Summary: Sigyn shares with Loki a wonderful surprise.

It was a quiet night. Sigyn padded softly into the living room after just successfully putting their 4 year old son, Vali, down for the night. She had left the small boy slumbering peacefully in his bed. They recently got him to stay in his own room just this past week, and, through many fights and tears at bedtime, finally had a peaceful night.

Sigyn walked over to where her husband sat in the armchair close to the fire and leaned over to give him a kiss. Almost automatically, Loki's arm wrapped around her waist and pulled her onto his lap to deepen the kiss. After a while, they finally parted, and Sigyn leaned her forehead on his, their breaths mingling, tender smiles shared between just the two of them.

"Loki, we need to talk," she whispered to him. She felt him tense up underneath her and his smile dropped as he leaned back to look at her.

"What's happened? What's wrong?" he asked, his gaze sweeping up and down her body in worry. "Are you alright? Are you hurt?" One hand came up to cup her cheek as he continued to figure out what was wrong.

"Nothing is wrong, I am alright, I am not hurt," she replied, an amused smile on her lips. Loki frowned for a moment before opening his mouth to speak, then paused as he doubted himself.

"What happened?" he asked her.

"Loki..." Sigyn paused for a moment, gathering herself. "I am pregnant again!" Whatever she expected his reaction to be, it wasn't what actually happened. In a shout of glee, Loki stood, taking Sigyn with him and he whirled her around in happiness before his lips were suddenly on hers, kissing her deeply. She was left panting for breath when they finally parted.

"I love you, so much," he whispered to her, a huge smile on his face as he rested his forehead against hers.

"I love you too!" Sigyn replied just as warmly before he stole her lips again.
