, "I'm not sure I want to know, Hiashi-san, but I think we both know exactly what it is."

They were proven right a few minutes later as the massive figure of a fox trudged toward them, dragging with it the struggling body of the Kumonin that had taken the girl.

Kurama, to Jiraiya and Hiashi's amazement, was a beautiful creature in all honesty. Her fur was a gleaming red in the moonlight, and her movements were graceful with each step she took toward them.

The shinobi she carried in her jaws was beaten and bloody from claw marks and bites curtesy of the fox. When she was within range, she hurled the man at Hiashi's feet, growling, "I bring you the man that stole your kit away from you, Hyuuga."

Jiraiya stepped forward, "What have you done to my gaki? You haven't harmed him?"

The fox dipped her head toward the Kumo nin, "He did. The kit fought valiantly, and managed an excellent blow to his face before he was hurled against a wall that knocked him unconscious. I saw him in danger and pushed my consciousness to the forefront of his mind, and used some of my Chakra to changed into this form you see now." She said, causing the man to sigh in relief, "He sleeps for now, and will not recall what happened. I would prefer to keep it this way."

Hiashi with Hinata stepped forward, "On behalf of my clan, I thank you for saving my precious daughter." He bowed low, careful with his daughter as she tried to imitate him.

Kurama dipped her head again, glaring at the stunned Kumonin, "Just make sure that his foolish one is punished for his crimes. I have lost much in my time, and a kit is something I would never like to see lost again."

With that, Kurama released Naruto's body, quickly allowing him to change back as the boy fell to the ground unconscious. Jiraiya moved to quickly pick him up, wrapping him in his hiori as the boy was naked thanks to the fox, "We need to see the Hokage."

We end the chapter with Kurama revealing herself in a fit of rage at Naruto being injured. With the knowledge the the fox can, and will take control of Naruto, what will Jiraiya do?

AN: For those of you that are wondering, the techniques used by Naruto in his chapter were Muay Thai attacks. The first being a flying kick that normally aims for the head and neck. The second being a knee jab that brings the opponents face down, while the attacker thrusts their knee up into the face.
