AN- Thank you all for the wonderful reviews, and I am honestly sorry for this taking months to get this up. I could feed you some story about how all the drama in my life (seriously my life would make a good soap-opera) is giving me writers block. But if you look at other stories, you'll know it's not true. The reason for not wanting to post this chapter is more embarrassing than that. You see, I have never wrote a smex scene before, and I'm really nervous about writing one, so I've been putting it off. I'm so sorry! But I finally wrote it, and I hope it's good!
Disclaimer- I don't own TVD or HP, I just love them both enough to write fanfics about them!
Background- Kai is put in the prison world in 1994, Harry is put in it 5 years later in 1999, about a year after the final battle. Bonnie and Damon are put in the prison world in 2012, because apparently TVD is like three years behind.
Warnings- Slash, and violence.
Word count- 3908
Enjoy!
Day 92
It was the motion that stirred Kai early from his post-death nape. The bright sun he could sleep through any day, but the rocking motion was like an odd new alarm clock you want to throw against a wall and hope it breaks.
His eyes cracked open just enough that he could see, but so that it still appeared his eye were closed to the outside world. Well that was the hope, sadly Harry was a little too trained to be tricked by such foolery.
"Good your up." Harry spoke from somewhere off to Kai's right. "I want your opinion on something."
The clouds above Kai looked oddly out of shape, more like they were some sort of blankets tied to poles.
"Do you think this is important?"
Kai imagined that Harry was holding something up, but he was too tired, and distracted, to turn his head. The clouds were too close, and they reacted to the wind weirdly. They reminded Kai of something, he just couldn't quiet put his exhausted finger on it.
"I suppose it can't be too important." Harry continued, not caring that Kai was ignoring him. "Otherwise we would have sunk by now."
Sunk. That was the word that finally sobered Kai up. There was one thing that would sink, and that was big enough for Kai to lay on, a boat. The English man had put them on a sail boat.
"Kai?" Harry's face appeared above his own. "Are you still dead?"
Kai couldn't help remember the kiss from before, the way Harry's lips had felt, how the kiss ended. Having your neck snapped would have made any normal person forget completely about the actions before, but for Kai it just made everything that much better. He had finally found someone whose insanity matched with his. Maybe they were soulmates.
A sharp pinch on his cheek brought Kai back from his perfect wonderland and forced his eyes on the green eyed boy above him. In one sudden movement Kai captured the hand that moving away from his face and brought it closer.
Harry gave him a weird look, but let Kai continue nonetheless. He ran his hands up the arm until he had a good soil grip on it. Then reached out and started to pull the magic away from the other boy.
It didn't hurt, it just felt like someone tugging on you, but it sure did get annoying. Harry didn't particularly care it Kai took some of his magic every once in a while, he had plenty, the aggravating part was the fact that he stole it.
Harry let the boy go on until his arm got sore from his grip. Then, in a single motion, he twisted his arm out of Kai's hands and grabbed both wrists in the same hand. "You're getting a little rude."
The boy smirked up at him, all traces of weariness gone with the consumption of magic. "Your magic is so different from any wiccan's." He practically moaned. "It's like a drug, and I am getting addicted to this high."
"It's probably how dark it is." Harry tightened his grip in Kai's bound wrists. "You're little psychopathic taste buds are just crave the darkness that can only come from magic that is nursed in a murderer's heart."
"Is that where all that magic comes from?" Kai twisted his hand so it rested on Harry's chest, his fingertips making the shorter boy shiver. "I always thought that it would come from somewhere a little more interesting."
Harry started to wonder if perchance the boy had found a way to use his magic and put him under some sort spell. That is what he would blame for the events that followed.
Kai slowly sat up, forcing Harry to straddle him if he wanted to keep any sort of control. The other boy continued to lean forward, but Harry stayed still, unable to move as his cellmate's face got closer and closer to his.
"Have you ever had black liquorish?"
Harry nodded, not able to get a word out of his suddenly dry mouth. Kai's breath fanned over his face, the older boy's mouth close enough that Harry could feel as his words are formed.
"I love black liquorish," Kai's mouth slid by Harry's moving across his cheek and onto his ear. "It's so bitter, yet so tempting. Once I've I had a taste, I can't stop eating."
Kai basked in the shivers that he gave the sorcerer above, the poor boy was falling apart by the simple reference to the things that were running through Kai's mind, and he couldn't help but wonder how he would react to the actual thing.
An image of Harry laying below him, completely undone and at his mercy made Kai growl into the boy's ear. He thought back to the last time he was this close to another human being and the only image he could conjure was one of a nameless girl he had picked up at a bar. Harry was so much better. And Kai was willing to bet he tasted better too.
