"Coral WAKE UP!" Yells bluebells voice. I slowly open my eyes just in time to see her burst through the door "we're going to be in the capital in twenty minutes!" I jump out of bed "Bluebell! Why didn't you come earlier?!" She sighs and walks out. I frantically run around the room picking out cloths, applying makeup, and fixing my hair. After I'm finished I run into the dining car and have just enough time to shove a pancake and a cup of hot chocolate down my throat before we enter the station.

Tons of people stare at us through the windows and as we walk out there is barely enough room for us to move. Once we get on the bus and to what bluebell calls "beautification". After several hours of having my hair ripped off, my body scrubbed, and my skin shined my style at comes in "Hello my name is Amber and I'm your stylist! Let's get started..."

After a half an hour Amber turns me around to look in the mirror "Oh Amber!..." I say as I look at my reflection. My long blonde hair falls like waves with tiny sand dollars attached to it. My blue dress falls like water and when I spin it appears a great wave is rising out or the water "it's beautiful! Oh I feel like I'm back home!" Amber smiles "No YOUR beautiful. Anyone can wear a dress but few can make it look as good as you do..." My clear purple eyes fill with tears as all I can manage to do is choke out "thank you..." She nods and I walk out.

Following the herd of tributes I find my way to the dimly lit horse stables. "Coral! Over here!" Poseidon yells are not nd I walk over to our chariot "You look nice" he says "you look good too..." He smiles and I hop on the chariot. He follows and the line begins to move. First district one, then two, then three, and then our horses begin to pull out...

I'm engulfed in light as we exit the building. The sun shines and the crowds cheer. I smile and wave, blowing kisses out to the crowd. We pull in front of president snow and I see his eyes asses me. I smile and wave at home. Then to my my astonishment he waves back. The crowd sees it and erupts in cheers and clapping. Score! For team Coral!

As soon as we are greeted by the president were taken into the tribute center and dismount from our chariot. Bluebell runs to us as fast as her heels can take her "You dears where AMAZING! Oh Coral I do believe you've attracted the attention of the president! My my with him on our side we could win!" She goes on and on and as she does I glance over at Poseidon who is trying to hide his laughter. I can understand why, bluebell's accent is hilarious!

After a few minutes we get ink an elevator to go to our floor. The doors open and I look around. The room is so elegant! I run out and, giggling like a middle schooler, jump onto a couch. "Man I could get used to this!" Mags laughs and Poseidon hops onto the couch opposite "Mags would you be my mentor?" "I'd love to..." She says and smiles at me "And Finnick it would be a really great to have you train me..." Poseidon says, a hopeful tone in his voice "I would be happy to" replies Finnick

Dinner comes and we all sit at the table. "Mm what is this?" I say biting into a large piece of meat "That's steak. Do you like it?" Asks Finnick who's tending to Annie "Like it?! I LOVE it! It's the most delicious thing I've ever put into my mouth!" Mags laughs and I blush. After desert I head to my room but something stops me and I walk to Mags "is there a roof?" I ask and she nods "Elevator, floor 13" Smiling I run to the elevator and press the button. Once inside I click the button and head up to floor 13...

The moon is full and the stars shine bright as I step onto the roof. Suddenly I hear a sound behind me. Whirling around I see a girl, around my age, sitting on the floor of the roof crying. I slowly approach her and set my hand on her shoulder. She jumps "Oh I'm sorry I didn't mean to startle you!" I say "No it... It's fine. I was just... Trying to get away from it all, you know..." I smile "yeah so was I... Hi I'm Coral, district 4..."

"I'm burch, and I'm from district 7." She stands up and I get a good look at her. She's pretty, with strait hair and sparkling brown eyes. Tall and slender, she looks like she belongs on the front of a capital magazine. "I wish I could go home..." She says her eyes filling with tears "I do too..." She turns and looks out over the city "there are no trees here. Nothing is the same. This looks nothing like district 7..."

Just then the elevator doors open and Poseidon walks out "Coral, bluebell says it's time to go to bed..." I nod and then turn to birch "Would you like to make an alliance?" She turns "Really?" I smile "Of course!" She nods "then I'd love to! See you tomorrow in training?" "Tomorrow!" I say and get into the elevator...
