Watch this when you think you watch?v=QPzjHgMENrc
(Name) finally woke up, she was fully energized and felt well. Now she can do her job, without collapsing or making a big deal of how she felt exhausted. She felt so nervous, but so proud that she was chosen to this.
Now let us reverse time for a bit, let's go back to the day before.
(Name) walked up to the teacher's desk, looking at him and waiting for a response.
"Miss (Last Name) do you know why I called you here?" The teacher said, giving her the type of look, that most people knew, you did something wrong.
"No sir, I do not." She looked at him, trying to be mature enough, and hold in her anxiety.
"It's ashamed. I thought you were on top of everything." He shook his head, (Name) grew more and more nervous. Each word he spoke, made her nerves go out of control.
"You play the violin and piano, right?" He gave a small smile, now (Name)'s whole body just stopped.
"Yes, sir." She looked unsure her one of her eyebrow went up, and she squinted her eyes. "Well, if you do not remember or simply forgotten. Here's the flyer, and please go to the Music room. They will start in a few minutes. I will tell your teachers, that you will not be in their class today."
"Okay, and thank you, sir." She grabbed her stuff, and walked to the music room. Before that she went to her locker, to grab and put back a few things.
She read the flyer, and she remember to what he was trying to explain to her.
Instrument auditions.
This was an event where the teachers would grab the students they thought were excellent in playing their instrument.
Parents/Guardians would come and look at these students perform, and would choose if they would want them to teach their children, despite of what age, to play that instrument. The cycle goes on and on. Since this was a high elite school, rich people would of course waste time like this.
The whole program was to teach the students, how to manage their own money, how stressful it is to teach, and being responsible.
Each student that was chosen, would play all the instruments they wanted, so each parent/guardian can see their full capacity.
(Name) could only play the piano and violin, her audition would go faster than some. Most of students who were attending probably played more than three instruments. At least her little friend Sherlock, wouldn't have to wait so long for her to return.
A few other students were by the auditorium, waiting for the teacher. How come they didn't inform her sooner?
That was actually part of the whole scenario, to always be alert.
She held her violin, close to her chest, and the papers in her hand. She watched her fellow peers, talk and socialize about the upcoming event.
(Name) just sigh, hoping someone would come soon and tell them when they will perform. Minutes passed, and the others were having a good time being with each other's company. She felt awkward and tried to ignore the feeling of being alone.
Soon a teacher came in looking so happy, and told the students, "Okay. Hello everyone! My name is Antonio. Are you all aware what you will do?" They all gave a yes."Good. Since you all know, what is happening, I'll be straight to the point. They will call each of your name, and you will walk up to stage, and play whatever song you want. After your done, you may leave. In the afternoon, we will call you or your parents, to tell you if you will be teaching."
He left without another word, then it began. Student after student perform. Some where great, an instant fave and others were nervous and failed. After one of students left, they announce,
"(Name) (Last Name)."
She breathe in, grabbed her violin case and walked up the stairs and onto the stage. There were many people there. On the stage were other instruments, that were too heavy to be carry by hand of a student.
She sat the case down, opened it, and grabbed her violin and bow. She closed her case, and set her violin so she can play.
She held her bow up, and soon it landed on the instrument gracefully going back and forth. The deeper she got into the song, the harder she forced notes, it still came out beautifully.
The music became lower and calmer, until the song had ended. (Name) held the violin and bow in her hands, and bowed to the audience.
Some clapped, others waited what she would do next. The students before her played a variety of instruments, so they expect at least another one to be played.
She walked over to one of the instruments in the back. Thankfully the person before her also used the piano. Before she sat, she pulled out of her school's jacket, a pair of chopsticks. and pulled them apart. The audience looked at her, like she was a weird, peculiar girl.
(Name) walked over to the piano and adjusted her seat. She placed her sheet music on there, and began to play with the chopsticks.
Parents, teachers and guardians were a bit skeptical on how she was playing, when she began. She set them gently and quickly beside her, and return to playing. The speed of her fingers, were graceful. She was feeling the rhythm, movement and joy of the piano. It was the near end of the song, she grabbed the chopsticks. She played the last few notes, waited for a few seconds and bowed once more.
She grabbed her violin and bow, and walked off the stage. She left the auditorium, and went back into the hall. That was when she placed her items in her locker and returned to class with Sherlock.
Well when she got home, she received a call from a woman asking her, is she can teach her younger son the violin. She wanted her to start Saturday at 2:30 PM. That was a decent time for her, so she accepted her offer. She hardly did anything on the weekends, so of course it wasn't a problem.
(Name) grabbed a (F/C) button-up shirt, and a black, slightly above her knee, skirt. The woman on the phone, who requested her gave an address to meet at.