The very tip of Kai's tongue lead a trail down from the younger boy's ear to base of his neck, sending another shiver down Harry's back.
Kai smirked before licking up to the pulse point, groaning as the whimper Harry made went straight to Kai's cock.
"You taste like liquorish." He groaned against the pale skin that he so longed to blemish.
Harry lets out another delicious whimper, his grasp loosening on Kai wrists.
Kai rolled his hips experimentally, craving the sweet sounds that the younger boy could seem to help but make. He was rewarded when a moan broke free of the beautiful boy's throat. Kai nuzzled Harry's neck and repeated the action that both tortured and relived his straining cock.
"Do you want me to eat you Harry?" Kai smirked into the tempting skin as Harry started to move in response to Kai's movements.
Harry's head dropped to rest on Kai's shoulder, his movements speeding up with Kai's. The older boy took the opportunity to slide his hands out of the other's grasp, slowly as not to let the teen notice his movements.
One tan hand slid to the smaller boy's hip to still his movements while the other weeded itself into the mess that Harry called hair. In one swift motion he had Harry pushed into the dock of the boat, one hand trapping his head and the other controlling the movement of his hips.
Kai kept his face close to Harry's watching as the labored breaths moved from his pink, kissable, lips. His tongue darted out, wetting his lip, before crashing onto the delicious lips.
Harry gasped in shock as his lips were attacked by the older boy's hungrily. Kai took the opportunity to invade Harry's mouth like it was his property.
Unable to resist, Harry moved out to meet him fighting for dominance. The bigger boy let out a groan, grinding into Harry's rock hard erection harder. Harry couldn't help the hopeless whimper that forced its way into the Kai's mouth causing the older boy to groan like an echo.
The hand resting on his hip slid from its spot and started to undo Harry's trousers. While it added to Harry's arousal, it also was unfamiliar enough to pull him out of whatever state he had been dragged into.
Harry let out a burst of magic, sending Kai off of him. He quickly scrambled back, trying to put adequate amount of distance between the two incase Kai decided to take advantage of Harry's state of obvious arousal. Unfortunately, for Harry, in all of the pleasure he had forgotten they were on a boat, and boats have edges for you to fall off of.
The cold water seemed to reach up and grab Harry, welcoming him into its deaths. He had never been in the ocean before, sure the Dursleys had taken a number of holidays to the ocean, like any normal family would, but they had always left Harry with Mrs. Figg. They never took him to a pool either, or a lake. In fact, the only time Harry had been in any sort of water big enough to swim in was during the Twi-Wizard Tournament, and he had been using gillyweed at the time.
That's when it hit him like a ton of brick, he didn't know how to swim. He was slowly sinking in the middle of the ocean, and he didn't know how to swim! It wasn't the actually drowning that scared him, for he knew he would just wake up again, but this time he would wake up on the bottom of the ocean and drown again, and again, and again.
Harry's lungs started to scream for air, and he took the moment of clarity the pain brought him to propel himself to the surface. He was met with a very amused looking kin-slayer. Kai's elbow was propped on the rail of the boat, his face resting on his hand like he was taking in the view innocently, but the slightly evil smirk gave away his true feelings.
"Okay there Harry?" He asked, cocking one eyebrow like Harry wasn't drowning in the ocean.
Harry gave him the best glare he could while struggling to stay afloat. "Are you going to help me back on the boat or not Kai?"
"Hmm." Kai pretended to think for a moment. "Save the man that has been killing me for the last month, or let him drown. Tough one."
If looks could kill, Kai would be dead on the deck. Well, if Harry really wanted to, he could kill Kai with a look, but then he would drown and get stuck at the bottom the ocean . . . and Kai would be alone again, and if the fact Kai hadn't attempted to leave at any time was anything to go on, Kai didn't want to be alone again.
Pushing himself back to the surface Harry gave Kai as much of a smirk he could manage while continually going under. "So you want me to be stuck on the bottom of the ocean forever? Does that mean you like being all alone?"
A look of panic flashed over Kai's features, before he tried to force back the amusement, but Harry could see right through it.
"Can't you just use magic to get yourself out?" The older boy asked.
Harry tried to sigh, but instead found himself coughing up water that had found its way into his throat.
"Don't you think I would have by now?" He cough again, struggling to keep himself up long enough to talk. "Wandless magic takes concentration, and I can't really concentrate while drowning!"
Kai looked around. "I don't see a life preserver."
Harry growled. "Then come out and get me!"
The panic was growing in his stomach as Harry's arms were starting to get grow tired. He wouldn't be able to stay afloat much longer.
Kai gave him a considerable look, as if he was deciding whether he was worth the trouble, before shrugging. In one swift moment, he took his shirt and shoes off and dived into the waves.
