Season 9 Episode 3
Dany walked down from her throne to meet the man that claimed to be her nephew. "Nephew? You better explain what the fuck you mean by that." Her two dragons screeched at him as if to second her.
Giff got back to his feet. "I am the son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Elia Martel. I am Aegon Targaryen, sixth of his name," he revealed.
Dany gave him a look of disbelief, but she couldn't help but feel aroused by him. His long white hair, green eyes, and pale complexion. There was something intoxicating about him. "I was told that Aegon and his sister, Rhaeneys were murdered by The Mountain along with their mother, Elia Martel. Now, you come to me claiming to be Aegon?"
"My mother and sister were murdered, but I was replaced with another infant by Varys, the master of whisperers. I was taken away to Volantis where I was taught and cared for by a man named Jon Connington," Aegon said to her.
"And where is this Jon Connington?" Dany asked skeptically.
"He got the stone disease," Aegon said sadly.
Dany stared at him intently. "If you're telling me the truth, you would have the strongest claim to the Iron Throne and would be head of House of Targaryen. But...if you're lying I will have you tortured, crucified, and then burned alive."
"Test me then," Aegon said confidently.
"Torch," Dany summoned.
Daario handed Dany a torch. "I am unburnt," Dany said placing her hand in the flame. "All Targaryens have some resistance to the flame."
Dany placed the flame near Aegon's hand. She expected it to get red and start to blister. Amazingly, nothing happened. Dany then took the torch away. "Come with me," she ordered.
Dany took Aegon outside the pyramid and went to a hill away from the city. Drogon then landed near Dany. Aegon stared at the dragon never seen one up close. Drogon got close to Aegon and sniffed him curiously. Dany studied Drogon as the dragon didn't immediately devour him.
"Pet him," Dany ordered.
Aegon cautiously reached out and touched the dragon's snout. Again, Drogon did nothing to him. "What does this mean?" Aegon asked her.
"He senses your Targaryen blood. You are Aegon Targaryen," Dany realized. "You could try to use your claim to take the Iron Throne away from me. I should kill you."
Aegon bent the knee to her. "I only desire to serve you all your days."
"I was just fucking with you," Dany smiled. "I wouldn't kill my own nephew...or would I?" Dany joked. Dany then embraced him. "I'm so happy to have another nephew that isn't a fucking idiot raised by wolves."
"Another?" Aegon wondered.
"Are you married? Do you have a wife and children with you?" Dany asked hoping the answer was no.
"No," Aegon shook his head.
"You are too old to not be married," Dany said thirsty for him.
"I would be happy to have your assistance finding a bride," Aegon said willingly.
"I'll do more than just assist," Dany replied licking her lips.
King's Landing
At the small Council, Tyrion addressed the others. "In order to spread the faith of the Lord of Light, I think it best to bring all the lords and ladies of the seven kingdoms to King's Landing. I would also like to have a frank discussion with them on how to keep peace and order in Westeros."
"Sounds like a bloody fucking ambush. If I got that letter, I wouldn't go," Bronn said.
"Well, not everyone is as smart as you," Tyrion allowed.
"I pledge my sword to the protection of Lady Stark," Brienne said resolved.
"I think you can drop that now. Oaths don't count for shit anymore," Tyrion said to her.
"They matter to the old and new gods," Brienne insisted.
"I'm pretty sure they don't give a shit either," Tyrion said.
"I break my oaths all the time and now I'm Master of Coin and Lord of Highgarden," Bronn pointed out.
"You may have wealth and titles, but you're still a shit-man," Brienne said scornfully.
"I'm taking a leave of absence to go to Braavos and find my family," Davos said to Tyrion.
"Must be nice having a family," Tyrion said bitterly.
"You have Sansa, your wife, remember," Brienne reminded him.
"Oh, right, that. It was never consummated. I just assumed it was annulled," Tyrion said dismissively.
"It's still in the record," Grand Maestro Ebrose said.
"Well...shit," Tyrion realized.
"Only a decree from your sovereign can annul the marriage," Ebrose added.
"Yeah, that ain't fucking happening," Bronn smiled amused.
"Just make her see reason," Brienne suggested.
"Logic and reason aren't her strong suits," Tyrion said pessimistically.
Winterfell
Bran sat alone next to the weirwood tree in deep reflection. Sansa walked up to him. "I have to go to King's Landing for a meeting. All the lords and ladies will be there. I'll finally be able to meet Gendry and tell him my feelings for him. He's just so strong and fast. You remember when he ran all the way to the wall? You know, his father and our father were great friends. It just makes sense," Sansa told him.
"Are you going to be alright all by yourself here?" Sansa asked.
A dire wolf rushed a charging assassin and tore him to pieces a distance away from them. The wolf then fed on the remains. Bran's eyes went back to normal. "I'm sorry. I wasn't listening."
"I'm leaving to King's Landing," Sansa told him.
"I know. I saw Tyrion write the letter," Bran said unconcerned.
"Well, if I make love to Gendry, you better not watch," Sansa said to him.
"You won't," Bran predicted.
"Fuck you. I'm powerful and attractive. Just look at my braided hair," Sansa said vainly.
"It's not your looks that is the problem, Sansa," Bran said.