It was a bit farther than she expected. It was past town, and almost not near civilization, it was where a lot of rich, posh people lived. The woman also was very generous, the money she offered was a bit too high, so (Name) requested a smaller payment.
(Name) was a bit a famish so she decided to scavage for some food in her kitchen.
"Nothing...I need to go shopping."
She checked through all her cabinets, only to receive zero eatable food items. "I can just buy something on the way..." Mumbling as she held her stomach, while it growled.
The thought lingered in her head, she would have to teach some child, how to play the violin. This mom, or guardian, didn't want her to teach her son the piano. The woman said her violin skills are divine, and she would love her to teach her young son how to play.
(Name) didn't blame her if she chose the violin, than the piano. The little stunt she did with the chopsticks, they probably called that improper and/or unprofessional. (Name) looked at her phone once again, nobody else called. Most people would have been offended or disappointed, but she was okay with it.
She grabbed her (sf/c) sweater and walked out of her house, she need to get out more often. While walking towards town, she thought about that horrible memory. It was bugging her, she didn't blame her conscience. Now she was a bit depressed, with everything.
(Name) was in the town and walked into this small cake shop. They sold cakes, pastries, small breakfast/lunch items. It was a small business, but cozy, little shop.
The bell chimed as she walked in. Only two or three people were in there as she had glanced. (Name) picked up a pre-made (insert your favorite type) sandwich, and paid for it.
The girl behind the counter, looked a bit tired with small bags under her eyes. "Hey you okay?" (Name) asked."Yeah. A bit. Too much online gaming." She handed the woman money. "Hey I've seen you too much here, and outside of here. I've been wondering, what's your name?" The girl asked, getting the correct amount of change out of the register.
"My name? It's (Name)."
"Cool. My name is Laney. Well, here's your change." She placed the change in her hands. "See ya around, bro."Waving her off.
(Name) ate her sandwich while walking to the house, she would be finish before arriving. It was weird walking outside and relaxing for once.
She felt nervous and so excited! (Name) never taught anyone, anything. Now she was going to teach some guy how to play violin. That was nerve-racking part...
How?How would she teach him?
Now she was regretting that kind woman's offer. At least the money was worth it.
(Name) walked, until her legs felt a bit sore, "Fuck..."She mumbled under her breath. That was when her phone rang, it was some random number, yet she answered it."Uh...Hello?"
"Get in the car."
"What."
"Get in the car."
"No?"
(Name) canceled the call, and put it back in her pocket. She kept walking, but the more she did, the bigger the crowd became. More people walked around her. That was when, what felt like a gun was felt upon her back. (Name) froze, and didn't dare move, the person who held the gun, whispered into her ear."Get into the car."
That person behind her, walked away. A car came into view, she walked over to it and opened the door. It was a taxi type of car, and (Name) saw the person sitting in the back with her. It was a guy, almost her age, she became confused. She has never seen him before, was he a stalker? This guy, had slicked back slightly brownish auburn hair. He was a bit chubby and dressed in a sweater vest, with some brown slacks. He was kinda cute, in a way.
"Hi?" She said, waiting for a response.
The man had been drinking tea, in this car, without spilling it."So...You have a kidnapping kink or something?" He almost spat his tea, and looked at her, like she was crazy."No!I was just waiting for the right moment."
"Right moment for what?" She tilted her head,"May I just go?"
He shook his head,"Nothing, and no you may not."
"Why am I here?"
The car stopped, "I am a concerned party, of someone you know. I've been spying on you, for the past few days, and I've come to accept you." He said devilishly.
Honestly, you thought this man was bit of a screwball, and creepy. She opened the door, while he talked, and just left. She tried to forget what happen, thinking maybe it was hallucination. She continued her route, and her legs didn't feel so tired anymore. The car passed her, but she tried not to think of it so much. In fact, she deleted the memory from her mind, and she no longer remember it.
After what seemed like half an hour, she was on the street of where they had lived. The houses were big, each one had at least a minimum of two stories. She had the address stuffed in her pocket, before she grabbed it she looked at her phone to make sure she was not late. (Name) had about half an hour left before she would be at the recommend setting time. Looking upon each house, she strolled the neighborhood. 'This kid got it easy..'She thought, thinking of Sherlock living in this kind of neighborhood.
She wasn't jealous or anything, because she rather be alone than socialize with others, which was almost half why she had a small apartment. Fifteen minutes passed, and she decided it was time to go to the house. She tried to go as slow as possible, she was getting really nervous now.
Only one more house she needed to pass, and she would arrive. A few more steps and she would knock on the door. Footsteps were heard as she knocked on
the door a few seconds ago.
She heard someone unlocking and opening the door. Her palms were very sweaty, as though at the slightest movement of her case would slip out of her hands and fall on the ground. It didn't because, she no longer focused on it, only the figure in the doorway.