For one horrible moment, Harry found himself scared that Kai wouldn't emerge. But he wasn't allowed to worry for long, when something grabbed him foot and pulled him under.
Kai wasn't sure what possessed him to pull the sorcerer under the waves and drown him before dragging him in onto the boat. Maybe it was the need for payback for the younger boy killing him so many times, or maybe the need to show Harry that he wasn't happy with the fact he had to come and save him. But while staring at the dead body the eighteen year old, he was glad he did it. Not because of how good it felt to kill the boy, no, it was how peaceful that Harry looked while he was dead. Like the weight of the world had been taken off his shoulders.
It also made Kai realize that he knew nothing of the boy. He knew that he had to be important enough to be able promise a pardon, and renowned enough that the fact he killed a few criminals was prison world worthy. Though it might have been the way he killed them. If the way Harry liked to torture Kai was any connotation, than he must have torn those people apart.
Kai brushed the boy's hair aside in what was almost a show of affection. Harry looked so young, how could some teenager be in a place to promise freedom to prisoners?
He narrowed his eyes when an odd scar he hadn't noticed before came into his vison. Tracing it with his forefinger, he thought about how the younger boy might have gotten it. It was perfect to be a knife, unless maybe Harry had been unconscious at the time. But Kai doubted it, it looked more like a curse scar to him.
Could sorcerers get curse scars?
Green eyes snapped open, staring up at him for a moment before turning away and coughing up the left over water that the protective spell hadn't felt the need to remove.
"You couldn't have just pulled me back on board, could you?" The dark haired teen practically whimpered, still turned away.
Kai smirked. "What fun would that be?"
Harry gave him a feeble glare, before his stomach forced up more of the salt water he had swallowed.
"Urgh." Kai winced slightly, before grabbing the bottle behind him and offering it to the boy. "Here, drink something."
Harry grabbed it quickly from his hand and took a desperate gulp, then spit the clear liquid immediately back on the deck. "Vodka! Seriously?"
"It was the only thing I could find." Kai shrugged. "Well it was either that or wine."
"And you chose vodka why?" The younger boy gave him another glare, stronger this time.
He smirked. "I thought it would be easier to trick into drinking than red wine."
Harry groaned and fell back onto the deck. "I hate you."
There wasn't much conviction behind the words.
Day 95
"You really didn't think to bring any food?"
"Well I was more thinking about how to get back to England than how you were going to eat!"
"You have to eat too!"
"I know that!" Harry snapped.
Both boys were lying flat on their backs head to head, too hot and hungry to continue their game of who can kill the other more.
Kai angled his head to look the idiot he was stuck with for the rest of eternity. "Just like I'm sure you know that we are most likely not going to end up in England." He remarked.
Harry growled. "I'm sorry I don't know how currents work, it's not like we covered that in Hogwarts!"
"Hogwarts?"
"Hogwarts school for witchcraft and wizardry." Harry sighed. "It's a secondary school for young wizards and witches to learn how to do magic."
"Hmm. So it's pretty much junior high and high school for sorcerers?"
"Yep, don't wiccans have something similar?"
"Nope." Kai let his eyes close as he imagined his own magical education. "Most learn from our parents or another family member."
"And the rest"
Kai shrugged. "I don't know. I suppose those that don't have family just either never find out their witches, find someone to teach them, or teach themselves."
Harry let out an odd noise that Kai couldn't place. "That's kind of sad."
Kai twisted his head back to look at the younger boy. He had assumed that he was like him, and that Harry didn't feel things like sadness or guilt. But it seems that he was wrong. He looked at the boy, trying to figure him out, until his neck started to cramp and he was forced to place it back down.
"You just have a really twisted hero-complex don't you?" Kai sighed, wondering why he was so disappointed.
"I suppose." Harry gave his own sigh. "I wonder if it's always been this way."
Kai wanted to look back at the boy, but found that he didn't have the energy. "Have you not always had the urge to punish those who did wrong?"
"I'm not sure." He seemed tired. "I have always felt the need to save people, but I don't think that I wanted to punish the bad guys until after my godfather died."
"What happened?" Kai wasn't sure why he was asking.
"His cousin sent a spell at him that sent him though the veil of death."
"Sound like an apt name." Kai chuckled. "What'd you do to her?"
"Nothing really." Harry shrugged. "I tried a curse that would bring her terrible pain. But it didn't really work."
"So when was the first time you killed someone?"
"About a year ago. He was the person that killed my parents and countless other people."
"Did you tear him apart? You seem to like doing that."
Harry gave him a rather dark chuckle. "No. There were hundreds of people present, so I gave a fancy speech and killed him like was expected of me. With a passive, rather tedious spell that everyone expected to be my favorite."