"What the fuck is that supposed to mean? I'm the nicest person ever. I've put up with a lot of shit from all of you. I deserve to be happy," Sansa told him.
"When you ride down to King's Landing, send Meera Reed to Winterfell," Bran requested.
"So, you do like her after all," Sansa assumed.
"No, she's a good fighter is all," Bran replied coldly.
"Fine," Sansa rolled her eyes and walked off.
Meereen
Dany watched as Aegon expertly flew on Drogon's back as if he had been a rider for years. "Well, I'll be damned," Dany said a little envious.
"This just came in," Daario said to her giving her a note.
Dany read the note carefully. "What the fuck is he up to now? He's conspiring against me! I'll tear down the Red Keep completely! I'll let loose the Dothraki onto their fields where they will be murder, rape, and pillage the whole country," Daenerys said freaked out.
"I think he just wants to have a chat to discuss spreading of the Lord of Light throughout Westeros," Daario suggested.
"Maybe," Dany narrowed her eyes.
"I mean, if it was a plot to overthrow you, why would he send you a note about it?" Daario asked.
"Ever since he's left Meereen, he's been a total idiot. Still, this could be an opportunity to introduce the new Lord of Dorne, the son of Elia Martell," Dany smiled.
"You love him," Daario realized.
"His genes cry out to me, Daario," Dany confessed.
"I understand. When he comes down, I'll step aside," Daario said sadly.
Dany stared into Daario's eyes. "Even if we get married and have Targaryen babies, you will always be my fuck-buddy," she said to him.
"You mean it?" Daario asked uncertainly.
"I would never forget you or Meereen," Dany assured him. Dany then gave a loud whistle. Drogon quickly landed near her.
Aegon got off Drogon's back. "You've ruined horses for me."
"Don't...ever say that again," Dany glared at him.
"As you wish, Your Grace," Aegon apologized.
"I regret to inform you that your uncle died fighting The Mountain to avenge you, your other uncle died in a coup, your bastard aunt was crushed while in a prison cell by me when I attacked the Red Keep, and your cousin Quentyn was recently burned alive by yours truly," Dany told him.
"That's horrible news," Aegon said not overly concerned.
"But now that makes you Lord of Dorne through your mother, Elia Martel," Dany said brightly.
"That's great. I can't wait to visit Sunspear and greet all the people there," Aegon smiled.
"About that...I destroyed Sunspear completely. You'll have to rebuild it from scratch," Dany told him.
"Oh, well, I shall rebuild the city in your honor," Aegon said cooperatively.
"You do that," Dany said condescendingly. "There's a meeting to take place in King's Landing. I will introduce you as Lord of Dorne."
"It would be an honor," Aegon said gratefully.
"Remember this, nephew. What I don't give you, you must never take. You may have a stronger claim than me to the Iron Throne, but I have dragons, the Unsullied, and Dothraki hordes at my command. Unlike the other, your claim will be obvious to everyone. Should anyone encourage you to overthrow me, you will give me their name," Dany ordered.
"As you wish, Your Grace," Aegon bowed to her.
"We still have time before we have to leave. I can have a room prepared for you, some exotic foods delivered, and...what kind of whores are you into? We have them in all colors and sizes," Dany offered.
"That all sounds very nice, but I don't require any whores," Aegon told her.
"Do you mind if I ask you a personal question?" Dany asked.
"I am entirely yours," Aegon replied.
"Are you a virgin?" Dany questioned.
"I am. My guardian, Jon Connington, made me study without rest, so I could take the Iron Throne one day. There was no time for women," Aegon said.
Dany felt herself about to explode. She had taught Khal Drago a great many sex positions, and he had been an eager student. Now, this man could very well be the same. She could mold him however she wanted to please her.
"Then I shall make finding you a bride a top priority," Dany smiled.
"I appreciate your interest in my happiness, Your Grace," Aegon said gratefully.
"Your happiness is my happiness, Aegon," Dany replied.
North of the Wall
Jon wandered around the snowy plains with his dog, Ghost. It was then that he came across a pale woman with icy blue eyes, white hair, and was in a thin black dress. Ghost bared his teeth at her defensively. "Come on, Ghost. Be nice," Jon scolded the dog.
"Are you lost? I'm here to help. I'm a ranger," Jon said to her.
"I'm where I'm supposed to be," the woman replied.
"You cold? Let me give you my coat," Jon offered.
"Your so kind," the woman said accepting the coat.
"You become separated from your tribe?" Jon asked curiously.
"Something like that," she replied vaguely.
Jon touched her hands and felt that they were freezing. "You're so cold. Let me bring you to the Night's Watch."
"Would you really?" the woman asked.
"It's what I do, ma'am," Jon smiled.
"What is your name?" the woman asked.
"Jon Snow. They call me Snow because I'm a bastard. But I found out that wasn't the case after all," Jon said conversationally.
"I sense the Targaryen blood in you," the woman noticed.
"That's right. I'm the son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark," Jon said to her.
"Tell me more. Tell me everything," the woman inquired.
Author's Notes: Aegon Targaryen (son of Rhaegar and Elia Martel) was killed as an infant by the Mountain in the show and the books. However, in the books, Varys switched Aegon with another infant and sent him away to Essos. His claim to the Iron Throne is higher than both Jon and Dany since he is Rhaegar's first-born son.