Kai shivered as the magic encompassing grew darker, like it was itching to kill something. It made Kai want to reach out and grab some, but he wanted to hear the story more. "So when was the first time you did what was wasn't expected of you?"
Harry's next laugh went straight to Kai's cock. It was a noise of pure, sinful madness. "When his followers were knelt in front of me, expecting me to give them forgiveness and remove their lord's mark. I wasn't planning it, but it was so perfect. Such a shame I couldn't fully enjoy it, or finish it."
Kai didn't remember moving, but before he knew it he found himself straddling the younger boy with their mouths pressed together like days before. This time, though, Kai gave Harry no choice of control. Taking over the other boy's mouth as he gasped.
He grabbed both wrists and forced them above the smaller boys head, making sure not to break the kiss, not even for a second. He swallowed the whimper that Harry made when he started to move, rubbing their growing erections together for that beautiful friction you could achieve being stuck alone for five years.
Kai moved his free hand to the nest of messy lock and tugged Harry's head back to force the kiss deeper. It had been so long since he had kissed another person, and it had never been this intense. Harry's magic grew thick, as if it was trying to push him closer to its master.
Harry finally broke the kiss, just as Kai's little bout of adrenalin wore off and he started to feel the weakness that came with not eating for days. But he didn't want to stop, that flush to the other boy's cheek was too cute, and the feel of him under him was too wonderful to end. So he pulled on the closest source of energy to keep him going. Harry's magic.
Said boy growled. "You just had to ruin it, didn't you?"
"No." Kai grinned, bringing his face so that their lips were just touching. "I'm making sure that it can continue."
But right before he could crash their lips back together, the boat jerked, sending Kai flying off of the other boy and into the rail.
"Ow." Kai groaned, rubbing his head. "What just happened?"
Harry gave him a smile of pure happiness, staring at something behind the older boy. "We crashed into land!"
It was not England, which was very disappointing to Harry, but at least it seemed to have an abundance of restaurants. Of course there was no one working in these restaurants, so Harry had to make food for the both of them. He made the canned soup he found in the pantry, remembering that after so long of not eating, soup was the best for the stomach. Though he had to remind Kai, a number of times, not to scarf it down and get sick. Though he wasn't sure why he cared.
Afterwards they went house hunting, if you could call breaking into the biggest mansion in the town house hunting. Harry didn't particularly care, as long as there was a nice bed to sleep in, he was happy. He didn't even care that Kai had slipped in the master bed with him despite the fact there were five others in the house. He was too tired to put up a fight, even when he felt Kai spoon him from behind.
It wasn't until the light filtering from the sun woke him that he noticed that yes, a part of him cared. And was very happy with fact there was man holding him close. He just thanked Merlin that Kai was so insistent that Harry should be the little spoon. At least Kai didn't have the satisfaction of knowing how he affected Harry.
Slipping out of the older boy's grip, Harry decided that he needed a shower to rectify the situation. After opening about three of the doors that lead out of the room, he found the master bathroom. Quickly stripping, he slid into the rather big shower and turning it on as hot as he could stand it.
A cold shower would probably make the his problem go quicker, but after the Dursleys used to turn off the hot water just for when he took a shower, he couldn't find it in him to take one willingly. So he basked in the heat for just a few seconds, before his erection got a little too hard to ignore.
Wrapping a hand around it, he closed his eyes and found himself imaging blue-grey eyes staring back at him. He tried to push the image of Kai's hand instead of his own, but he found that he couldn't, and he didn't really want to.
Finishing as quickly as he could, and washing up, he stepped out of the shower and back into the master bedroom with only a towel. Gratefully noting that Kai was still very much asleep, he opened the closet full of men's clothing he found before. After charming a red polo and a pair of khakis to be his size, he found himself hesitating in leaving the walk in closet. Kai was going to need a new outfit as well, and none of these were going to fit him without magic.
Sighing, he looked back at the man lying in the king sized bed. He looked so innocent while he was asleep, Harry had known this from his many times killing him, but now it was almost different. Not because they kissed, mind you, but because they had lived on a rather small boat together. It had given them time to bond, and Harry found himself starting to like the quirky guy and his weird humor.
Letting out another sigh, Harry quickly grabbed another polo, this one blue, and another set of khakis, darker than his own. He shrunk them to fit the older boy, before slipping out of the room and down to make breakfast.
Question- Where should Kai and Harry visit?
AN- Okay, so I didn't actually put any smex in it, but they got kind of close a couple of times! The next chapter will have the answer you all want about if Harry can get them it out or not. So I'll see you then!
Lots of love
Scarlett
